PoliticsRe: Iyabo Obansanjo Is Innocent by madamkoko: 6:47pm On May 31, 2008
Dee02 such brilliant words!!!!! grin grin grin grin

When will we Nigerian really voice out our anger, protest, and speak up against these politicans violating our human rights and violating our rights to live in our OWN country decently, personally, I think that many of us have spoken up like Abiola and a few Nigerian writers (who were BANNED or exiled) however, because the white man has everything to gain ( not to bring up white or black issue ) but maybe I should say foreigners, like the chinese others, have everything to gain from our exploitation, they are not supporting our voices like they do to some other African countries,

Regardless though, We Nigerians should start assasinating these corrupt pigs. Instead of 419ing each other we should steal from our politicans and all the basterds trying to take away our common decency.

When will we Nigerians really STAND UP instead of running to other countrieshuhhuh??

henry007 i actually think that marrying young is 18th century and women choosing to marry later is more of a 21st centruy phenomenon. Because they go to school, have careers and what not.

RomanceRe: I'm 30, She's 18 Can I Marry Her? by madamkoko: 11:55pm On May 27, 2008
age is NOT "nothing" but a number. I think that at 18 a gal has not gained adequate life expereinces and life expereinces matter, for you, for the marriage, for perception, and most importantly for her children, How can someone truly "train"her children if she is a child herself or for that matter has not had too many life experiences,

If you loved her, I would recommend to give her more time, at least wait till 21, for her to expereince life more. grin grin

Call a spade a spade, several things are against Judy here:
- she's white (many Nigerian families arent comfortable with this)
- She's American (same reason as above)
- She's FAT (That is probably the biggest problem he is not telling you, if he's met a nice little Nigerian girl then its over for you).

LOL.
RomanceRe: He Cant Marry Me by madamkoko: 12:06am On May 17, 2008
Ive heard of many situations like this. Personally I feel that if a Nigerian man really want to marry you, HE WILL. regardless of what his family says,

Plus its not just an American thing, sometimes it happens cross culturally, like xtians can't marry muslems,  or hausa can't marry yoruba and all that Jazz,

RomanceRe: Crazy Boyfriend Leaves Messages by madamkoko(op): 1:35pm On Apr 12, 2008
Sweet T, not just "booty calls" or whatever you'd like to call it. But the issue is when other women have answered his booty calls, then he leaves the conversations he has with them on my voicemail. like, "What would you like to do next" "ïf I show you my stick you'll never comeback again",

Its quite immature and unnecessary.

In case you've nenver owned a small business, you loose business when you start changing numbers, its hard to people to still keep in touch with you, , you can change everything but you can't change your business numberr but you'll loose customers,

Actually OLODUs if thats what you're talking about, change numbers because they don't want to be tracked, undecided
RomanceRe: I Know This Guy by madamkoko(op): 1:27pm On Apr 12, 2008
@poster

@45 most men are set in their ways and can never tolerate another human being to share a toilet or bed with them. I think it is too late for marriage now. He needs to just date and have companions only. He has a high chance of being divorced within 2 years.

What you have not practiced in your 20s and 30s you definitely cannot master in your 40's. Not to say he can't succeed, but the chances are less than 1%.

At 45years old, he can only command the attention of impoverished teenagers from the villages or desperate old cargos/retired hookers without uteruses from those "born again" joints in the cities. Both groups. . .recipe for disaster!

Hahahahaha. quite funny.
RomanceRe: I Know This Guy by madamkoko(op): 1:25pm On Apr 12, 2008
oh wow. I didn't know that speaker of Nigerian House of Rep was still single,

Well I'd like to know why people (successful or not) choose not to get married.

I know marriage is not by force, but how do you deal with your sexual gratification when you are lonely,

Its either that they are heavy masturbators, solicit prostitutes or have thier steady girlfriends, or can't just say they''re GAY!!!!

I mean Oprah is not married BUT she is not single either, (she been with steadman forever)

I'm speaking of SINGLE men who just want to single so that can be FREE!!!!

someone pls explain.

RomanceRe: I Know This Guy by madamkoko(op): 1:20pm On Apr 12, 2008
Sly, I agree with you that you can't judge someone, I just can't seem to explain a man who is 45 and never married. What happens the days/months he doesn't get his "short term chronic daters" that means he must be a heavy masturbator, or GAY when things get really lonely.

Regarding your example, the guy is just looking for an excuse not to get married. plus why would a woman who exerted extreme discipline to stay a virgin also want an expert in Bed, wouldn't she be also looking for a virgin, we all get what we pay for, but the guy must be a funny dude.

Let him keep searching, 60 is right around the corner.
RomanceCrazy Boyfriend Leaves Messages by madamkoko(op): 12:58am On Apr 12, 2008
I have an ex boyfriend, who always calls me when he is with his "flings"

He'd call me, and leave messages on my voicemail while having conversations with different women, telling them he loves them and other personal info!!!!

I've told him several times not to do that, I'm getting frustrated. I don't want to change my cell phone number, cause I also use it for business purposes and things are getting pretty annoying,

We did have a very bad break up.

At this time, I don't know else what to dohuh??
RomanceI Know This Guy by madamkoko(op): 12:52am On Apr 12, 2008
I know this guy who is 45 years old and never married. He's Nigerian. I've known him for a while now, and he doesn't really like "long term relationship",

He always talks about this imaginary desire to get married, But i'm like if you haven't found the person in 45 years of your life, you ain't gonna find them now, (you're old and balls are saggin)

'What do you think about this chronic daterhuh Personal I think he's in the closet (meaning he's gay but doesn't know how to come out or say it) because I can't explain never married 45 years old who have been chronic short term daters,

He's reasoning for him never marrying is that he's broke and when he marries, he would like his wife to suffer.

But I know its bothering him, but he's not getting any younger and time is flying,

What do you guys think huh?

RomanceRe: Age Limit? by madamkoko: 1:52am On Apr 08, 2008
Thinking about your post, I have to agree to Scopium, There is no age limit for marriage. Marriage can take place for anyone at anytime, But I do think that you should be yourself justice by being financially stable, on both sides, ( I still have to stay, that hoping the man pick up more of the weight) AND if one is past the childbearing age, they can always adopt. !!!!!
