Oh well, this is what is called situational homosexuality even in mixed school, it still happens but not as rampant, most will out grow it when they leave secondary school. sometimes its about exploring their sexuality, learning and experimenting. a case where growing kids are lumped together , there is bound to be such experimentation. |

Some silly assumptions of some Nairalanders who just generalize and put every individual in a group forgetting the fact that individuals are just that..... Straight to the point. -Every light skinned lady bleaches: I like ladies that are light skinned, dark skinned, in between like caramel, yes..i don’t discriminate, but I have noticed one a thread showing light skinned babes on nairaland, both celebs and not..Nairalanders especially dudes would bash the babe as bleached out …Common guys, There are naturally light skinned and natural sexy mamas out there. -Every Supporter of The APC is either Hausa/ Fulani, Northerner or Yoruba Muslim (recently): This mostly comes from our brothers in the east (my assumptions)..Again Like really -Every supporter of PDP and Jonathan is Igbo, Niger deltan etc : During this past election, I knew of an Yoruba Alhaji in my hood that sincerely believed Jonathan was just the right man to continue to lead Nigeria for whatever reasons, I suspect maybe because his business was booming during Jonah’s tenure. And of course my Paddi from Delta who dey curse the very day Jonathan became President. All Northerners are Muslims: I would blame this on the reading and learning culture of the average young person of today. Really sad! It would be nice to learn more about your country instead of all these celebrity gossips, there are actually a number of States in Northern Nigeria that are majority Christian. All Igbos and Niger Deltans are Christians: Auchi in Edo sate is a sizeable and thriving Muslim community and yes, there are genuine igbo Muslims and other Niger deltans, I have met quite a few, admittedly not as many Northern Christians though. Muslims are violent: The media characterization of terrorists as Islamic sect etc. is not helping matters as well as these bastards claiming to be fighting for Islam behalf of Muslims Once they see a thread like “Drug Smuggler caught at MMA” The suspect must be igbo , especially our NCAN (Name Checkers association of nairaland) Others wey I no go fit enumerate upon are 1 Virgins will make good wives and they are a myth in today’s Nigeria 2 Our age graded team are all age cheats etc etc etc etc Feel free to add yours. |

You all must have heard or read about this lady that got married and presented to her dad a certificate of purity at her wedding reception …good for her I must say but being a good wife and making a marriage work goes way beyond being a virgin with an unbroken hymen( besides the hymen could also be broken in many different non sexual ways so technically, you could be “disvirgined” asexually)….Please do not get me wrong , being a virgin is a virtue but so is being humble, accommodating , reasonable, being a home maker, a dutiful wife and mother and being a good person generally. There are probably a thousand virgin related threads online i.e nairaland ( as if it is one of humanity biggest problems) There are those for and against and some of us that are really just indifferent….like what the fuss mehn, Relationships are much more than sexuality people. That you have not had sex before marriage does not guarantee that you are going to be a good wife or mother, non-nagging, neat and wholesome to the family, That you are experienced in the sex department doesn’t guarantee that also but that exactly is the point, Relationships and marriage especially is not about you status of your hymen but the status of your mind, body and soul Again I have to point this out that even as I am a bit indifferent about virginity in any lady I am interested in, I would like it if I got married to a virgin ( I can teach her things) but I will also be happy if I got married to an equally decent girl that may not be a virgin but connects with me on the levels I hold important, like confidence, intellect, neat with a wonderful sense of humour, doesn’t take herself too seriously and able to take decisions even when I am not there, I can trust her to do good. Lastly, it is really hypocritical the way society seems to be hammering on female virginity while the boys are free willys, I mean who are the boys having this sex with….mermaids ? If you are a young person that can hold body till marriage, do it my all means and may whatever you believe in help you cuz like p square talk am, e no eazy o..but it is so possible but if like some of us. *cough*cough* you don chop apple…Don’t let your personality be defined by your sexual status. This leads to the question “What else are you bringing into that marriage besides being a virgin or not?” There are things much more important in Life. |

There are a lot of Mad Men out there, it is embarrassing that a fully grown man would abuse a child this way, i can't even find an explanation for this, what i will advice is Mothers should be more careful of their daughters , watch over them, educate them, let them know their private parts is really private and no one, absolutely no one should be allowed to touch it, let them trust in you. be their best friend who they can tell everything. |

There is a grate opportunity, actually the opportunity has always being there and with our bad roads and vehicles always breaking down and all...having a modern automobile service and repair centre is not a bad business at all. with the increase in automobile import tariff and the fumbling naira, car imports have reduced so are new and tokunboh car sales...which means people will rather take better care of the ones they have now . So the opportunity is there and you can make really nice return on investments. i am available for questions and tools and equipment needed for this venture, space is vital...once you can secure a space either leased or your own, it makes things a lot easier and location also matters |
