PoliticsRe: Buhari Won By 2.57M Votes South West Gave 1.63M Votes:2015 by malton:
The Hausa/Fulani lack gratitude.

The tendency of their memory to attach to negativity is sky high.

I started noticing the ingratitude the very day Buhari was declared winner. The narrative went from "thank you, Nigeria" to "we did it!", " it's now our turn" etc. Some Muslim guys on my TL practically hogged all the glory. But I never cared, as I expected it.

Just in case you are wondering why they are saying all these now, know this - it's because they do not want to be bound to a future obligation to the Yorubas. They know very well that one good turn deserves another, and so try to do away with it by belittling their contribution.

To them, politics is a means of survival, hence a do or die affair. This means that they'll want to be on the front foot at all times regardless what it takes.

Not giving importance to the contribution of the Westerners is their way of saying "we want some more!"

Very selfish lots!

PoliticsRe: Kano’s Votes Alone Were More Than What The Entire South-West Gave Buhari - Waku by malton: 3:10pm On May 15, 2017
What manner of fuckery is this?

angry

One of the things for which you should not be ungrateful is a vote.

After years of being beaten down, some people helped lift your own, yet you open your mouth to talk shiiit like that? Thank God four years isn't forever. E go soon waka.

I don't have high expectations of these people, but even by their their low standards, this man is super shallow!

Spending much of your life with and around idiots like these will destroy your faith in humanity.

Unfortunately, a lot of Hausa/Fulani share this sentiment.

It's very difficult for me going out without meeting people I know. Jos South to Bukuru to heipang to pankshin.

I can say I'm jostified as well.
Lol. You are, of course.

Hope is friends with my sister.

Chaddas was real talent. To think we used to laugh at him when he started out.

I'm sad that all that gift has been cut short.

And whats with the fake cry?this was a woman that started a relationship with this criminal openly, while still married to another man. I do not have respect for you and it is people like you that give most married women bad names.
To think there are so many young ladies who look up to her as role model.

The younger generation is in soup!

Wetin Nyamiri come do this one na.? Okey I decided go sing my own - 'Dan banza ya mutu. Mutu a dole'.
He titled his EP Nyamiri to identify with his Igbo roots. Nyamiri is Hausa for 'Igbo.' He didn't mean it in a bad way.

No disrespect to the dead, please.
CelebritiesRe: Jos Born Rapper, Alchaddas Is Dead by malton: 8:58pm On May 14, 2017
His death really shook me. I haven't felt this bad in a long long long while. Couldn't even comment on nl until now.

I remember back in TCNN how we'd yab him of not returning borrowed CDs and all. We used to be very close back in the day, until uni separated us.

Chaddas, I pray you are resting with the Lord!

For those asking the cause of death, he died of heart condition.

He sure does.

I think the viciousness and cruel words that come from him are an expression of his own frustration.
PoliticsRe: FFK Calls Lauretta Onochie "Ugly Duckling" & Buhari "A Walking Corpse" by malton:
This man is the scum of the earth.

FFK is a naysayer who often expects the worst in any situation. He's selfish and cold, warming up only to those from whom he can benefit in some way.

Talking shiiit about and putting people down like that shows that he's a coward.

His negative energy must be exhausting for those around him.

Spits!

SportsRe: Islamic Cleric Urged FIFA To Ban Christian Players From Making Sign Of The Cross by malton: 10:11am On May 13, 2017
This I assure you - something is wrong with Islam as practiced by some of them.

I want to insult the religion in its entirety, but the vast majority of good, right-thinking Muslims I know as well as the Yoruba ones make me exercise restraint each time I try.

But mehn, there's something fundamentally wrong with that religion.

How can a particular faith be so controversial.

Hehe. Oga o.

I mean, personally, Jona is a great guy, really. I follow him on fb.

There's a lot that I appreciate about the man. One of such is that he respects people's differences and all. He has this understanding of the fact that he does not have to agree with everyone or vice versa.

When talking politics, however, I'd vote him out again and again. A great guy overall for me, but for all that, he's still such a disastrous leader!

PoliticsRe: Jonathan, Tinubu & Ibrahim Babangida Sitting On Same Table At Halimat's Wedding by malton:
Politics aside, GEJ is an open-minded person.

It takes the fair-minded to be able to stretch their thoughts, knowledge, and ideas past a self-constructed boundary that hinders them from seeing different aspects of a situation.

He's ever willing to accept and embrace, irrespective of who's involved.

Put another man in his shoes and watch him dwell in misery forever, acting as though the world owe 'im some for the 'betrayal.'

If I had a man like that up close, then definitely, he's got a friend to watch his back for life.

Imperfect he is, nevertheless, I admire him in a lot of ways.

Well, I always have. It's things like these that drive me.

The things I've seen eh, it can make an unrestrained person commit murder. Our leaders are so silly you'd want to kill them.

If you want to see rich, privileged people making poor, stupid decisions, come to the north.

That's why they have succeeded in raising more junkies than successful kids, in spite of the enormous privilege they've been afforded.

The region's HDI leaves a lot to be desired.

PoliticsRe: Northern Elders Declare “full Support” For Osinbajo by malton: 8:11am On May 12, 2017
Well, that's how it should be. Not littering the entire space with nonsense because of some "born to rule" mentality.

Support whoever is there regardless of whether they are of your ethnic stock or not and see if yours will not be supported in return.

Simple give and take, you cannot practice!
PoliticsRe: Northern Elders Vow To Defend Buhari Presidency by malton:
The Northerners kill and die for power because they are nothing without it.

Politics aside, up to 50% of northerners are useless. And yes, that includes the middle belt.

I have watched men who have seen and held upwards of 500 million (as personal money, it just doesn't qualify as "earned" or "made" ) throughout their political career struggle just months after leaving the seat of power. Guys with upwards of 15 cars, left with just one or two.

They know nothing like investing besides erecting useless structures all over the place. Only politics guarantees them the kind of lifestyle that they wish to lead. That's why they'll do anything for it. Have you ever wondered why no northerner owns a serious bank in Nigeria? I mean, the northerners will always have The likes of Dangote and Abdulsamad Rabiu amidst them regardless what, but that doesn't count for much.

Then to make matters worse, you talk about restructuring? Bruh, how can a man who is useless with money become useful without it?

That word to them is much worse than the sound of "death".
