But efe is already a failure in the music industry.. Tboss would have been a better choice but we allowed sentiment to be cloud our sense of judgment..
Why would she have been the better choice?

Because she's the better singer or because she's more talented in any aspect?

Hope the North are not trying to play a fast one on Nigerians. Why must it be now that the president is bedridden that they will bring his replica.

Sarrki did you saw what I see?.
Such expensive ignorance!

Well, the replica is Igbo.
PoliticsRe: Nigeria More Divided Under Buhari Than Any Time In History – Charles Soludo by malton: 5:21pm On May 11, 2017
deedeedee1:
Nigeria has never been united right from its creation. It is a country filled with pretenders.
True.

But times were when we had it better.
PoliticsRe: Nigeria More Divided Under Buhari Than Any Time In History – Charles Soludo by malton:
seunmsg:
Yes, we are more divided but the reasons for the division should also be said. A group of people have decided not to move on because their candidate lost. Some even went as far as agitating for secession just because they don't like the face of the president. So, how do you unite a people that don't want to be united?

For some of us, we are no longer concerned. Those who want to wail over electoral loss till 2019 can go ahead. Others are strategising ahead of 2019 and some people are busy attacking others instead of building bridges. At the right time, water will fund its level.
Your observation is true, but the president didn't help either.

Phrases like the infamous “97%/5%” one kind of signalled the objective of his administration at the outset: divide the Nigerian people along as many lines as possible.

His queer mathematical formula tells us how he intended to handle “inclusive governance.”

These aren't statements a unifying force should be making. Nigerians desire a president that is a unifier, a healer of the national breach.

Buhari is a man of many faults as far as saying the wrong things.

A look at the people who form the core of his government is enough proof of the divisive figure that he is. They are mainly his kinsmen and women as well as people of his ethnic or cultural stock.

His appointments saw Buhari making good his promise of sidelining the 5 Percenters.

If that isn't setting the stage for division, then I wonder what is.

The wife, Lilien, posted this earlier on Facebook.

A very good, humble and respectful lady right from her days in St. Louis College, Jos. A woman that good can keep a home.

It's no wonder they have managed to steer clear of controversy, which is a plus for me.

I wish the best for them!
CrimeRe: 4 Nigerian Fraudsters Arrested In Canada (Photo) by malton: 7:55am On May 11, 2017
Why do I feel that the OP brought the topic to NL and emboldened the names so we could see clearly that it's not his kinsmen doing the crime this time?

Well, it's good to take a break even if it's for some minutes. Because another drug dealer(s) might be caught before the day runs out.

Shouldn't Bayelsa better than most states in Nigeria? of all State of all states in Nigeria Bayelsa is where Money from Oil that sustains the whole country is coming from. And when we say we need Baifra some foo.ls from their would be like "count us out of your Baifra" My States Anambra is not Owing anybody, no State is South East is, so when next I tell you my younger brother that we need Biafra try and understand that you're the one being raped the most..
Whose fault is it that Bayelsa failed to realize its potential?

Now, you need Biafra because Nigerian states like Bayelsa cannot pay salaries? What's next, you'll want Biafura because a Nigerian man cannot penetrate his wife?

How ridiculous!

Your comment lacks a coherent sequence or connection.

This has to be the most disjointed submission I've seen in a long while.
PoliticsRe: Anambra Governorship Election: Voters Registration At Onitsha South Anambra. Pic by malton: 11:44pm On May 10, 2017
That's unfortunate.

The resident electoral commissioner should be made to answer for this.

I did my own registration in Jos today. It went all smooth and hitch-free. Plus, it was fast too. There were more than a hundred people ahead of me when I arrived the inec registration center at around 11am. Despite the huge numbers, I was attended and issued my temporary voter's card at around 2:30pm. There were about 10-15 inec staff attending people. Although only about 6 of them were tasked with the registration proper.

Fast if you asked me. Yours might be a state issue.
PoliticsRe: Nigeria Must Decide What It Wants From The Igbo by malton: 5:49pm On May 10, 2017
Well, personally, I want the Igbos to stay in a united Nigeria where justice and fairness prevails.

A Nigeria without them will be a completely empty space.

No disrespect to other tribes, but together with the Yorubas, the Igbos make Nigeria thick.

Forget the trolling, they have played their part in building this nation.

I couldn't care less what you post. I just had to point out the flaw in your comment.

It's the same mentality that makes people detest you - you hate correction.

No wonder y'all are after Sanusi's head for daring to speak the truth.

We can't be united as long as one region hates equality and believes our regions are conquered territories waiting to be raped and devoured.
Gbam.

People don't seem to realize that some Hausa/Fulani are the cog in the wheel of this country's progress. The country's major drawbacks have had to come through them.

No stellar achievements like the two major tribes of Igbo/Yoruba. All they do is visit chaos.

Common Synonym is giving some educated illiterate southerners headache. [FFK is the leader of the illiterates]

Buhari is coordinating the activities of the country and now he ask Osinbanjo to coordinate on his behalf.

The section of the constitution quoted is enough to tell you what the president meant. What is so hard 2 understand.
Nice comment.

But can you not pass it without the "southerners" word?

I wonder what divisive elements like you are turning this country into.

PoliticsRe: Northern Nigeria Is Too Tolerant - Facts Cannot Be Disputed by malton:
Is northern Nigeria tolerant?

Yes, very.

Is this thread necessary?

I believe not.

However, in the way that you meant it, the northerners are that tolerant because they kill their own with their own hands.

If they were too tolerant, we wouldn't have had the numerous religious and other crises that engulfed the north at various times.

I understand your point and am gutted by that just as much as you are, if not more. I hate injustice in any form, irrespective of whether it is being perpetrated by my kinsmen or some others'.

However, I have noticed that the guy I quoted likes riding on Buhari's misrule to drive his hate rhetorics. The North-South dichotomy can be tiring.

Anyone who thinks a very sick Buhari would write to NASS, handing over power to a southerner is a political novice. I mean not when the north is unsure about the outcome of this latest trip.

Osinbanjo is Co-ordinator and Abba Kyari Presido.
Anyway what's the difference between now and June 2015 when Abba Kyari became our President?

All hail President Abba Kyari, otherwise known as Buhari's cousin.
When will you stop flaming the embers of discord?

It is unbecoming for a man your age to keep acting so crass as exploiting the differences that exist.
