dyydxx:Yes, definitely. |
dyydxx:I am not sure. However, you can order directly from their store: http://www.oneplus.net |
There's nothing wow-inducing about these specs. Doesn't even come close to matching the one plus three, much less the yet to be released Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Pro. These phones sell only slightly above the quoted price (the Note 2 is billed to sell for $450) of the P6+. The major edge Tecno had is affordability, and if they cannot offer their users that, then, that na OYO. For the features the device packs, it shouldn't have gone up above N90k, max. |
proeast:Hypocrite! You know about South Africa but are always on the defense when it pertains to GEJ. How many megawatts did he add? And where did you see the celebration? At least, it will never be said that they didn't do anything at all about the situation. You're always quick to spit fire without proper reasoning. Yikes! |
This writer just wants his own share of the largesse. Since it has been confirmed that dollar yakpa for mama piss hand, he wants a part of it. I mean, who wouldn't when you could exchange a million for 400+? |

Hiploko:When you are not smart enough, you should be sensible enough to not reveal your deficiency out in the public like that. That post is sensible, reasonable and overall, lays credence to the intellectual prowess of the poster. Certain things are not meant for everyone's consumption, you know! Looks like you're ready to sacrifice your own reputation for the Jonathans. |
amuokuko:Do not take this to mean that I am justifying it, but, inconsistencies characterize a lot of things in life. Differential rules apply everywhere. Should is not is. I really do not know much about law, but in the everyday life, rules are defined subject to the circumstances of those to whom the rules are designed to apply. Buhari doesn't have to bite the hands that fed him (brought him to power) unless he absolutely has to. And for that to happen, Tinubu will have to brazenly lay claim to stolen funds like Patience is doing, for instance. What evidence have you that he built his empire with stolen funds? This, is in spite of the fact that there are discernible signs that point in the direction of "public funds". But for the search to begin, Tinubu first has to turn on the lights. Patience Jonathan stirred up a hornets nest the instant she laid claim to the money. Blaming the government for selective justice as applicable here is like blaming flies for entering your mouth while you left it wide opened. Bros abeg, chill, plenty thieves full naija, but e get reason why na Anini name we hear pass. |
proeast:You are pro-East, fine. However, your typing dungs from the 'comfort' of your room is gross. List one item the Northerners live off of the Easterners for? You lots are too hateful for human beings. If anything, parasitism is what defines your people. It's their hallmark. You know why? Because they are everywhere and anywhere living off other people's resources and wealth under the guise of hard work. In my sojourn throughout Nigeria, I have never been to a region so sparsely populated, with people leaving in droves on a daily basis because they want their bread buttered. This same Nigeria you call unprintable names has given your people a lot more than your region can offer anyone. 2/3rd of your popular figures made it outside of Igbo land. The monies they repatriate back home were derived from other lands. That same wealth is keeping the Igbo youths in the region 'engaged'. Go to that same Enugu for instance, and take a head count of the number of houses that are actually occupied by the owners. A lot of them are either in the North or South West hustling. I speak from experience because I've been to a lot of estates in that city countless times and the situation has always been the same: fine but empty houses. I frequent Sunshine Estate at Emene, and I cannot speak more for any other estate than it. While I do not begrudge the hardworking Igbos for anything coming their way, they actually make nonsense of your claims that the Northerners are the leeches. A vast majority of them make a living off of agriculture. Nigeria's oil income is squandered mainly by politicians, criminals who cut across all regions and tribes. You will be surprised to find that your elites are more against the actualization of Biafra than an ordinary Northerner even gives a hoot about your existence. Next time, be sure to fully understand what a parasite or any other word means before you bandy it about the place. Secondly, Nigeria is still a long shot from being a lost cause. Take some chill, that bile is self-destructive! You're welcome! |

Looks like she has amassed so much wealth that the only way for her is down. Much as it is impossible to not steal at all, she could have done so with conscience. A woman fa. When a lot of women do not have the heart to hurt even a fly owing to their motherly instincts, this one seems unperturbed hurting even posterity. |
handsomeclouds:So everyone should lead a sad life because people are suffering? ![]() |
ENDTIMEISNEAR:You acknowledge that end time is nigh, yet feel it's cool to talk down your leaders in such a disparaging manner. When the end finally comes, I hope you will be found "ready"? Look beside you to see if insulting them in that manner has increased you in any way. You kids have really lost it, big time! |
What's the source of this "news"? |
See vexation. OP, it depends on what you mean by "power" . If political power, then sure, the North carries the day because politics is a game of number. Numbers, they have. They often lead because the average northerner is very confident. In Nigeria, as in most parts of the world, the confident ones are always frontrunners, while the rest follow, regardless their strength, knowledge or agility. While in the South, the average individual is gathering money to cater to his family, the average northerner is doing same so he could venture into politics (do not take this to mean that they don't cater to their families as well). Besides, having 19 of 36 states means that the North will always carry the day as far as decision making in a political setting goes. As for Niger Delta- and IPOB-related issues, man's greed for power, I mean power in its totality, means that even Nnamdi Kanu will jail his fellow Ipobians if he were president. Such is the efficacy of power and respect. The good old cliché: "absolute power corrupts absolutely" was derived from well observed phenomena. It's nothing peculiar to the northerners alone. For every president, it's the bigger the territory, the better. It's when they lack access to the bigger ones that they seek a smaller territory to rule over. |

![]() Madam, you sef really like dey look for trouble. I'll advise that you stick to showcasing pictures. Politics is not for everybody. This is a public forum for pets sake. This may draw people's attention to ills they hitherto never thought about. Na so small time we go begin hear say dem Niger State get militants. Y'all should seek better and effective ways of refraining boredom rather than stirring up hornets' nest at all times. Haba! |

It's really a shame. A lot of our Muslim brothers from the North (not all, in fact, I have a lot of tolerant Muslim friends) especially don't know any better and seem to not want to know. They are content being ignorant, silly, stupid, and seem to find solace in the perpetual display of their animalistic tendencies. Hacking down a man over religion or whatsoever is callous. There's just no excuse for that. Sometimes, it seems to me as if Nigeria has the least tolerant Muslims of all African countries. In Africa today, Senegal has become a model for interfaith peace. And despite boasting over 95% Muslim population, one barely hears any bad news emanating from there. Which brings me to the contrasting difference between the two countries as regards religion. To change the situation in Nigeria today, the change has to begin from the top. Both the Muslim political and religious leaders must lead by example. For example, interfaith marriages are commonplace amongst Senegal's elites, while in Nigeria, I know about a professor who doesn't let his kids mix with Christians. Some elites deem mere communication with people of other religion as haram. Governors up north are the proponents of sharia law, albeit hypocritically; they mostly weigh it up to score political points, they are not the least bit as Godly. While in Senegal, you will find them living as though they were in France; very secular and comfortable. Education alone cannot conquer this menace. This is because a lot of those intolerant people are susceptible to fundamentalism and will do anything to conserve their nasty ways. To achieve something meaningful, only penetration will do. Penetration through various means. The power of communication cannot be underestimated. Have you ever thought about what will become of the Fulani herdsmen's attacks should figures like Buhari and the sultan ever muster the courage to condemn them outrightly and with all sincerity? The followers are just that--followers. They are either acting on instructions of a religious or a political figure. To them, it's always "mallam ya ce". Only mallam can tame them. Unfortunately, mallam has a heart as cold as a bag of ice! Look closely, you will see a similarity between the Yoruba Muslims and the Senegalese ones. There is no society, whether Christian or Muslim, that is without intolerant people. But the goal is to make intolerance the exception, rather than the rule. This should be our goal, especially in the Northern part if the country. |

A man with money is a man of many tribes and faces. A lot of it is down to perspective. Some parents are averse to their children marrying someone from a different tribe, yet will pray and fast that a foreigner locates the very same girl. This shouldn't even be an issue to begin with. But no, a lot of parents play the tribal card robbing it off of their children in order to ensure the continuity of their destructive tendencies. I met a girl here in the east months back. She's based in Abuja, very nice and so well mannered. We got talking, one gist led to the other, I asked her, "how did you find yourself here in unizik considering the many schools up North?" "didn't they take you?". And she told me that prior to enrolling in unizik, she was a student of uni Abuja. I noticed that she held a deep breath before letting that out. So I probed further. She ended up opening up. Told me her parents changed her school because they didn't approve of her mixing up with Northerners, and as a majority of her male friends from school were from the north, they feared she might end up marrying a northerner. My eyes almost got teary. In my heart, I was like, not again! Thing is, a lot of parents let their beef from before rob off on us. We must learn to free our minds from hate. I shouldn't have to hate an innocent kid over my father's dislike for his mom. That's their beef, I ain't got nothing to do with that. You may pass on someone who could have changed your life one way or the other, over what? Nada. Just sheer hatred. Politicians especially have really messed with our heads. Yet, their kids mingle the most with folks from the other side. Those people want their wards to have everything they try to deny of us of. That seed of discord is relative. However, intertribal marriages have been on a steady increase lately. Two of my uncles are happily married to Igbo women. Tribe, religion and race are the "mainest" bane of human development. If no be say money yab man, as I dey leave this town next month, na to marry Ifeoma for sure pass. Very lovely people! |

Everything about the compound is eye catching. If I passed that road five times, I admired the palace twice as much. It indeed has a touch of class, no doubt. |
MissHatey:Hehe. Sure you're not. But you affirmed wrongly. She did make a lot of sense. OmoT does no wrong. ![]() |
MissHatey:Ms Hatey, you're just hating on my baby. How could you boldly claim that my crush from before before isn't making any sense? I will report you! |
![]() Funny Nigerians. Okay, I know say na joke unna dey, but make I follow pretend. Wetin she mean na say how Mark Zuckerberg go come naija, twice o, meet with everybody, heck, even inanimate objects like bridges, but shun movers and shakers like her wey get plenty followers for Facebook. Na why she dey jealous. Even she sef na joke she dey. But this one wey everybody dey joke so, is the economic situation that funny? ![]() |
MansaPiye:Much as this incident is a shame, your "analysis" is shallow, myopic and reeks of ignorance with lies tinged in between. Tribalism is very common in Nigerian institutions. I come from Plateau State. In the University of Jos, in order to hold sway even as a lecturer, you must have come from the middle belt and especially, Plateau, followed very closely by the Igbos and Yorubas. And most importantly, you must be Christian. You wil think that this is about tribe alone, but no, as humans we always have a way of exploiting our differences to gain advantages we usually wouldn't have had. Case in point is Unizik, where I serve. Depite it being an Igbo school, you will always find Anambra people pitting wits against Igbos of other states. The VC's seat is still not given, not actually because of the magumagu he and his co-conspirator, the erstwhile VC employed to get him there, but because he is from Imo state, worst still, because he's "Mbaise" as they term it. I know this because I work right there. Even in the admission processes, in a class of 90 students, you will find that over 50 of those admitted are from Anambra, possibly with Imo getting 6 or 7, Enugu, 3 or 4, and Delta 2. Ebonyi is almost always 1 or 2. This same pattern characterizes the members of staff. The difference is that the Igbos and those in Unijos go about it in a more civil, yet effective manner. This is nothing peculiar to the Hausas alone, it is man's unkind treatment of mankind. Even as you typed that, you may already have been scheming on how to feed fatter than your other siblings from today's lunch, that is assuming that you still live with your parents as your response implies. There's a reason why benevolence is such a rarity. |
