Pls re read the passage u just quoted. The true meaning of backsliding are not what u listed below. What u listed below are only fruits of backsliding.

The bible says..".....For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness,than,after they
have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them."

What the above text means is that backsliding is going from God's Grace offered at the cross by His blood to trying to obey the laws of the old testament which the bible already says is a ministry of death. Obeying the 10 commandments is like telling God that you can be righteous by yourself instead of by Jesus. Thats self righteousness which is detested by God.

A lot of xtians are guilty of this most likely as a result how we were raised

In this passage God is saying he makes peace and form creates evil. This is an unresolved verse that 99% of the men of god don't talk about.

This passage literally makes God sound awful, what loving creator would bring disaster on his subjects/creation.

For what reason does God create evil? Is it not unethical to worship a being who is directly responsible for human suffering?

Why do we praise him for his blessings, but not equally criticize him for his shortcomings?

If God is all powerful, all loving, all knowing being as believed by some religious sects why does he create evil for what he creates?

Isn't it weird that God allows suffering to exist, allow satan to run around tempting his creation?

God knowingly and intentionally created a world where people would suffer. He brought people into existence to have them subjected to misery. God could end suffering and did not, is that not Gods fault?

He could have created a world with evil knowing fully well that satan will go against his wish, nothing exist that was never created God created satan, satan learned pride from his master called God or from where did he learned pride from?

If God created all, was pride a creation of satan or God?

He could have created a world without evil, but he didn't not which means God is responsible for the presence of evil and that raises important questions.

is evil really a created thing ? Which translations, translated it evil ? King James version , right ? You cannot see ,smell or hear evil , you cannot touch it either, It is not one of the fundamental forces of physics.

what do you call criticisms ? The op ask a question, why did Allah allow muhammed(Allah greatest prophet) to die of poisoning but save Jesus ( a Jews) ? And you call this "criticism"? You muslims can believe in whatever (blind faith) but we christians, we are commanded to ask question until we are convinced of what we believe , God do just want large congregation, He want quality faith "genuine faith" . John the baptist who soppose to believe 100% in Christ , john still send two of his disciples to say to Jesus "are you the messiah?" Jesus did not condemned him , instead He performed more miracle in their prescence.

they are not little children ,they are the firstborn of every family, they have pass the age of accountability, they stand the chance of making moral decision. Prior to the first plagued uptil the ninth one , they should've notice the supernatural power of God and repent , but they did not . Our God is a righteous judge , a God of justice and mercy , God will not pronounced judgment on you without warning you , God warn the amalikites of their evil did but they refuse, God then pronounced judgement on them , after that God waited for MORE than 300 years before He fullfiled this judgement, surly 300years is enough to repent and turned from evil way , but they did not.

Pleased, if you are done with your question let me know, I have very important question to ask you, its not necessary for you to answer here , just meditate on it.
