One night he entered (upon me) while I was menstruating. He went to the place of his prayer, that is, to the place of prayer reserved (for this purpose) in his house. He did not return until I felt asleep heavily, and he felt pain from cold. And he said: Come near me. I said: I am menstruating. He said: Uncover your thighs. I, therefore, uncovered both of my thighs. Then he put his cheek and chest on my thighs and I lent upon he until he became warm and slept. ( Sunan Abu Dawud , Book 1, Number 0270 )

in Islam, when you here the word " the prophet say" just know its Muhammad, the ONLY prophet in Islam ( although they Will deny it ) Muslims honour him even more than Allah, it is only when you raised argument like this, Muslims will start mentioning other prophet.

Surah 49:15: The believers are
only those who believe in Allah
and HIS MESSENGER.

Believing only in the teachings of Allah with the exclusion of the teachings of Muhammad will result in the loss of many essential details that are vital for the salvation of Muslims. in fact to escape the fire of hell, a Muslim must obey Muhammad and Allah:

Surah 4:14: And whoever
disobeys Allah and HIS
MESSENGER and goes beyond His
limits, He will cause him to enter
fire to abide in it, and he shall
have an abasing chastisement.

Muslims will deny rendering worship to Muhammad , but the reality belies there claim. let me stop here.

I don't believe in an after life (I am not doomed with the fear of going to hell or heaven). I am not afraid to die.

As regard your question. Why should I be ready to die? I am not suicidal. This is the only life I am sure of and I intend to enjoy it to the fullest before exiting the world.

Has nothing to do with fear of death. But more to do motivations. Most people forge through have some set of beliefs.
Some will say it is divine command from GOD to live, fvck and multiply. Some believe in suffering now so that their non-existent future children will 'enjoy'. Some believe they get to enjoy in an afterlife etc.
I just looking at motivations to continue to exist(man must live mentality) especially when one is in perpetual hardship.

These Hadiths state one thing clearly,Which is that Mohammed died with a Revelation which he wanted to speak out but could not/did not. He wanted to give the Muslims something of importance which will
keep them on the right path. But he could not write it because of the commotion around him.This revelation remains unspoken and unwritten and went to the grave with Mohammed. What does this say about the Quran?

the Qur'an is with them yet Muhammad want to write a document for the Muslim in other for them not to go astray, this simply mean , Muhammad know the Quran is not complete . Is the Quran not enough ? what is it that Muhammad wanted to write that is not in the Quran? should this Muslims depend on the Quran for their salvation ?

“We used to recite a surah which
resembled in length and severity to
(Surah) Bara’at. I HAVE, HOWEVER,
FORGOTTEN IT with the exception of this

Here we see the evidence for a whole chapter which is missing from the Quran. These evidences from Islamic tradition prove the fact that Quran is incomplete and imperfect. This also raises serious questions about how the rest of the Quran can be trusted to be the true and complete revelation of the true God.
