Emusan: So you think there's no error in what you quoted, right
A critical examination of this sura you quoted point out many errors that debunked Islam:
1. The Prophets here are the one before Muhammad who are NOT Arabians
2. The people who Allah made covenant with through those Prophets are the people of that time, lineage of those Prophets and tribe of those Prophets. NOT ANOTHER TRIBE OR LINEAGE
Now from the sura you quoted, the sura said "...and then there come TO YOU a messenger fulfilling that which is WITH YOU... "
Notice the "TO YOU & WITH YOU" in the above outline which is the same people those Prophets spoke with.
I can't but help to ask after reading this verse, why would Allah now send a messenger to those who Allah didn't make covenant with? good observation, welcome bro |

plainbibletruth: It's clear that majority of Moslems have been CONDITIONED to only accept what they are told about the quran, The hadith and Islam.
Point them to a clear INCONSISTENCY or ERROR in the quran (the quran which btw Mohamed never wrote but recited to others who eventually compiled the recitations into a book several years after his death) and they will refuse to see it because that would go against their CONDITIONING. Going ahead to accept weaknesses in Islam would mean confronting the TRUTH; something many of them are unwilling or afraid to face.
That is why NOT ONE OF THEM has been able to answer the questions asked on just a single simple portion of the quran. They just can't face the truth!
Jesus Christ said: "I am the way, and the TRUTH, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through me" John 14: 6 God bless you |

iamgenius: Allah states that He took a pledge from every Prophet whom He sent from Adam until `Isa, that when Allah gives them the Book and the Hikmah, thus acquiring whatever high grades they deserve, then a Messenger came afterwards, they would believe in and support him. Even though Allah has given the Prophets the knowledge and the prophethood, this fact should not make them refrain from following and supporting the Prophet who comes after them. This is why Allah, the Most High, Most Honored, said:
(And (remember) when Allah took the covenant of the Prophets, saying: "Take whatever I gave you from the Book and Hikmah.'') meaning, if I give you the Book and the Hikmah,
"and afterwards there will come to you a Messenger confirming what is with you; you must, then, believe in him and help him.'' Allah said, "Do you agree (to it) and will you take up Isri'')
I say: Allah never sent a Prophet but after taking his pledge that if Muhammad were sent in his lifetime, he would believe in and support him.'' Allah commanded each Prophet to take a pledge from his nation that if Muhammad were sent in their time, they would believe in and support him.
Allah took the pledge from the Prophets that they would believe in each other.
Therefore, Muhammad is the Final Prophet until the Day of Resurrection. He is the greatest Imam, who if he existed in any time period, deserjves to be obeyed, rather than all other Prophets. This is why Muhammad led the Prophets in prayer during the night of Isra' when they gathered in Bayt Al-Maqdis (Jerusalem vants. Good, so who are this prophets ? how many help him ? |

UmarIbnShittu: 3:81. (Recall the time) when Allâh bound (the people) to a covenant through the Prophets (saying), ‘Indeed, whatever I have vouchsafed to you of the Book and the Wisdom, and then there comes to you a Messenger fulfilling that which is with you, you shall surely believe in him and have to help him.’ (The Lord further) said, ‘Do you agree and do you undertake the heavy responsibility of My covenant on these (terms)?’ They said, ‘We do agree.’ (God) said, ‘Bear witness to it and I am with you among the witnesses.’
Trying to create an error were. None exist Goodluck on your life quest (mission) who is allah making the Covenant with ? the Qur'an say it with the prophets, this is another translation. Surah 3:81: And remember when Allah took the , COVENANT OF THE PROPHETS saying: “Take whatever I gave you from the Book and Hikmah (understanding of the Laws of Allah ), and afterwards there will come to you a Messenger (Muhammad ) confirming what is with you; you must, then, believe in him and help him.” Allah said: “Do you agree to it and will you take up My Covenant which I conclude with you?” They said: “We agree.” He said: “Then bear witness; and I am with you among the witnesses for this.” (Hilali-Khan) Who were the Prophets who lived during the time of Muhammad to fulfill this Covenant of Allah? Who were the Prophets on hand to help Muhammad in his mission as the Messenger of Allah? Who were the Prophets present at the time of Muhammad to witness his confirmation of their Scriptures?None! Not a single Prophet |
Islam › The Fatal Error Of Allah by malvisguy212(op): 12:21am On Oct 28, 2017 |
Allah say in the Qur'an that, there will be prophets around to assist Muhammad in his mission, in fact Allah Even made it a covenant to this prophets. Surah 3:81: Allah took a COVENANT with the PROPHETS, saying: “Now that you have been given the Book and Wisdom; there will come to you a Messenger (MUHAMMAD) who will confirm that which is with you, you will have to believe in him and HELP HIM IN HIS MISSION. ” Then He said “Do you affirm this covenant and agree to take this heavy responsibility?” The PROPHETS replied, “Yes, we do affirm.” Allah said, “Very well, bear witness to this and I too bear witness with you.”
Now,A careful examination of Surah 3:81 reveals the following: (1) Allah made a Covenant with the Prophets who lived before the time of Muhammad. (2) These Prophets were called upon by Allah to pledge their support to a forthcoming Messenger who was to appear to them later. (3) This coming Messenger will confirm the previous Book of Allah which is in the possession of these Prophets . (4) Since this Messenger will come during the lifetime of these Prophets , they will be on hand to personally witness his confirmation of their sacred Book .
None! Not a single Prophet , from among whom Allah allegedly made the Covenant with, was present at the time of Muhammad. Yet, Allah clearly testified to the presence of these Prophets during the time of this Messenger .
This leaves us with two options: One: Allah was wrong in his claim regarding the presence of Prophets during the time of Muhammad. Two: The Messenger mentioned in Surah 3:81 is referring to someone other than Muhammad.
What is even more damaging for Islam is the fact that Muhammad excluded himself as the Messenger in Surah 3:81 . Why do we say that? This is because Muhammad clearly ruled out the co-existence of any Prophets during his career as the Messenger of Allah. Muhammad openly testified to this reality when he proclaimed the following to his early Companions. Sahih Muslim, Book 30, Number 5835: Abu Huraira reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: I am most akin to Jesus Christ among the whole of mankind, and all the Prophets are of different mothers but belong to one religion and NO PROPHET WAS RAISED BETWEEN ME AND JESUS.
Let us pause for a moment and let this sink in. Here we find two conflicting teachings in Islam. Allah clearly stated in Surah 3:81 that there would be Prophets to assist Muhammad. In contrast, Muhammad taught there would be none. Muslims have to choose between Allah and Muhammad. If Allah is right, then Muhammad is wrong. On the other hand, if Muhammad is right, then Allah is wrong. Either option destroys the legitimacy of Islam since this clearly demonstrates that one of them is definitely in error. As events unfolded, it became evident that there were no Prophets at the time of Muhammad. Thus, Allah was clearly in error. Man can make mistakes but not God. |

Rashduct4luv: “And because of their saying (in boast), ‘We killed Messiah ‘Eesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), the Messenger of Allah,’ - but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but the resemblance of ‘Eesa (Jesus) was put over another man (and they killed that man), and those who differ therein are full of doubts. They have no (certain) knowledge, they follow nothing but conjecture. For surely; they killed him not (i.e. ‘Eesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary) )
But Allah raised him (‘Eesa (Jesus)) up (with his body and soul) unto Himself (and he is in the heavens). And Allah is Ever AllPowerful, AllWise”
[an-Nisa’ 4:157, 158].
That's our belief. No one was there at the place when he was acclaimed crucified. if Jesus is just an ordinary prophet , why is so important for Allah to snatch him at the point of death and allowed his favorite prophet , Muhammad to die ? the fact that quran say everyone will test death show how important is Jesus , Surah 21:35: Every soul must taste of death, and We try you with evil and with good, for ordeal. And unto Us ye will be returned. now, the verse you quote, there is great deception in it, If you read this account in its entirety from Surah 4:153 to Surah 4:162, you will understand who they are that are saying, “Surely we have killed the Messiah, Isa son of Marium, the messenger of Allah.” According to the Qur’an, it is the Jews saying this. Think! Would the hostile Jews call Jesus the “Messiah” when they have rejected him as the Messiah? It must be remembered that the Jewish religious leaders even objected when Pilate wrote a title saying, “King of the Jews.” ( John 19:19-22 ). It is, therefore, illogical for the Jews to boastfully say that “we have killed the Messiah” when they did not accept Jesus as the Messiah in the first place. And if they did recognize him as the Messiah , as this verse implies ,would they have killed him? Whether they accept Jesus or not, the Jews will never make such a statement, sarcastically or otherwise, regarding the Messiah because the Messiah is a reverential figure for whom they waiting for deliverance. No Jews will boast that they have killed the Messiah. And the Jews are still devotedly waiting for the Messiah. |

Islam › Re: Misconceptions About Allah (part 1 Of 3): Is Allah God? by malvisguy212: 9:26pm On Oct 06, 2017 |
Rashduct4luv: Yes, Allah is God.
He is Allah, the One and Only. He is the same God worshiped in the Jewish and Christian faiths and is recognisable as such. Across the globe and throughout history people of all faiths and beliefs have turned towards God, or a supreme deity, the Creator of the universe. He is Allah. Allah is God. God the Creator. God the Sustainer.
The word God is spelled and pronounced differently in many languages: the French call him Dieu, the Spanish, Dios and the Chinese refer to the One God as Shangdi. In Arabic, Allah means the One True God, worthy of all submission and devotion. Jewish and Christian Arabs refer to God as Allah, and He is the same One True God referred to in the Biblical passage,
“Hear O Israel, the Lord your God is One”. (Deuteronomy 6.4 & Mark 12.29)
In all three monotheistic religions (Judaism, Christianity and Islam) God and Allah are the same. However, when asking the question, Is Allah God, it is equally important to understand who Allah is not.
He is not a man, nor is He an ethereal spirit, therefore when Muslims talk about Allah there is no concept of a trinity. He was not begotten nor does He beget, therefore He does not have sons or daughters. He does not have partners or underlings; therefore, there are no demi gods or minor deities inherent in the concept of Allah. He is not part of His creation and Allah is not in everybody and everything. Consequently, it is not possible to become allahlike or attain allahhood.
“Say (O Muhammad): He is Allah, [who is] One. Allah, the Self-Sufficient Master. He begets not, nor was He begotten; and there is none co-equal or comparable unto Him.” (Qur'an 112)
The Qur'an, God’s book of guidance for all of humankind was revealed in Arabic; therefore, non-Arabic speakers can become confused about terminology and names. When a Muslim says the word Allah, he is talking about God. God the Supreme, God the Magnificent, God the Omnipotent. The Creator of all that exists.
“He has created the heavens and the earth in truth. High be He Exalted above all they associate as partners with Him.” (Qur'an 16:3)
Muslims believe that Islam is the final message of God to humankind, and they believe that God gave the Torah to Prophet Moses as he gave the Gospel to Prophet Jesus. Muslims believe that Judaism and Christianity, in their pristine forms, were divine religions. In fact, one of the tenants of Islam is to believe in all of God’s revealed books. The Prophets of Islam include the same Prophets present in Jewish and Christian traditions; they all came to their people with the same message – to recognize and to worship the One God.
“...were you witnesses when death approached Jacob? When he said unto his sons, ‘What will you worship after me?’ They said, ‘We shall worship your God, the God of your fathers, Abraham, Ishmael and Isaac, One God, and to Him we submit (in Islam).” (Qur'an 2:133)
Muslims love and respect all the Prophets and Messengers of God. However, Muslims believe that the Qur'an contains the only concept of God that has not been tainted by man made ideas and idolatrous practices.
He, Allah/God made it very clear in Qur'an that He had sent messengers to every nation. We do not know all the names, or the dates; we do not know all the stories or the calamities, but we do know that God did not create even a single person and then abandon him. God’s message of mercy, love, justice, and truth was made available to all of humankind.
“And verily, We have sent among every community or nation, a Messenger (proclaiming), "Worship Allah (Alone), and avoid all false deities... ". (Quran 16:36)
“And for every nation there is a messenger...” (Quran 10:47)
For thousands of years humankind has lived and died across this wide earth. Every time a woman looks towards the sky in search of a Creator, she is turning to Allah. Every time a man buries his face in his hands and begs for mercy or relief, he is asking Allah. Every time a child crouches fearfully in a corner, his heart is searching for Allah. Allah is God. Whenever a person is thankful for the bright new day, or the cool refreshing rain, or the wind whispering in the trees, he or she is thankful to Allah, thankful to God.
Humankind has taken the purity of God and mixed it up with wild imaginings and strange superstitions. God is not three, He is One. God does not have partners or associates; He is Alone in His majesty and in His dominion. It is not possible to become godlike because there is nothing comparable to God. God is not part of His creation; He is beyond it. He is the first, and the last. God is Allah, the Most Merciful.
“… There is nothing like unto Him…” (Qur'an 42:11)
“And there is none co-equal or comparable unto Him.” (Qur'an 112:4)
“He is the First (nothing is before Him) and the Last (nothing is after Him), the Most High (nothing is above Him) and the Most Near (nothing is nearer than Him). And He is the All-Knower of everything.” (Qur'an 57:3)
Yes! God is Allah.
Copied https://www.nairaland.com/3785536/two-gods-islamMuslims often declare that Islam is a great monotheistic religion. Is this true? well, in this thread I will prove why this claim is absolutely false. all the evidence are there in the Quran and hadith. When a Muslim is engaged in prayer (salat), it is forbidden for him to respond to anyone who interrupts his prayer. Muslims, out of respect for Allah, will not interrupt a fellow-Muslim while he is praying. However, Muhammad is an exception to this rule.He tells Muslims that even if they are performing prayers to Allah, they must respond to him when he calls them. Muhammad invoked Surah 8:24 to justify his case. Surah 8:24: “O you who believe! Answer the call of Allah AND HIS APOSTLE when he calls you to that which gives you life; and know that Allah intervenes between man and his heart, and that to Him you shall be gathered.” (Shakir) Carefully consider now how the Prophet of Islam clarified the meaning and the application of the above Qur’anic verse. Sahih Bukhari, Volume 6, Book 60, Number 226: Narrated Abu Said Al-Mualla: While I was praying, the Prophet passed by and called me, but I did not go to him till I had finished my prayer. When I went to him, he said, “What prevented you from coming?” I said, “I was praying.” He said, “Didn’t Allah say” “O you who believe GIVE YOUR RESPONSE TO Allah and to His APOSTLE.” (Surah 8:24) LET US ANALYZE THIS QUR'ANIC VERSE WITH THE ABOVE HADITH. Muslims are required to honor Muhammad above Allah. why did I say this ? it may appear to Muslims that Muhammad was only demanding his right but there is MORE to this. It is important to note that each time Muhammad interrupts the prayer of a Muslim, he simultaneously interrupts Allah from receiving the prayer of that Muslim. This means that Muhammad has the authority to interrupt even Allah from receiving the prayers of his worshipers. Between Allah and Muhammad, Muslims are specifically commanded to give their priority to Muhammad even when it involves something as sacred as their worship of Allah. Is this not a subtle form of polytheism? Does not this exalt Muhammad to a position equal or even greater than Allah? The Shahada is the Islamic profession of faith. It is the first and most important of the Five Pillars of Islam. It is a testimony of the Islamic Faith which declares: “There is no God but Allah and Muhammad is his messenger.” Anyone who does not recite the Shahada is not a Muslim. However, a Muslim cannot be a Muslim by invoking the name of Allah only when reciting the Shahada. For his Shahada to be legitimate, it is absolutely necessary for the Muslim to include the name of Muhammad. Believing in Allah alone is not enough to be a Muslim. A Muslim must also believe in Muhammad: Surah 49:15: The believers are only those who believe in Allah and HIS MESSENGER . (Shakir) Believing only in the teachings of Allah with the exclusion of the teachings of Muhammad will result in the loss of many essential details that are vital for the salvation of Muslims. This is because the Qur’an does not contain all the regulations that are required of a Muslim to live out his faith. Therefore, a devout Muslim must also know and obey the Sunnah (sayings and deeds) of Muhammad in order to follow Islam. A Muslim cannot attain Paradise if he does not believe in the Sunnah of Muhammad. Thus, the teachings of Muhammad are elevated to the same intensity as the teachings of Allah in the Qur’an. In fact, to escape the fires of Hell, a Muslim must obey both Allah and Muhammad. Surah 4:14: And whoever disobeys Allah and HIS MESSENGER and goes beyond His limits, He will cause him to enter fire to abide in it, and he shall have an abasing chastisement. (Shakir) yes, I know Muslims will deny this , and even insult me , However, the reality belies their claim. In actual practice, Muslims merge the words of Allah with the words of a man. And by recognizing them both as equally binding for their salvation, Muslims elevate Muhammad to the status of Allah. If the teachings of Muhammad are recorded in the Qur’an, then there is no valid reason to object. However, since his teachings are not included in the Qur’an, it shows that Muslims are actually required to submit to teachings based on two different sources. |

Christianity Etc › Re: Dreams And Reality: How Do They Connect? by malvisguy212: 9:30pm On Oct 05, 2017 |
Scripture defined dream as night vision comes from God and a vision from our heart. Dream is a way in which the Lord speaks to men in their dreams in an effort to turn them away from evil or sign for things to comes in the future . Yet, men are unaware of this work of God upon them ("yet man does not perceive it" . Job 33:14-18, "For God may speak in one way, or in another,YET MAN DOES NOT PERCEIVE IT. In a DREAM, in a VISION of the night, when deep sleep falls upon men, while slumbering on their beds, then He OPENS THE EARS OF MEN , and seals their instruction. In order to turn man from his deed, and conceal pride from man, He keeps back his soul from the Pit, and his life from perishing by the sword."
Job 33:14-16, "then He opens the ears of men, and seals their instruction."
WHY?
Job 33:17, "In order to turn man from his deed..."
FROM OUR HEART. In Jeremiah 23:16, the Lord says, "Do not listen to the words of the prophets who prophesy to you. They make you worthless; they speak a vision of their OWN HEART."
What was he speaking of ?
Jeremiah 23:25 explains further, "I have heard what the prophets have said who prophesy lies in My name, saying, I have DREAMED, I have DREAMED!" Their dreams were the "deceit of their own heart" (Jeremiah 23:26).
These false prophet's dreams were coming from their own deceitful hearts. If you read the story of solomon in 1 king chapter 3 and the story of abimalach in Genesis 20:1-8, you will found out, we are responsible for our dream. Tremendous blessing came upon Solomon, because he acted wisely in his dream.
The more Biblically minded we are, the more we love the Word and have Scripture running through our hearts and minds, then the more righteous, godly, and holy we will live, awake or asleep.
Ecclesiastes 5:7, "For in the multitude of dreams and many words there is also vanity. But fear God."
People can get carried away with, or be preoccupied with, dreams and attempting to understand them. The writer of Ecclesiastes exhorts otherwise. Don't get caught up in dreams. Get caught up in fearing God, and loving Him, and your sleep will be sweet (Proverbs 3:24). |

malvisguy212: Another reason for rejecting God (choosing atheism), is a willing acceptance of satanic deception. The angel Lucifer (“luminous one”) fell and became Satan (“adversary”) due to his desire to supplant God. This was Lucifer’s single, minded obsession. He not only rejected God by attempting to supplant Him, but he urged humans to do likewise. Satan urged Eve to choose against God for her own self-fulfilment:
Genesis 3:1-5 He said to the woman, “Did God actually say, ‘You shall not eat of any tree in the garden’?” And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat of the fruit of the trees in the garden, but God said, ‘You shall not eat of the fruit of the tree that is in the midst of the garden, neither shall you touch it, lest you die.’” But the serpent said to the woman, “You will not surely die. For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”
Let us analyze this verses:
The tactic is clear: firstly, question God’s statements, then, contradict God’s statements and, finally, urge rebellion in seeking equality with God.
This manifest in atheists as :
1.Questioning whether there is a God to make statements in the first place, so God did not say anything. 2. Contradicting the statements said to have been spoken by God. 3. Seeking equality with God by replacing God with the self.
This satanic deception appeals strongly to atheists as it bolsters two of their desired delusions: 1) absolute autonomy being free to do as they please, and 2) the lack of ultimate accountability, there are no eternal consequences for doing as they please.
When asked “What is the Church of Satan?” Gilmore replies:
“Satanism begins with atheism. We begin with the universe and say, “It’s indifferent. There’s no God, there’s no Devil. No one cares!” So you then have to make a decision that places yourself at the center of your own subjective universe, because of course we can’t have any kind of objective contact with everything that exists. That’s rather arrogant and delusional, people who try to put things that way. So by making yourself the primary value in your life, you’re your own God. By being your own God, you are comfortable about making your own decisions about what to value. What’s positive to you, is good. What harms you, is evil. You extend it to things that you cherish and the people that you cherish. So it’s actually very easy to see that it’s a self-centered philosophy. But it also requires responsibility, since you are taking on for yourself the complete onus for your personal success or failure. You can’t be praying to a God or blaming a devil, or anyone else, for that matter, for what happens to you. It’s on your own head. That’s a challenge for most people. Most people tend to really feel that they want some kind of external support, that they are outward looking and might want some sort of supernatural parental figure, or even some sort of existing governmental authority, existing in their life.”

malvisguy212: First Corinthians 1:20 (ESV) asks, “Where is the one who is wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the debater of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world?
This thread is not for you, you do not belong to the kingdom of God, Jesus likened people like you as dogs who eat from their master table, this teaching is beyond your knowledge. First Corinthians 1:28–29 (ESV) goes on:
But God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise; God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong; God chose what is low and despised in the world, even things that are not, to bring to nothing things that are, so that no human being might boast in the presence of God. |

joseph1013: WORSE THAN YOU IMAGINED
Christianity may be worse than you imagined. God is said to have given his only begotten son so he could grant mankind everlasting life. But he didn't give his son. According to Christians they are both together right now and have been for almost 2,000 years.
Since God did not lose his son, what then did he aim to achieve? There is only one reasonable answer. He wanted his son to experience fear and the agony of being beaten, humiliated and crucified. In return for this filicidal brutality, he would forgive whatever sins humans may commit so they could have an eternity of happiness instead of torture.
No part of this was remotely necessary--torturing an innocent man was simply the price God demanded for his forgiveness. This is not the thinking of a loving father. It is not even the thinking of a terrible father. It is the thinking of a deeply deranged psychopath. lolz, this is hilarious, so to you this is how you reason it? honestly, I like to Read post like this cause it display atheists foolishness, keep it up boy. |

shadeyinka: Coincidence is a big word which concludes a matter simply because there is no suitable verifying apparatus available.
If something happens once, its a coincidence. If it happens twice, it may still be a coincidence BUT When it becomes recurrent, its no more a coincidence.
I normally see major events in my life a day or two before it happens. Some of these events can be averted if not desirable and some, there is nothing you can do about them.
Dreams are parables of the Present and Future state of a person. If you can decode them, you will see that its no coincidence.
Yes, dreams are subjective and some dreams are junks. But the fact that they cannot be described/measured in the Laboratory does not mean that it doesn't exist as a form of reality.
Have you really wondered how some direct prophecy/word of knowledge works. If they are all arranged, then some of theirs acts must be very good actors. You wonder why they didn't joing nollywood. God bless you. |
