Tampons do not damage anything .
But you need a lot of time for your first one and you really have to relax.
The best way is to put one leg on top of the toilet.

Were we stay they have 2 teams a year .
If a child is not doing well , the teacher will advise the parents after the first term(Half year) to put the child one class below . If the child is in 3 it should go back to 2.
If the parents refuse and the child fails at the end of the year it will repeat.
But teachers think its better to set the child back in the half year so that it will be promoted at the end of the year with the rest of the class.

Women are even jealous of their girlfriend.
My Nigerian friends the women always like to know who is my best friend who do i like the best and who i spend more time with.

my little girl is 10 she plays with boys there is one boy she visits at home he is 8 but i don't call him a boy friend and its not a date. He phones to ask if she can come over.
His mum picks her up and brings her home.
He is just a playmate nothing more nothing less.
My second daughter had her period with 11 . Someone here said a girl can date after that .
She is too young to date so she is dating none.
With 13 My daughter had a lot of male friends they were just class mates that used to come over .
Sometimes there will be 3 boys and 4 girls or more .That did not disstub me then for me it was a crowed.
Not every boy a girl goes out with is a date.
But I always advise my kids to pick a boy that is doing something serious and not some bloody dropout.
My daughter is now 17 she started dating with 14 but only dating.
Today i tell her that any man she sleeps with is a potential father of her child . so she better not sleep around. Because if she gets pregnant and keeps the baby she is bound to the man for life even if they don't marry , a decent man will want to still take care of his child.

When my period started tampons were rare and expensive in Nigeria.
Sometimes we even used to make our own tampons out of cotten wool.
Well the first tampon i used i had no one to show me so stupid me put in the tampon with the applicator.

Well if it were my dad i will just shut my mouth.If am still young and living in my fathers house.

And maybe that her younger sister may end up with a cup c or D (bra) while she may remain a B.
But the younger sister also has the body to carry that weight in front of her.She is 12 and already has a C .

my aunty is a very busy woman , She has a lot of women ,girls that stay with her she is training them.They do the cooking.
But once a year my aunty cooks herself , christmas.
She cannot cook and she will heap everyones plate and smile .
Every one has to finish their food,
Her rice is the worst.
Not even a white person can cook that rice worse than her.

I used to do it and my kids do it too .They exchange cloths with friends for some time.
