I give you the undeserved honor of a reply - for the sake of record keeping:

1, have you not read former governor of Akwa Ibom state, Godswill Akpabio's famous statement about federal government's promise of reconstruction for the war-ravaged eastern region which was not fulfilled, but construction after the war rather took place in the other areas of Nigeria not ravaged by the civil war, especially in the southwest region - Lagos?

Beginning the early 1970s, Nigeria's successive federal govts refused to establish economy-boosting infrastructures in the southeast;

but Nigeria's government were establishing its economy-boosting infrastructures in other regions of Nigeria.

Thus to engage in wealth accumulation, many Igbos and other easterners were constrained to migrate to outside the old east to other areas of Nigeria where modern development infrastructures were provided by the federal government.

For example, and worse, until return to civil rule in 1999, military leaders of Nigeria (except Obasanjo) left the road from Onitsha to Aba to Portharcourt to Calabar nearly in a state of decay for decades;
even locals who dared to repair the road were arrested and accused of tampering with federal roads. The same condition existed for most of the federal roads in the east then - to a lesser degree today.
Aba that was then becoming the Japan of Africa in goods manufacture by imitation started to be deserted. Other southeast cities started to be deserted. That is mostly behind the exodus of easterners to other parts of Nigeria.

2, Only a most semi-literate dude would say "if Igbo had stayed in the southeast to develop the area," so long as we are in One Nigeria where everywhere in Nigeria is expected to be home to every Nigerian.
Or is London being developed by Londoners alone? No. British people and their migrant citizens develop London, but no Londoner can dare call any British citizen a guest in London. Unlike some most backward chimps do call their fellow citizens guests in their areas of ethnic origin, yet foolishly yearn for one Nigeria.

Finally, despite all the attention the areas outside the old eastern region got from the federal government, human development indices, which count far more than infrastructural development indices, are highest in the old eastern region, compared to rest of Nigeria. This is due to the entrepreneurial skills of the easterners.

A most semi-literate dud would say Igbos needed to return to the southeast in order to get Biafra. That makes no sense, and has no place in the history of formation of nations. When Nigeria was freed from colonial masers, did Nigerians have to troop home from abroad as a condition for freedom? No.

People like you have been silenced by IPOB, I mean those of you that used to shout on Nigeria's online publications: "Igbos return to your erosion ravaged east;" "lagoon treatment for Igbos if they refuse to do so so", "Igbos are strangers in our midst;" yes you have been silenced.

You want to fight because of crude oil before split? Note that the most rich countries of the world today have no crude oil, some of them, like the Swiss Federation, are even landlocked.

One other problem is that Hausa/Fulani-loyal soldiers recreated Nigeria's political structure, such that Hausa/Fulani now use the undue excess political representation it draws from the undue large number of states which the soldiers proliferated in the far north to lord it over the rest of Nigeria; to the extent that they can now openly state that the oil in the Nigerdelta belongs to northern Nigeria.

This Hausa/Fulani arrogance is now unbearable. [/b]

As for biafra, it can be likened to a man who has set his eyes on owning a property primarily on assumptions that neighbours will gift him money. When his hopes are dashed, he turns around to pour invectives at his neighbours.

If pro-Biafra Igbos sincerely want to be taken seriously on this biafra issue, thay should work within the framework of the 5SE states. I repeat, if they are to be considered as being serious, they should work with what they truly have. At this age, it is technically impossible either by coercion or whatever to marry SE with SS as a large percentage of us are suspicious of igbos(with good reason), simply uninterested and see it simply as a change of nomenclature from what Nigeria is.

Nigeria has tapped crude oil for more than 50 years from the SS? Today, there's is neither electricity not petroleum products to power the country. But. despite blockade, Igbos built and ran refineries throughout the civil war.

So what makes you believe, like Fulani divide-and-rule people tell you that Igbo wants to capture your crude oil in the SS in Biafra?
If by any chance you are truly from SS, you are one of the few remaining victims of Fulani divide-and-rule politics.
.Fulani doesn't believe that north can survive without crude oil. Igbo can survive and excel in Biafra without crude oil.

If by any chance you are truly from the SS, or even a Yoruba, you need to be taken to an Almajiri under a tree in Kano to be taught lessons on Nigeria's failed political process which Fulani still struggles to maintain because it profits most from SS crude oil.

The same way Ogbomosho Yorubas see their self as senior yolobas and rest of yolobas see Oworis, Egun and Illajes as conquered sub Yorubas that are pigs, Ijebu Yorubas are seen as snakes and vampires by the rest of Yorubas, Ondo Yorubas are seen as dejected people.

At least in Igboland Anambra, Imo, Abia, Enugu and Ebonyi intermarry, but Yorubas are divided within their self that they don't intermarry among Yoruba states like Igbos.

Yoruba is the most upset tribe in Nigeria about Biafra. The reason is that Yoruba is most divided between Christian and Muslim Yoruba.
So the Christian Yoruba is most afraid of Biafra because they know that any New Nigeria comprising the Yoruba and northern Nigeria must end up to become a country governed with sharia criminal laws.

I followed those forums. From Biafra Republic to Ala Biafra and then Biafra town. The first few weeks every member was high on Biafra. People were trooping in like crazy. One of the forums even had up to 2000 signups in a day. Even Nairaland would be jealous of that stats. Promises were made. Loud members were ranting on how they were going to build a forum that would beat Nairaland hands down. They promised huge sums.

Few weeks down the line, the forum is still active. some members joined, some couldn't bear it and bummed off. The forum remained active. More promises made and none kept.

2 months down the line, the forums have turned to graveyards. All the flare and plomp are gone. people start wondering what the hell they were doing here in the first place. all members flee and return back to the Nigerian forums they all love and leave the wonderful biafran forums to die a slow and painful death.

Biafra republic that used to have 3000 members online can't even boast of 3 users online. Biafratown is really pathetic but i must commend the admin. Dude posted 3000 topics all by himself . Ala biafra is dead and gone.

This is a true reflection of what biafra would look like. After the pomb and flare, the reality starts to bite and people go back to their vomits. But this time around, they might not be as lucky and the vomit might no longer be available to swallow back.

Force is not used to keep a nation sovereign, else, the old Soviet Union with all of Russia's Nuclear bombs could have kept the Sovereignty of the Soviet Union.

A Terrorist is a person who uses unlawful violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims.

How does Nnamdi Kanu come into the definition above? He had not used any unlawful violence against Nigeria or anybody.

Asking for secession is not intimidation of civilians.

As for your fear of war, perhaps you live in the Western World, the peace and freedom you enjoy there, millions of young people sacrificed their lives to win the peace and freedom from the Nazis and other war mongers, the same way millions of Igbos sacrificed their lives to free Biafra from Nigeria.

Sovereignty? When a large group in a sovereign nation push to opt out of the nation, the nation's sovereignty becomes questionable. People make a nation sovereign. I hope you even know what Sovereignty means for a nation. No nation was created to remain sovereign forever.

– The Nigerian Airforce (NAF) is contributing its own quota to the fight against insurgency in the North East zone

– The Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshal Sadique Baba Abubakar, has been a role model for the Airforce personnel in the frontline

– The CAS visited the two states recently after a similar visit in December 2015

– NAF personnel used the visit to show some of their assets, arms, ammunition and contributions to bringing lasting peace to the region

The personnel of the Nigerian Airforce in Borno and Adamawa states were in high spirits as the CAS visited them during the Easter celebrations.
