You're right on the 50/50 issue.

In community property states like CA, all property acquired during the course of the marriage has to be split equally; unless the prenuptial agreement says otherwise.
Even at that, the prenup could be declared null and void if the judge believes the agreement is so one-sided i.e. one party gets 95% of the assets and the other gets 5%.

Of course, if the man is at fault (he committed domestic violence, serially attempts to rape his wife, or cheats on his wife), he will lose the house.

Assuming there's no prenup, just as many cases where a prenup isn't existing, the man has many other options. Divorce settlements sometimes take years to finalize, so I can either do one of two things: voluntarily surrender the property, OR simply allow the bank to foreclose on the property. That way the house is listed for auction, and sold for less value than it's worth. The thought of having foreclosure debt, even if she had full custody, considering a meager amount of child support (of cos no spousal support because she's earning more) and the damage to our credit is more than enough for her to know that the odds aren't in her favor. There's a lot of leverage to get what you want from a divorce IF the man is willing to play dirty i.e. not killing or hurting his wife in any way.

I heard retirement accounts, 401k, etc can be withdrawn as a pas-through corporation or a Trust entity whereby it isn't subjected to any form of tax and/or divorce settlement. These are ideas men should be seek to explore, like I've always posited before: in a divorce, speak to expert professionals. There are loopholes in the law which any man can use to his advantage. Many wealthy people exploit these loopholes, why can't an average Joe do the same instead of killing the woman.

It's really easy to say "why would the man kill the woman, he has no right to do so". In fact, that's absolutely correct; however, most men aren't stable enough to handle the psychological torture their wives dishes out to them. Many talk about divorce like it's an easy cake, well guess what, the average divorce takes at least 2 years to finalize and that's if there aren't much assets involved, and both parties are willing to be cooperative. Who's gonna pay the attorney fees? In fact, there's are limitation to how a court will exercise favorable laws to the woman for instance if the woman committed adultery or something else.

Also, on the issue of mortgage, the 50/50 rule is dependent on state law and so many things are considered. I've seen a case (a close friend), he wouldn't pay the mortgage, he used it as a leverage. Of course failure to pay your mortgage is invitation for foreclosure, the lady finally agreed to some of his terms, they just finalized their divorce last month. Divorce terms are negotiable and there are many ways to hide assets (if you know how I mean), I see no reason for killing the woman.

Bro, the cause of body odor could be different reasons. A lot of people are here telling you to use deodorant which I'm sure you and it's not working. The root cause of body odor is bacteria, so try to wash your in the morning and evening. Shave your underarm and clean with baking soda, or alcohol (not beer), I mean methyl alcohol or even vinegar. They kill bacteria on contact, and every night consistently and apply antiperspirant nightly, this should solve the problem.

No you are wrong sir, anything can happen on a forum except of course fraud

I visit reddit very well and I have sold btc on the site more than once

And reddit is one of the top forum in the world

I did respond your pm as well..

I agree anything can happen on a forum, I have no doubt. Seun cannot exercise 100% control or know exactly what goes on, but he cannot claim immunity (thru his mods) that he isn't aware that some wicked and evil people are using his platform to perpetuate unlawful activities.

What I am saying is that, this site is gradually being turned to a platform used to trade: buy, sell and exchange foreign currencies. I have no problem with it, as long as it's low key, we all got to hustle and I respect everyone's hustle too. However, my recommendation is that I'd like Seun to make sure that people who are dealing are screened properly.. Nothing else. I haven't accused anyone or NL of engaging in any unlawful activity, I'm just saying take proactive measures to vet anyone who wants to deal including me sef. grin grin

You do understand that any activity that involves transmitting, buying, selling BTC in exchange for the $$$ requires an MSB license? That you're transmitting smaller is inconsequential and does not cause harm, but it doesn't make it right. Like they said, ignorance is no excuse to law.

It is really a complex complicated mess

My recommendation: Seun needs to setup a meticulous screening process for EVERYONE who wants to trade (buy, sell or exchange) foreign currencies. NL as it is in violation of several laws because this is not the platform for that. NL cannot be used as a platform to perfect swindling schemes, in fact, I'll recommend an offshoot site strictly dedicated for such transactions.

There's no point arguing back and forth... Ale doesn't want to cooperate so no need of bothering him. Hit him where it hurts. Like Dadojo said, this was his first time transacting PayPal funds. I'll suggest he files a claim against him, and more importantly, collate all the info and screenshots he got. One thing is certain: Mr. Ale will definitely suffer the biggest blow since he has no integrity to protect. My only concern is that one person's pride will call others into suspicion but hey, it's a steep price to pay but it would rid NL of people like this. It's better he's humbled if his account and other accounts are shutdown.

That's how people be hating unnecessarily, there are several hundreds of car manufacturers in the world, some known and some unknown. Tomorrow someone would come out and say Tesla of yesterday isn't a car manufacturer. So it's until you have reached the size of Toyota, Honda, General Motors, then you're considered a car manufacturer. Smh at ignorance, some people just open their mouth and talk rubbish. IVM definitely isn't up to the standard of Toyota but to say they aren't a car manufacturer is just as clueless as one gets. This man before he diversified into auto manufacturing, he manufactures local auto parts including motorcycles, yet people just want to condemn because they think they can. Continue hating, and only one day, he'll get the right funding only to find out that IVM becomes an African brand, not just Nigerian only.

I guess you understand the difference between formulation and approval.

The President approves the policies formulated by the CBN.

An idea is not a policy.

There is a process to formulate an idea into a government policy, in this case it is the function of the CBN.

Why are you trying so hard to be technically correct? As independent as CBN is, no matter the policy formed by the CBN, if it's NOT in line with the President's policy, it would not fly. This is one of the reasons SLS was sacked by GEJ, granted the CBN is autonomous, but they have to work hand-in-hand with the president's fiscal framework.

You're right about what I don't know is more than what I know; however, I do know about one thing: the devil I know is better than the angel I don't know.

America makes it seem like terror is the center point for it's greatness or rather, Trump makes it seem that way. The truth is that, America's war on terror is not as great as other issues plaguing it. It's one thing that America is striving to be the world police (by fire and thunder) and it's another thing that these are clearly their issues and it directly affects them. America's issues are NOT more of foreign policies, thanks to the media for hyping it like it seem, America's main issues are purely domestic.

Education:

If America spent money on education, her people will be advanced. Wonder where STEM is heading to? Take a statistic of people holding STEM jobs in America? Where do you think most of these jobs are heading?

How can you be great again when more than 50% of elementary school students fail math and reading exercises? How do you think they will succeed?

How do you plan on being great when millions of students graduating out of college have a minimum of $20k in student loan debt ballooning at more than 4% annual interest rate?

How do you plan on being great when the educational system have suffered collapse: budget cuts, disenfranchising a certain group of people in state/federal grants, etc.

Security & Violence:

We talk so much about foreign policy in terms of security, but domestically, racism, police brutality, racial profiling and violence and much more far exceeds the death toll suffered by international war on terror.

How do you want to make America great again when a certain group of people are cherry picked for violence

How do you want to make America great again where hate and racist comments seem to thrive, among other vile things, it's celebrated.

How do you want to make America great again when freedom of worship, speech and to vote (thanks to a recent SCOTUS decision back in 2013) is being threatened?

I don't want to derail this thread, but I can go as far as into our judicial system, legislature and it's corrupt activities, the economy, and many more aspects. America's economy bordering on things like foreign trade, fiscal policies, job growth & unemployment, taxes, immigration, wages, poverty, etc has been the center of debate in Congress for the past few years or so, and you think foreign policy is America's problem.

So if you honestly believe foreign policy is America's biggest problems, it's either you don't live in the U.S. OR you simply are not too familiar with America's real problem. I am NOT undermining the threats from foreign sources, but you won't be successful in a foreign fight if your own house isn't kept in order. Yes, America needs a radical president but NOT at the expense of more serious issues. As a president, there's a limit to how much you can involve the U.S. in a foreign conflict, so again, foreign policy as important as it is, is the not a top three item on America's list.

Like I've said before, what will bring America down to it's very knees are not foreign nations like North Korea, China or Russia but it's own people. The signs are everywhere, the American people have had enough of it's leaders.

I forgot, were you in the U.S. back in 2013 when the govt shutdown for 20 days due to Congress NOT passing the budget? Please go and read the ripple effect of such action and what it's still causing 3 years later. When you have someone like Trump saying he would allow the U.S. default on their loans so that he can renegotiate the terms, considering the huge economic loss and financial damage, does that sound like someone who has any clue on American economy? That 20 days shutdown was a greater threat than Russia and China put together.

This is my comment, if you got something to counter, I will pull receipts on you. Counter what I've said or shut the hell up with the "why you hate us so much" bs.
