CFCman: Assuming there's no prenup, just as many cases where a prenup isn't existing, the man has many other options. Divorce settlements sometimes take years to finalize, so I can either do one of two things: voluntarily surrender the property, OR simply allow the bank to foreclose on the property. That way the house is listed for auction, and sold for less value than it's worth. The thought of having foreclosure debt, even if she had full custody, considering a meager amount of child support (of cos no spousal support because she's earning more) and the damage to our credit is more than enough for her to know that the odds aren't in her favor. There's a lot of leverage to get what you want from a divorce IF the man is willing to play dirty i.e. not killing or hurting his wife in any way. I heard retirement accounts, 401k, etc can be withdrawn as a pas-through corporation or a Trust entity whereby it isn't subjected to any form of tax and/or divorce settlement. These are ideas men should be seek to explore, like I've always posited before: in a divorce, speak to expert professionals. There are loopholes in the law which any man can use to his advantage. Many wealthy people exploit these loopholes, why can't an average Joe do the same instead of killing the woman. 3 Likes |

Missy89: I'd expect the salary slightly higher in places like Cali, NY and other expensive cities. Then again, that's for an entry level, probably 0-3 years experience. |

It's really easy to say "why would the man kill the woman, he has no right to do so". In fact, that's absolutely correct; however, most men aren't stable enough to handle the psychological torture their wives dishes out to them. Many talk about divorce like it's an easy cake, well guess what, the average divorce takes at least 2 years to finalize and that's if there aren't much assets involved, and both parties are willing to be cooperative. Who's gonna pay the attorney fees? In fact, there's are limitation to how a court will exercise favorable laws to the woman for instance if the woman committed adultery or something else. Also, on the issue of mortgage, the 50/50 rule is dependent on state law and so many things are considered. I've seen a case (a close friend), he wouldn't pay the mortgage, he used it as a leverage. Of course failure to pay your mortgage is invitation for foreclosure, the lady finally agreed to some of his terms, they just finalized their divorce last month. Divorce terms are negotiable and there are many ways to hide assets (if you know how I mean), I see no reason for killing the woman. |

Yall need to quit all this, as far as I know, Trump isn't winning this election. It's exactly 4 weeks and 1 day to the election, and personally, Trump isn't gonna survive the onslaught. In fact, both candidates have dirty dealings, but the lesser devil will win. 3 Likes |

Bro, the cause of body odor could be different reasons. A lot of people are here telling you to use deodorant which I'm sure you and it's not working. The root cause of body odor is bacteria, so try to wash your in the morning and evening. Shave your underarm and clean with baking soda, or alcohol (not beer), I mean methyl alcohol or even vinegar. They kill bacteria on contact, and every night consistently and apply antiperspirant nightly, this should solve the problem. |

Buhari is testing waters to see how Nigerians will react, if Nigerians kick against it, it would send a strong signal to him that Nigeria of the 1970 is not the Nigeria of today. 1 Like |

Singapore1: I did respond your pm as well.. I agree anything can happen on a forum, I have no doubt. Seun cannot exercise 100% control or know exactly what goes on, but he cannot claim immunity (thru his mods) that he isn't aware that some wicked and evil people are using his platform to perpetuate unlawful activities. What I am saying is that, this site is gradually being turned to a platform used to trade: buy, sell and exchange foreign currencies. I have no problem with it, as long as it's low key, we all got to hustle and I respect everyone's hustle too. However, my recommendation is that I'd like Seun to make sure that people who are dealing are screened properly.. Nothing else. I haven't accused anyone or NL of engaging in any unlawful activity, I'm just saying take proactive measures to vet anyone who wants to deal including me sef. ![]() ![]() You do understand that any activity that involves transmitting, buying, selling BTC in exchange for the $$$ requires an MSB license? That you're transmitting smaller is inconsequential and does not cause harm, but it doesn't make it right. Like they said, ignorance is no excuse to law. https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/36bpwt/can_i_legally_sell_bitcoin_without_a_msb_license/ |

onatisi: My recommendation: Seun needs to setup a meticulous screening process for EVERYONE who wants to trade (buy, sell or exchange) foreign currencies. NL as it is in violation of several laws because this is not the platform for that. NL cannot be used as a platform to perfect swindling schemes, in fact, I'll recommend an offshoot site strictly dedicated for such transactions. 2 Likes |

There's no point arguing back and forth... Ale doesn't want to cooperate so no need of bothering him. Hit him where it hurts. Like Dadojo said, this was his first time transacting PayPal funds. I'll suggest he files a claim against him, and more importantly, collate all the info and screenshots he got. One thing is certain: Mr. Ale will definitely suffer the biggest blow since he has no integrity to protect. My only concern is that one person's pride will call others into suspicion but hey, it's a steep price to pay but it would rid NL of people like this. It's better he's humbled if his account and other accounts are shutdown. 4 Likes 1 Share |

That's how people be hating unnecessarily, there are several hundreds of car manufacturers in the world, some known and some unknown. Tomorrow someone would come out and say Tesla of yesterday isn't a car manufacturer. So it's until you have reached the size of Toyota, Honda, General Motors, then you're considered a car manufacturer. Smh at ignorance, some people just open their mouth and talk rubbish. IVM definitely isn't up to the standard of Toyota but to say they aren't a car manufacturer is just as clueless as one gets. This man before he diversified into auto manufacturing, he manufactures local auto parts including motorcycles, yet people just want to condemn because they think they can. Continue hating, and only one day, he'll get the right funding only to find out that IVM becomes an African brand, not just Nigerian only. 1 Like |

princetom1: Since you know so much about Auto manufacturing, care to enlighten us? The last I checked, there's been more than five documentaries from local and international sources citing IVM as a car manufacturer. Perhaps watching these documentaries on YouTube will help you. Again, please help us understand what is manufacturing. |

menxer: Why are you trying so hard to be technically correct? As independent as CBN is, no matter the policy formed by the CBN, if it's NOT in line with the President's policy, it would not fly. This is one of the reasons SLS was sacked by GEJ, granted the CBN is autonomous, but they have to work hand-in-hand with the president's fiscal framework. 1 Like |

I read through the article and perhaps I missed it, but I don't see how IPOB threatened the Bishops. I mean if a state/city is shutdown, the impact will be felt across the land, that's the reason why they fled not because they were threatened. 7 Likes |

logicab: Haha, here comes another one. I'd want him to listen to you because I don't need a brother who at every second, doesn't hesitate to slight Africans and Nigerians. If some bum of the street of America attacks Nigerians because he/she thinks they're superior over Africans; I will spit my venom on such person. Like Nigeria and other African nations, America has it's own problems. I told him to refute my claims about America's real problem in this coming election and if it's incorrect. So while you're it, save your patriotism for people who really care because I don't. |

ISpiksDaTroof: Lmao... I'm glad there's a glimmer of hope of redemption... Me abominable? I'm from Nnewi, Anambra state. I've ALWAYS identified myself as such, NEVER ashamed of it and WILL NEVER be. If you knew history about the Osu Caste System, it's origination, practice and Nnewi history, you'll see a sharp disconnect, but then, I don't blame you. Laziness begat laziness. The only history you know is about welfare, so I can't blame you if you don't know a bit about Nigerian history let alone, the South Easterners. Hehe... Where you from again? ![]() ![]() |
![]() |
ISpiksDaTroof: Haha, you're seriously deluded if you think America is anymore advanced than these countries. America is 2000 years ahead meanwhile just about everything you use: from food, textiles, electronics, healthcare, heck even IT is imported tech from Asia or Europe. I was gonna break it down for you but I'll allow you to continue deluding yourself, one day you'll wake up to see America is up for sale on ebay.com or even, Alibaba.com. Hehe, I told you that a slave and freeborn have nothing in common; I will only move out after you have found your ancestral root, and until you have done that, you have no authority to tell me to move out. You're a tenant in America, in fact, immigrants have more rights than you. #FACT. You don't like it, GTH. Burger King? Lmao, you must think everyone is on your level of welfare fuckery? I'm no BK fan, nah son, I'll pass... How the hell am I supposed to miss BK when I really don't care about them? ![]() ![]() ![]() |

ISpiksDaTroof: Lmao... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Which land do you own? ROTF, look at this fake immigrant slave owning land in America? Abeg shut up that stinking thing yoiu call mouth...Go and study your history well. |

ISpiksDaTroof: Lmao... It must be a heavy burden knowing the fact that you have no HOME; I understand your frustration because you're clueless and hopeless about your ancestral lineage but damn, are you this daft and idiotic to believe the SE are abominable? ROTFLMAO. I told you previously to stay away from matters relating to Africans and Nigerians, but you wouldn't listen. Just imagine how dumb you sound. I'm proud to say I'm from Anambra state (the light of the nation), where you from again ? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Inasmuch as daftness and idiocy is your banner (fly it well dumbo), I wouldn't have imagined that reading and comprehension is also a problem. Time and time again you prove beyond all things questionable if you're really sound to make good judgment. I've gone back to my home, at least more than once, question is: do you have a home to begin with let alone going back to it?. Now read slowly and comprehend very wella because I don't have patience to entertain stupidity ![]() Hehe, QUIT HATING. Nigerians just like other immigrants are developing your country. In comparison to your likes, they are far better in walks of life than you or your type would ever be. Don't hate the player, hate the game. |
