Registering a business name means you have incorporated your business. Which means Your business is now an Enterprise, Venture or Limited. Note you can only use one at a time. @ccambel, I believe you must have done your research about the products you want to export, in terms of available market, Nigeria regulation on the products as well as the destination country regulation on the products. Having done these, you must have a business name and office address for your business. Before you can export anything from Nigeria, you must register your business with the Corporate Affairs Commission, CAC, it cost about 80k, you must also have your export licence, issued by NEPC i.e Nigeria Export Promotion Council, it cost roughly 10k, you must have a Bank current account, you may need a tax clearance, if it is consumable goods, you Will need NAFDAC and possibly SON certificates among other things. You must also consider your mode of transportation, shipping, aircargo etc. It is capital intensive but you can.

Well I don't know why you don't want sworn affidavit, it is there to address case such as yours, and it is legally tenable and accepted all over the world even for visa processing, especially when it's obtained from High Court of Justice, and authenticated. I doubt if you can get another original birth certificate that is not forged, since we you can only have one original certificate and many photocopies.

It's laughable that we have a country where the Federal Govt. is struggling to keep the few running Refineries operational, let alone building a new one,yet the Militant in Niger Delta are busy building themselves refineries in the bush, with locally made materials, extracting petrol,deisel etc. The FG has spare no effort going about demolishing the so called illegal refineries, So does the FG has the moral standing to continue to do so,when they cannot even build one, even as their ally Shell claimed that it is no longer economical to do build new refineries.

Gov. Sullivan Chime is not one of those noise making governors, he is a gentleman to the core just like we had in Gov. Duke, he allows his works to speak for him and it gladens my heart to see that he made the list though he is not my state governor anyway. My list goes like this:
