This is what the same omnipotent and omniscient God says you must do to those who do not share your beliefs:

It seems like some people haven't been reading their bibles.
Please open your bibles and read these passages for yourself and tell me you are not sickened by this command to murder your whole family, and to commit genocide on a whole city of innocent people (and animals).

Will the rest of the earth be empty or will it still be full of just animals living as normal?

What will be the population inside the box and will they be allowed to have sex and have children?

It sounds like it could get very claustrophobic in there.

That is what i am saying. The global sea level rise at the end of the last ice age would have caused major localised flooding in many areas all over the world as well as catastrophic storms and changes all over the earth.  The ancient hebrews did not even know the world was round nor have any real idea of geography and how big it really is. Therefore when they experienced one of these major localised floodings they must have thought that the whole world is flooded if all you see from horizon to horizon is water. It obviously was not, because, like you said, there would be so much evidence for it all over the globe, and life would not have had the time to reach the incredibly vast levels of diversity we see today if 99.9999% of life was all killed. But to the survivors at the time, that is what they thought and that is the story that they passed on to their children. 
Some Christians say that the Grand Canyon is evidence of the biblical global flood, but when i look at it, and the evidence, what i see is a huge canyon eroded over millions of years by the Colorado river system and the forces of nature.

The sea levels around the world would have risen by tens of meters or more causing catastrophic floods, massive storms, and severe devastation to primitive fledgling civilisations just at the start of the agricultural revolution and the birth of cities.

This is what caused the many ancient cities in the Mediterranean and the Hindus valley in India to end up submerged, leading to the legends of Atlantis etc, and the other flood stories such as in the Epic of Gilgamesh, the old Testament and in many other cultures from around the world at that time.

I know how Noah might have built the ark and kept 2 of each animal alive until the flood ended and will inform all you non believers now of how it was done.



1. God helped him by suspending the laws of physics, nature and science so that the boat could withstand the immense pressures and forces placed upon it.

2. God used his angels to fly to all the furthest parts of the world and carry all of the animals to the ark location when it was ready, including the dinosaurs.

3. God shrank all the animals in size so they would all neatly fit in the ark.

4. God put all the animals in hibernation or suspended animation for the duration of their time in the ark so they didnt need food or water.

5. God then got his angels to replant all the vegetation around the world with extra fast growing seeds and fly all the animals back to their original locations when the  flood was over.




This is the best possible logical/illogical or rational/irrational explanation of how it was done.

There is no other explanation for what happens at the end, but if anyone can explain it rationally i will be willing to change my mind.

I remember about 5 years ago i went to a revival meeting and a man who lost his arm from the shoulder in an industrial accident 2 years previous went up on stage to be healed. As everyone prayed and the pastor laid his hands on him his arm grew back there and then. It was amazing to see and i caught it on video.

If you follow the bible text literally and truly believe that it is 100% true, what is stopping you from killing people of other faiths when God specifically commanded you to do just that:

As you can see, if you go down that road and take the bible literally, you will become a very dangerous person indeed and i just hope that the authorities catch you before you fulfil the word of God upon your fellow human beings.

I understand your dilemma, but here's a possibility that you would probably find very hard to comprehend, 

Maybe, just maybe, the Bible is NOT true.
If you are able to even consider that for just 1 minute you will find that everything starts to make a lot more sense.

In my view i don't see atheism as a solely anti christ movement. It is more a group of people who do not believe in the existence of a God or Gods regardless of which religion that God is the head of. As a person who was raised a Christian and having read the bible from cover to cover I can relate to Christianity more than any other belief system.

Perhaps I should have recommended the more general book by Richard Dawkins; The God Delusion, which is equally as good, if not better.

Saying that Jesus, Moses, Abraham, Paul, and all the other characters in the bible were black is like saying that all the characters in snow white and the seven dwarfs, Jack and the beanstalk, Harry potter and all other fictional stories were black.

Look at the bigger picture.  If you were an Indian Christian in India you would probably be adamant that they were all brown.

What are your thoughts on this?

With all the overwhelming amount of facts and evidence in support of evolution, from biology, palaeontology, geology, archaeology, anthropology, Genetics, DNA, etc. and all the thousands of fossils of extinct and transitional animals found. I find it amazing that people still refuse to believe it.

I Never underestimate the power of religion, but it's not as if there is just one supernatural religious creation theory, there are thousands of creation stories, from all over the world. However there is only one theory of evolution based on scientific facts and tons of accumulated evidence.

I find it sad that some of us Africans have allowed ourselves to become so blinded and deluded by the whitemans and arabian religions that we are fighting amongst ourselves and even killing each other over it.

Africa is the cradle of mankind. Humanid fossils have been found in Africa dating back millions of years, and the Earth has been dated back to billions of years, not the ridiculous 6000 years as claimed in the bible. 
Evolution happens over millions of years by a slow process of natural selection, and will not be possible if the Earth is just 6000 years old!
This the reason you find it so hard to comprehend "did a dinosaur give birth to a chicken egg?" 

A wolf did not one day give birth to a poodle but we know that it evolved from it and we have the DNA evidence to confirm it

I hope that one day you will wake up, release your self from the slavery of faith and realise that we are all equal, regardless of what race, tribe, sex, or colour we are.
