He was always full of life and very understanding. His rise to the position of a law professor was swift too. Never would he have imagined that he would be gone this soon. I'm an admin in an Electronic company. At the moment I am posted to the warehouse where we are responsible for receiving of products from different companies and distribution of products to the company's showrooms. We monitor activities of showrooms' admin as well.

Came to Lagos early this year for a 50k job. After tax u have like 48.... left with some sort of accommodation. Cost of living where i stay is extremely high. There is no communism. You will barely receive any help from anyone so long you are a guy. My salary doesn't even last me till third week. Have tendered my resignation letter, just waiting for approval. I prefer getting my hands dirty and being able to save rather than looking like you are financially ok but in actual sense u have nothing. Yeah, I am going back to my city to do my Okada. I know how much i was making from that work before i decided to give this opportunity a shot. By the way, we work Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. My boss isn't happy, i wish he could understand me from my own perspective. I will remain grateful to him but its time to face Nigeria's reality.

I could relate. Had a 70k job offer at Lagos. Left my bike business i was doing in a university area. Resigning next month cos i discovered that i was making more riding bike. Peace of mind, have time for leisure. Going back to raise money and buy shuttle. White-collar job is overrated. Unless it a government job in a worthy ministry, i am not doing again.

Not always possible. One paid today after three months. Money she promised paying back within 2 days. Yeah, I really said so many things I shouldn't have ordinarily said to her but then I had no choice than to do whatever it takes to recover the debt. The transaction was done on WhatsApp but she already blocked me long ago. Thank God she finally paid. I'm not sure we will ever talk to each anymore.

This calls for celebration. As for whether the governor's style of leadership has cost APC 2019 election in Kogi state; I would categorically say yes. I have lived in Kogi state for the past nine years and to be honest with u, they have never had it this bad. Part of the reason why Kogites has turned against the ruling party can be attributed to the attitude of the governor. The president's decision to investigate him now can do little justice to the situation as most of them have their mind made already.
