Good morning pls I want to ask, if I should see guarantors in Enugu that has passport, can I stamped it at Enugu commissioner of oat, or I must use lag as it is where I registered to process my passport? Leave the NIN integration and verification for the Nigeria Immigration Service and the National Identity Management Commission. But make sure there's no disparity between the data you provided in the application form and NIN.

I presume you applied for your Nigerian e-passport in Lagos State. It will be difficult for a third party to collect it on your behalf because your fingerprints will be required to activate it (in room 10 at Alausa Passport Office. If you chose or choose there for your enrolment/capturing) and register it shortly thereafter. I could be wrong and I could be right. Therefore, I would suggest that you contact NIS itself for further clarification(s) on this matter.
