As the predecessor to the £10 million Sweptail, the Boat Tail features some familiar design elements, albeit with a slightly more inventive scope. The back of the coach has a distinctive rear end that mimics a J-class yacht’s hull, which was bolstered by the use of hand-built parts.

Under the hood, the Boat Tail is more akin to its Phantom counterpart. It uses Rolls-Royce’s new Architecture of Luxury platform and the 563bhp 6.75-litre twin-turbo V12 engine from the Phantom. Innes explained that the all-aluminium architecture allowed for “flexibility to work on a low-volume basis”, an aspect that will be brought forward for future Coachbuild projects.

The Katsina State Police Command has arrested a 50-year-old man, Abdulkadir Abdulkarim, for allegedly defiling two girls, aged 3 and 5 years.

Spokesperson of the State Police Command, SP Gambo Isah, who disclosed this in a statement on Monday, May 31, said the suspect has confessed to the crime.

"On 28/05/2021 the Command succeeded in arresting one Abdulkadir Abdulkarim, m, aged 50yrs of Dauki village, Batsari but now residing at Modoji Quarters, Katsina, who raped two minor girls of the ages of 3 and 5yrs. In the course of investigation, suspect confessed to have used his fingers in raping them. Investigation is ongoing." Gambo stated.

A 23-year-old motorcyclist identified as Ogbonna Chukwuebuka, has allegedly stabbed a young man to death with a dagger in Umunachi community, Obowo Local Government Area of Imo State, Reports.

It was gathered By , that the incident happened on Saturday, May 29.

Village sources told News Crew, that the men had a disagreement on money. Unable to agree on the sharing formula, they engaged in a free-for- all, which led to the motorcyclist allegedly stabbing Uche to death, while Idowu was seriously injured.

"Chukwuebuka was fighting with two friends, Uche and Idowu, and as the fight degenerated, Chukwuebuka stabbed Uche and he lost consciousness. He also injured Idowu, who called for help and his brothers rushed him and Uche to hospital," the source narrrated.

"Uche was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital, while Idowu was admitted. So, out of fear, Chukwuebuka and his brothers fled. The deceased’s kinsmen regrouped and came to his father’s house but met his absence. Angered by the development, they set his father’s house, Learnt."

"They made sure that the house was completely razed before they left the compound. The deceased hailed from the neighbouring Umungwa community, while the suspect and the injured are from the same Umunachi community in the Obowo Local Government."

15 youths have been arrested in connection with the violent protest in the Kaura Namoda Local Government Area of Zamfara state.

The arrested youths were paraded at the Police Headquarters in Gusau, the state capital by the Commissioner of Police in Zamfara, Hussain Rabiu.

Rabiu who said that the protest which took place on Monday May 31 was organised by unpatriotic citizens from Kurya Madaro and Maguru District in Kaura Namoda Local Government Area of the state, called on parents and guardians to take proper control of their children and advised them against attempts to be recruited by the said conflict entrepreneurs to commit acts of criminality.

The commissioner disclosed that items recovered from the suspects include six motorcycles, four locally fabricated guns, motorcycle plugs used as bullets, a machete, and assorted charms.

He also warned residents that the command under his watch would not tolerate any attempt by conflict entrepreneurs to sabotage the efforts of the security agencies to restore peace and stability in Zamfara.
