abumeinben:yes I do.... Very well... Happy now? |
abumeinben:nah |
oduademon:what's racist in someone saying Afonja beautiful? I guess that's what amaka means, and if we Yorùbás hails the people of ilorin as, ilorin Afonja... Which is suppose to be praise because if the legendary warrior, then I don't see anything degenerative in being called Afonja, although am from lagos, you just laugh at people's ignorance because they don't have history, they don't even know that ilorin people do not have tribal marks. |
Afrosage:word.... |
abumeinben:keep the news to yourself, we don't care. |
Debramaye:most drug addicts speaks impeccable English, the school won't have come out to disclaim her that fast if she was a student, is she the only in the school? Her school mates will definitely come out and verify her claims even anonymously. |
lekbel09:if she actually attended that school her school mates will come on social media to state so, you can't do damage control in this social media time that way, besides drug is much more abused by the rich than the poor, drugs know no strata. |
mikeywise:put in our oil receipts and you will know they do, if is part of their collectible duties. |
Amuocha:so you can't see others that are being told to prepare their handover notes? It's only Fowler that you saw, what of Ahmed Ali? Customs rakes In more money than FRIS uno, by the way its hand over notes for all... None is spared and that doesn't necessarily mean they are going. In hindsight this is just plan stupid exercise, it's the same administration there is no transition in government, I guess this is mainly for the ministers to prepare their handover notes, because I don't see the essence of this exercise if Buhari is not handing over to anyone. |
MzErica:but he is not Yoruba nau.... Half Yoruba i know, but his father is from Rivers... Anyway are you guys not tired of this tribal bashing left and right? There are better things to do or say than that. |
This is bad, the tout killed himself not the trailer driver, those touts are in for it, with what they did to this soldier in Ajegunle, this is a national embarrassment for touts to beat our National heroes, if the soldier didn't intervene, they might have killed the trailer driver. Lagos State government has to do something about this ọmọ ilẹ̀ menace, it's not adding any value to the economy rather its a parasite. |
tactius:never knew Benin republic is a fuel producer, when they increased it to 145 they said no more subsidies, this is a quagmire, Nigerian government want international price of crude oil to rise, so that they can have more funds for budget, same government want to keep the NNPC, refineries, keep inflation low, and control the value of the Currency. How on earth can you do that? Eat your cake and have it at the same time? Sell the refineries, people keep on comparing it the the sales of old NEPA but it's not that's comparing Apples and mangoes, they are not the same thing, the Discos will enjoy monopolies and they have to be regulated by the government, Nigeria major problem is out flow of foreign currencies, anytime MTN remits dollars to its parent company, our naira takes a hit for it, the volatility in the interest rate is killing businesses, you can't make plans on something that is not stable to an extent. Sell unbundle NNPC collect your tax and royalty, it's the same if not more revenue for the government. Let it compete with other IOCs, sell 90% of the NNPC share to Nigerian public not core investors, let the shareholders choose the management teams, let the stock be on NSC, that way government will have no hands in subsidy of the products, If the price goes up internationally we bear the crunch like everyone else, although not as much as everyone else, because of the proximity of the crude. |
I thought all the land in the FCT belongs to the federal government, all natives were relocated, that was the essence of of the creation of FCT Abuja from lagos, no natives no indigenous people. To the matter at hand, no man or woman in uniform should be taking peoples lives and properties because they carry gun or they are in uniform, our military and police force need to be discipline and trained on how to socialize with the people they serve. |
FortuneDeGreat:Ogbomoso has a higer % of Christians to Muslims, but in Ibadan where you have the larger population and oyo there is more of Muslim familes no official statistics for that tho, but it's what we see every where, what makes it unique is that all the Muslim families have members that has converted to Christian either by marriage or otherwise. |
davillian:thank you... The ig needs to tow this line. |
Shitta.. Lemo |
FortuneDeGreat:nope we don't, are you Yoruba to know us better than ourselves? I school in UI I know Ibadan, Oyo, Ogbomoso, Iseyin, Ibarapa etc fairly well, with all certainty Oyo is 55% Muslims no one will contest that'. |

the picture you dipict... We love it... Its history and its rich... Some people don't av history. |
Olu20090:you and the people liking your post are delusional, the person you quoted is Igbo for God's sakes, that's how you will shoot your brother without proper investigation because of hate. |
See haters commenting upandan, it's musical creativity,if it does not suits you go and listen to what you desire, it's not by force, lets appreciate our own, Wyclef thank you ó jare, |
Amumaigwe:nobody listen to that man... He is more of a politician, and yes i agree that Yorùbá elders both xtians and Muslims should caution him not to cause unnecessary problems where there is non. |
Amumaigwe:lolz it's OK... Thanks |
Amumaigwe:has Fayemi adhere to the chorus of the charlatan Ishaq Akintola? Ans is no, has buhari appointed only Yoruba Muslims to his cabinet? The answer is No, Schools are regulated by state governments if in the North they can wear hijab to school if the state government feels like, it can allow it, in a state where it's not allowed there are private Muslims secondary schools you can take your wards, besides the issue is in court, until the court rules on that, lets keep our peace, the people of Oyo who am sure are 55%Muslims just elected a Christian, in Yoruba land we don't care about your religion just perform that's all, and the Christians here are not in anyway feeling oppressed by our Muslims families, yes most yorubas have Christians and Muslims in same families that's why what you saying won't work here period. Ileya I go to their house to eat ram, Christmas they are here to eat chicken, am sure this Easter everyone will be together to felicitate,so don't divide us, we are good and we vote for anyone we choose to, that's democracy and its non of your business. |
RTSC:what about Northern Nigerians |
Amumaigwe:can you please bring out any post he claimed that? Noting great about ishaq Akintola dont create what we don't have in Yoruba land for us, there are Christians and Muslims living side by side in Ghana, Sierra Leone, Malawi, Edo state without enmity, just like you have it in Yorùbá land non is much more superior to other. |
Bluntemperor:I tìre ooo, the man keeps in paying journalist to do interviews for him to stay relevant, he can't even win his polling boot talk less of ward or local government, a serious betrayal, all the money he got from Abacha has finished, he is seeking for relevance... Am not a Tinubu fan, but this man should be ignored by any newspaper, blog etc. |
nwanyionitsha:when northwest had VP and The Speaker, did the southwest complain? Anyway non of you guys will be the decision makers of the zoning, until then, point is the north cannot head all the branches of government and southerners just deputies not possible. |
Born2Breed:I tìre ooo, why not South East for Speaker? If South east I'd not getting the speaker, then it should be the southwest. |
labani06:chai.... Lolzzzz I agree with you, you happy now? |
labani06:the people you call hausa where the last stop for the slave/salt trade on the trans Sahara route, they traded with the Arabs, tuaregs, Maghrebs, salt was a very valuable commodity in the past its natural for they to acquire skills from advances civilization, of course 300 years back my ancestors can't know that because he was in a lush fertile place where all he needs has being cater for by nature around him, but right now his progenitors will take your ancestors offsprings to school and teach them civility. |
ReysonDrabek:oga I rest my case you are right, if I start dissecting what you wrote here with facts from internet well known names, you will still not agree, it's Monday morning, etymology of a word does not matters its your opinion that matters, who told you Carthaginians are dark in any forms? Are Tunisians dark in anyform? They are white point blank, whites comes in different shades and tones depending on geography, Nubians are blacks pure and simple of course the tone of their Black is different from west Africans or south African, heck in Nigeria it self we have different shades of skin tones, southern Kaduna people are darker that average Igbos, Hausa name has being in existence for over a thousand years, oga please don't go into that debate, there was nothing like the name Hausa in the 17 century, all have city states, the name was adopted in the early 18th century... Go and read your books please... Its Monday morning.. Money has to be made. |
