Yes you should. Sea foods contain loads of mineral salts like calcium, potassium, sodium, and zinc.

It's a condition called 'Hyperhidrosis'. Some factors like high salt intake, extremely hot or even hot weather condition, anxiety are some of the causes of profuse sweating.



Try reducing the level of salt intake and certain spices. You can get antiperspirant. I'm pretty sure your hyperhidrosis would be resolved.

My girlfriend is 23 years old while I'm a 21 year old , I just gained admission into one of the prestigious university in Nigeria.
It's barely two weeks I went to school, My girlfriend called and gave me the shocker of my life.
She's pregnant, at first when she told me, we both agreed to terminate the pregnancy citing my gaining admission as the reason.
She took pills and she told me everything went fine and I was happy and forgot about the incident.
A few days ago, she called me and told me that she ran the pregnancy test again and it's still there

Well, if she said everything went fine after taking the pills, I guess she must have bled out the embryo/foetus. The hCG(Human Chorionic gonadotropin hormone) still lingers in her blood, thus making the test read positive. It means, even after a successful abortion, the pregnancy hormone(hCG) would still linger in the blood. A pregnancy test carried out would most likely yield a positive result because of the hCG in the blood/urine.

Your biggest mistake was waiting/looking for a job created by someone else. Your education is not playing out for you. A true graduate would find a way to create a breakthrough. Breakthroughs don't happen these days, we create them. You have to start from somewhere no matter how low it is. If non-graduates are finding ways to survive/earn/provide, then you have no excuse. If handicaps are employers of labours, then you have no excuse. Start small, start humbly, growth will follow. Many started with a meagre capital of N5000, today they are earning big.
