Christianity EtcRe: Giving Your Tithe To The Church Or To The Needy: What The Bible Really Says by maximunimpact(m): 8:38am On Oct 13, 2019
alBHAGDADI:
Agricultural produce are known to be harvested yearly in most cases, that's why tithing was done yearly. Today, people earn monthly, that's why they pay it monthly. You can chose to accumulate all the monthly tithe and pay it at the end of the year. What matters is you paying what belongs to God. But by the end of the year, the amount may appear too big to want to let go. So, it's advisable it is paid monthly when it appears small.

Yes, you are to feast and dine, but the passage never said you should feast on the exact tithe you brought. The feasting is what the temple prepared for everyone to eat. The bulls, sheep, corn, wheat etc are prepared and eaten by everyone after some have been stored and some sacrificed to God through burnt offering. Imagine you pay a tithe of a cow and bags of corn, can you feast on the whole of it in one sitting? The priest only takes a portion out of the many cows paid as tithe, slaughters it and everyone feasts. Same happens when your church holds yearly or quarterly feasts.
Thief and criminal... So peoples monthly pay is your target abi? Thieves.

BusinessCBN Fine 12 Banks N499b For Not Giving Out Loan To Customers by maximunimpact(op): 8:25am On Oct 03, 2019
For breaching its guidelines on lending to the real sector of the economy, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has fined 12 major banks N499.1billion.

According to an approved debit instruction, the affected banks and the amount they will pay are: Citibank (N100,743,055, 321); First Bank of Nigeria (N74,668,880,480); FBNQuest Merchant Bank (N2, 697,456,144); First City Monument Bank (FCMB), (N14, 371,064, 742) and Guaranty Trust Bank (N25, 147, 933, 628).

Others are Jaiz Bank (N7, 525, 165,552); Keystone Bank (N4, 162, 938, 879); Rand Merchant Bank (N2, 823,177,399); Standard Chartered Bank (N30,027,137,984); SunTrust Bank (N1,703,205,427); United Bank for Africa (N99,676,181,916) and Zenith Bank (N135,629,337,625).

The banks will lose the money at source from their Cash Reserve Requirement (CRR) with the CBN.

The CRR is a portion of the banks’ deposits kept with the CBN for regulatory reasons.

The apex bank, on July 3, 2019, directed banks to maintain a minimum Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR) of 60 per cent by September 30, 2019.

The LDR, which was being reviewed quarterly to improve lending to the real sector, was 58.5 per cent as at May.

It has now been raised to 65 per cent for the last quarter of the year.

A CBN circular: “Regulatory Measures to Improve Lending to the Real Sector of the Nigerian Economy,” says in order to ramp up economic growth through investment in real sector, the CBN approved that all banks should maintain a minimum LDR of 60 per cent by September 30.

Based on the guidelines, failure to meet the minimum loan to deposit ratio of 60 per cent by October 1 would attract a levy of fine which is additional CRR equal to 50 per cent of the lending shortfall of the target.

Central bank of Nigeria (CBN) Governor Godwin Emefiele had said that banks that fail to meet its directive on the 60 per cent LDR would be penalised at the expiration of the deadline.

“Failure to meet the above minimum LDR by the specified date shall result in levy or additional Cash Reserve Requirement equal to 50 per cent of the lending shortfall of the target,” CBN Director, Banking Supervision, Ahmad Abdullahi, said in the July 3 circular.

The LDR policy is expected to push banks to increase lending to high risk-borrowers, with the potential of incurring heavy losses and higher non-performing loans.

To encourage SMEs, retail, mortgage and consumer lending, these sectors shall be assigned a weight of 150 per cent in computing LDR for this purpose.

Firstly! Move away from that new place with immediate effect.

Secondly! Be very Prayerful

Thirdly! Try studying the people around you i.e The Backstabbers and People that want you down

You know why,it clearly shows that the new place doesn't favour you.

In Life every step you take always look at what's surfacing around it.

You have to study your Societal life and General Life.

It doesn't happen to Business alone,,,, It happens in other fields too...

So Make a Change Now and i repeat be Prayerful!!!
An average African with their religious sentiments...what has prayers got to do with clients not patronizing a business?

There are remote causes and immediate causes why there is a drop in business, finding out the why and applying a recovery strategy is what you need.

I practically have to suspend production until i get the right people. This experience made me to understand that most of our graduates lacks practical skills - they only want to be office assistants, receptionists and company secretary, very few thinks outside those perimeters.

PoliticsPolice Says Planned ‘‘revolution’’ March A Treasonable Felony by maximunimpact(op): 3:38pm On Aug 03, 2019
@GabzyMediaGroup

The inspector general (IG) of the Nigerian Police Force, Mohammed Adamu has warned that the Planned ‘‘Revolution’’ March scheduled to hold on Monday 5, 2019 is a treasonable felony against the state.

Recall that FINANCIAL WATCH had earlier reported that the convener of the #RevolutionNow movement, Omoyele Sowore has been detained earlier today by security operatives.

Reacting to the planned mass protest, the IGP said;

“The attention of the Nigeria Police Force has been drawn to a video circulating on the social media by the ‘Global Coalition for Security and Democracy in Nigeria and others’, inciting Nigerians, home and abroad, to join a planned ‘revolution’ march against the Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on Monday, 5th August, 2019 with the sole aim of forcing a regime change in the country. The Force wishes to state unequivocally that the call amounts to treasonable felony and acts of terrorism and will therefore not stand idly-by and watch any individual or group in the society cause anarchy in the land”.

“While acknowledging the rights of Nigerians to embark on protest, the Force wishes to note that such rights should not translate to a violent and forceful change of government which clearly is the meaning of ‘revolution”.

“Needless to state that Nigeria is a democratic republic and has well-defined processes for change of government, exercised periodically during various cycle of elections”.

“The Force therefore warns the organizers, sponsors, allies, supporters, associates and sympathisers of the group ‘Global Coalition for Security and Democracy in Nigeria’ to, in their own interest, steer clear of any such planned”.

“Protest, demonstration, acts of incitement and proposed “revolution”, as the full wrath of the law will be brought to bear on any individual or group engaged or found participating in the above planned criminal act”.

YOU GO TO SCHOOL JUST TO GET JOBS?

I GAVE THAT SAME IDEA TO SOMEONE (ANOTHER GRADUATE) AND TODAY HE IS MARRIED, HAVE KIDS AND WAS BUILDING HIS OWN HOME WHEN I SAW HIM LAST. THE OTHER ONE IS STILL JOB HUNTING.

DO YOU KNOW THAT IN THAT COMMUNITY THEY OFFER ELECTRONIC RECEIPTS FOR DEVELOPMENT LEVIES AND REVENUE?

THEY CAN PAY FROM THE COMFORT OF THEIR HOMES?

ALL THESE FROM AN INNOVATIVE MIND WHO DIDN'T LOOK DOWN ON MY IDEA.

THIS ALSO CREATED INDIRECT JOBS AS NEW CYBER CAFES SPRUNG UP IN THE COMMUNITY.
