God's holy spirit is a force that moves all believers towards the same direction in the face of no written document that's why Paul said:

God's holy spirit unite worshipers for the work of salvation so if they decided to forbid gambling among them and you choose to be a gambler it means you are not in the same SPIRIT with the body of Christ! Ephesians 5:23

That's what God promised His worshipers saying in our time He will write His laws in our hearts {Jeremiah 31:33} so if all the churches in the world speaks in agreement regarding gambling but you choose to be a gambler ọmọ Ọ̀yọ́ lo wà!🙂

All these are not written anywhere in the Bible but you can allow your daughter or son to smoke and use hard drugs even let your daughter marry if she chooses to follow a man at the age of fifteen because she has grown big.
After all there are no word for word instructions on these things!

There has always been and there will always be additional instructions when a new challenge comes up against God's people that's why Jesus said holy spirit will teach his Apostles what to do since they are taking the lead. John 16:12-13

God's word is like a double edged sword {Hebrews 4:12} so i know why you keep saying it's juju as it's biting really hard into your conscience you can't let go yet you feel i must not talk about the matter again.

For the benefit of those seeking humility and righteousness {Zephaniah 2:2-3} i say peace onto you in the name of our Lord and King Christ Jesus.

Let it be known that whatever religion you are practicing presently the true God won't judge you whether anyone calls it false religion or paganism rather what God takes seriously is your attitude towards sacred matters. If you always take sacred matters seriously God is watching you no matter the religion you are practicing right now your obedience and respect for those taking the lead is what matters to the true God.

So He will arrange for His worshipers to locate you no matter where you are even if you hate His worshipers to the point of killing them God won't give up on you because of those two qualities:

RIGHTEOUSNESS and MEEKNESS! Zephaniah 2:2-3

That's what happened to Apostle Paul in the Bible. He was zealous for what his religious teachers taught him {Galatians 1:14} he had a Jewish teacher {Act 22:3} who is also honest hearted! Act 5:33-40

With this God showed this man mercy because he is like many Jews of his day who had zeal but not according to the accurate knowledge of God's word. Romans 10:1-3

But no matter what you think you are if you don't submit to any school of thought that means you are practicing self righteousness which is useless before God! Isaiah 64:6

If you refuse to accept what the church concluded upon regarding gambling today surely you won't accept either Jesus or his Apostles because they taught so many things that's not written word for word in the Old Testament.
So listen and learn the workers of iniquity Jesus is talking about @ Matthew 7:21-23 means individuals who will not welcome rules agreed upon by the church of Christ {3John :9} yet claiming they are his disciples.
For instance many like you chose to be disobedient to those taking the lead in the first century the Apostles and Elders of the church called them sons of disobedience {Ephesians 5:6} Paul told all members of the church to stop talking to such individuals {Romans 16:17} Apostle John said we shouldn't even greet them {2John 10-11} and Jude called them animals! Jude 19
So if you wish to stay alone without associating with any church that's your own problem {Hebrews 10:24-25} but know that all those kicking against God's prophets in Bible times and today have just one reason:

"They must show us where it is written in the scriptures"

Even though they can see that there is no organized group of worshipers that's approving what they choose to do they will stubbornly continue deceiving themselves with false reasoning. James 1:22

You will continue to be tormented if you are still quoting me on this matter because i won't stop responding with powerful scriptures whether you like it or not the church of Christ forbids gambling!🙂

Jesus said to those who will take the lead in his group:

“I still have many things to say to you, but you are not able to bear them now. So if all elders in the church of Christ has agreed upon a matter and sent words to all congregations {Act 15:22-29} whoever fails to hid the counsel by the spirit is no longer a member of Christ's family, they have bound it both in heaven and on earth that gambling is disapproved among God's people therefore go and attend any church that approves gambling for you. As for keeping quiet you can't decide for anyone here as you are not the one who asked the question it's a person who wishes to know what the Bible says on the matter and i have told him that gamblers are worshipers of Fortuna goddess of good luck.

Ọmọ you can worship anywhere you like if they approve gambling there but if not know today that the heavens has removed your name in the book of life for kicking against the spirit of the church! Matthew 12:31-32 compare to Matthew 18:15-17

When talking about faith in God there are two types of people in the world.

[1] BELIEVERS.
These are people who have always been hungry and thirsty for the righteousness of God {Matthew 5:6; Isaiah 55:1} since they have always been worried about the situation and condition mankind finds ourselves on planet earth they are sober all the time asking themselves:
Where is God?
Why do innocent people suffer?
What will He end all these suffering?
Where are our dead loved ones?
What is the future of our planet home?

This set of humans already BELIEVE God exists but they don't know how to meet Him to answer all these questions so God Himself is searching for suchlike ones and He is directing His worshipers to go and TEACH these spiritually thirsty individuals. Note that the questions are peculiar to all nations are races on this planet therefore in all the countries of the world many are crying silently as they are waiting for answers to these questions. Romans 2:14-15
By the time God's worshipers locate such individuals they feel relieved with great joy then their hearts like a fertile soil that has been anticipating cultivation {Matthew 13:46} so instantly they will grab the message of God's Kingdom and start producing the fruit because they have waited so long! Matthew 13:23

[2] SKEPTICS
These set of people may fall out if they accidentally finds themselves in the faith {Matthew 13:19-22} because they weren't expecting it before even the thought of God been real still sounds strange to them as they keep on seeking ways to solve their problems which can't be solved completely in this system of things they will eventually get tired or caught by Satan who is seeking those with weak faith {1Peter 5:8} and since their faith is not rooted it's impossible for them to stick to God! Hebrews 11:6

So Jesus is talking about the BELIEVERS who are the first set i mentioned {John 10:28-29} while those he talked about at Matthew 7:21-23 are the SKEPTICS who can't make a firm decision regarding faith! John 6:66

It's actually a two-edged sword though if you think about it critically. Some people trade forex,, stocks, options, crypto etc successfully which involves throwing in some funds with the aim of making profit. Even banks do it.
Some to folks will agree that's gambling. It's just life and it's been like that before we were born. If bad nothing to do with the Bible or Quoran, it's simply a part of the world's economics.

Guy i've delivered the church message to the OP who wants to know what the Bible teaches so if you are into gambling that's not my own cup of coffee you and i don't belong to the same faith.

Whenever i see Muslims jumping into topics or questions asked regarding what the BIBLE says on issues it amuses me because i just don't know what correlation is between the Quran and the Bible!🙂
