tctrills: Lol I never casked for a follower, just for a discussion, don't be scared my boy. Be calm You keep begging people to make you their TEACHER so you can't deceive them they know you are seeking followers for yourself. On the other hand i am calling people to the organization teaching me so there is a big difference. You can't direct whoever decides to learn from you to any church because it's all about what you fabricated all by yourself {John 8:44} but i will tell them to ask for the Kingdom Hall of JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES anywhere they are! |

So what do you expect to see before believing in the first place? Ọmọ if you don't believe the opening words of Revelation i'm sorry for you! 2Corinthians 5:7 DiarisGodoo: Why can't you be intellectually honest for once in your life. Your belief is by faith not by these things, just as you shouldn't try to argue you rest on Sunday because that is the Sabbath. See below, John never left any doubt whatsoever who was writing. If he were the one who wrote Revelation what do you think prevents him from doing same there?? |
Christianity Etc › Re: When People Die. Where Do They Go. I Want To Know. by MaxInDHouse(m): 9:38pm On Nov 23, 2025 |
You just like deceiving yourself claiming knowledgeable. Here is the opening words of the Bible book of Revelations: This is a revelation from Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show his servants what must happen soon. And Christ sent his angel to show it to his servant John.Whether you agree or disagree that's your own cup of coffee! DiarisGodoo: Please, I ask again, where does the Bible say that the author of Revelation was Apostle John?? Notice in gospel of John he made sure he left no doubt who was writing? Cite that in Revelation DiarisGodoo: Notice in his gospel John left no doubt who was writing. "The disciple whom Jesus loved" appears throughout the Gospel of John, most prominently in chapters 13, 19, 20, and 21. Do you see that even once in Revelation?? |

What concerns me with whatever you choose to believe? The Bible says Jesus talked to apostle John about something and first century disciples thought he will not die until Jesus return {John 21:22-23} later John wrote the Bible book of Revelations and you choose not believe it's not the same John who wrote Revelations because some people told you he's not the writer but i believe what the Bible say so keep your beliefs while i keep mine no wahala! DiarisGodoo: Ha ha. Very funny! There were a ton of people named John. Not only that, John the apostle also wrote a gospel and you can see clearly it's not the same person. Even without knowing the original language, go and read John then read Revelation. But we CHOOSE to believe it was written by Apostle John, just as we CHOOSE to rest on Sunday rather than Saturday, because that's what we CHOOSE to do! |

DiarisGodoo: Parting the red sea is a miracle of course. But please explain what is miraculous about believing someone wrote a book he clearly did not write. Further more, see Revelation 1 below. Where does it say that the writer was John the Apostle?? So the book just appeared from Nowhere shey? |
Christianity Etc › Re: When People Die. Where Do They Go. I Want To Know. by MaxInDHouse(m): 8:16pm On Nov 23, 2025 |
DiarisGodoo: But this is not a matter of miracles. It is a matter of dates and language syntax. I can say "I'm sure the person who wrote this is not the same person who wrote that" because we all have peculiar ways we use words. How is it not a matter of miracles? You want to claim parting the red sea, calling down fire from the sky and so many other things recorded in that book is normal yet you don't want to agree that the writers were miraculously used by the same God. So you want scientific and critical proof before agreeing with the writers but the miracles written in the book are normal things you can prove scientifically and critically. Guy if you've been deceiving yourself but your friends are not telling you i'm different. Stop deceiving yourself you don't believe God's word. Period! |
Christianity Etc › Re: When People Die. Where Do They Go. I Want To Know. by MaxInDHouse(m): 7:31pm On Nov 23, 2025 |
DiarisGodoo: We CHOOSE to believe that fully aware that scientific and critical thinking does not support it. Can you support the miracles recorded in the Bible with scientific and critical thinking? Guy, you no believe Bible simple as ABC! |
Christianity Etc › Re: Enough Of Do Not Judge So You Won't Be Judge by MaxInDHouse(m): 5:55pm On Nov 23, 2025 |
Kalulu44: But you know most people tend to say you're judging by mere calling out the person and not necessarily inflicting injury or attacking. But thanks for your assertion That's their pastors way of silencing them when the same pastors are inflicting injury on those they hate. An average pastor will quote that verse for them but at the same time he will be condemning people for their mode of dressing even when these people never agree with their religion. Anyway you're welcome! |

DiarisGodoo: He keeps writing "Revelations".😅 Stubborn guy! So why do you celebrate Sabbath on Sunday? That's same reason why, despite all evidence to the contrary, "Apostle John wrote Revelation"! No wonder you keep getting banned!😟 You are disrespectful even despite your unbelief and yet you still want others to agree with you. Well i don't celebrate Sabbath o. The Bible book of Revelations was written by apostle John that's what you want to twist because of what the world says!🙂 |
Christianity Etc › Re: When People Die. Where Do They Go. I Want To Know. by MaxInDHouse(m): 5:24pm On Nov 23, 2025 |
DiarisGodoo: So where does the Bible say God's day of rest is Sunday? Guy i'm not interested in aimless arguments. I never said Sunday is the Sabbath day yet you are asking out of point as if that's what we are saying. Please stay on point. The question is do you agree that John the apostle wrote the Bible book of Revelations as the book says? Revelations 1:1 If you don't agree then there is nothing further to discuss with you! |
Christianity Etc › Re: Does Praying For The Dead Make Them Go To Heaven? by MaxInDHouse(m): 5:20pm On Nov 23, 2025 |
You found my comment appealing but you have concluded that i was born into the religion i practice shey? Well i wasn't even born a Christian to start with so if you want to know how i got to this level of understanding ask whatever question that's bothering you. There is a reason why everything about faith in God sounds unreasonable from the standpoint of religions around you. So stay calm and ask your questions true Christians will never ever get upset due to sincere and thought provoking questions you are asking! timilehin007: You see this screenshot, the context therein, have been curious about them all this while. Let me first tell you myself and the position I'm regarding religion, christianity and Jesus. I dont fancy religion at all, I dont blv in any religion as it is man set up. I dont entirely agree that jesus is all what christian think he is..I blv being Islam, Christian and the rest religion, people didnt choose to be any of them at will..it was unavoidable situation. Like growing up into the system. And we became Christian cuz our fathers were, same thing as the muslims..so, the way people defend their religion as the number one and only acceptable by God, if they were born and grew up into the other religion, they'd still defend the religion as the only acceptable by God..thus, mKe me feels religion is intentional set up. I don't know how to type so much without mincing words. I'm sure u understand my positions to Christianity, religion and Jesus |

Story for the gods. If you disagree with what the Bible say please find your type!🙂 DiarisGodoo: (So I was being banned due to the list of apocaliptic writings) I'm NOT telling you what to believe, just stating FACTS. Example, you still keep writing "Revelations" when it is "Revelation"! There is church tradition, then there is what scientifically likely happened. Another example, God's mandated day of rest is Saturday but we observe it on Sunday by tradition. It is one thing to do so, it is quite another to start arguing that biblical day of rest is Sunday! |

tctrills: MaxInDHouse has been quoting you to me as his new disciple. So I felt it would be interesting to understand your point of view and involve you in discussion if you feel like. Chai! So someone asking for the church where i learned what he heard becomes my disciple automatically! Which church you dey go? You will not answer but you are always crying that you want to teach people while i keep directing people to my church (Jehovah's Witnesses organization) So between you and i who is seeking followers for himself? Act 20:30 |

Christianity Etc › Re: Enough Of Do Not Judge So You Won't Be Judge by MaxInDHouse(m): 3:43pm On Nov 23, 2025 |
Kalulu44: Is there another meaning to judging that I don't know, pls explain to me guys! Most Bible readers don't study God's word instead they only swallow whatever their pastors teaches in line with verses misconstrued. The word translated JUDGE in that context connotes taking action. So saying someone is wrong doesn't have to do with judging that person but taking action against such a person is what Jesus is condemning. For example you can say someone is a thief for a reason best known to you but picking up clubs to hit this person is JUDGING him. So instead of putting the laws into your hands you can report the person to the authorities who will look into the matter. Romans 13:4 But if the person is a fellow believer then you should speak with the person one on one so that if he/she repents you have won your brother back from the hands of Satan. Matthew 18:15 What if he proves stubborn? Then you have to take two fellow believers to him so as to reason with him so that at the mouth of two or three witnesses he may come to his senses. Matthew 18:16 But if still he proves stubborn? Then you have to take the matter to the elders of the congregation at that time if he still proves stubborn then everyone in the congregation must excommunicate him! Matthew 18:17 compare to 1Corinthans 5:12-13 Excommunicating him is taking serious action against him which is JUDGING him but remember it's not you doing the judging rather it's the church of Christ that's judging him surely the heavens has condemned such a person unless he repents! Matthew 16:19 So speaking against something that is wrong doesn't mean you are judging the person until you decide to inflict injury. May you have peace!🙂 |

DiarisGodoo: I was banned so I'll split up my response. First of all, it is Revelation NOT Revelations! Secondly you've been shown why and how the Apostle John couldn't have written Revelation (as Christians we fervently wish he did but that'd amount to intellectual dishonesty). A revelation by Jesus Christ, which God gave him, to show his slaves the things that must shortly take place. And he sent his angel and presented it in signs through him to his slave John. Revelations 1:1You don't have to tell me what to believe if you don't agree with the Bible that's your cup of coffee!

People are called RELIGIOUS EXTREMISTS when they: * Take religious beliefs to extreme, rigid or fanatical levels * Reject other beliefs completely * Believe only their own interpretation is correct Someone can be a religious extremist just by attitude, beliefs, and behaviour. For example Jesus of Nazareth!🤔 |

SpencerForbes: Lolz 😂 sometimes y’all just portray Christianity to be a religion of ‘stewpeedity’ which it is not. Sometimes I feel ashamed for the people I share the religion with. That’s why we hear lots of trash in church and still shout ‘ride on sir’ It’s like majority of Christians are brainwashed. Ill still give kudos to jehovah witnesses and Latter Day Saint. They can argue the scripture without sentiments and emotions. As Jehovah's Witnesses we are taught not to judge people who don't believe in the Bible our first assignment is to help them build trust in God's undiluted word and afterwards we show them the gift our God is storing up for His loyal friends, of course such gift is not for those who won't like to be His friends. So it's left to them each person will have to carry his own load! Galatians 6:5 |
