Its either you're too ignorant or too dishonest.
There are followers of those gods till tomorrow. A simple Google search woulda straightened you out but then I heard education is frowned upon by your guys, so….

How many times have you come across worshipers of these gods whether in your school, neighborhood or here on Nairaland?

Go and study more. There is no place in the Bible that supports the omnipresence of God. It’s religion that teaches that God is omnipresent
Ask them to present instances where God proved to be everywhere they will say "as God He should be everywhere?" smiley

MadMax is well known for pulling out definitions from his ever-resourceful ass, and most times they are own goals.
Isaiah 45:7 says, "I form light and create darkness, I make peace and create calamity; I, Jehovah, am doing all these things."
I have explained this countless times but since you atheists only stick to your own opinion instead of reasoning i will explain it again.

Light and Darkness, Peace and Calamity are the words you picked in that verse but what is the import?
You don't care.

Well it's in the dark that people practice their evil deeds so the one who created darkness can protect His servant from them. There are gasses that when they mix together they will form heat that's enough to melt metals and these same gasses could be mixed together with other gasses to form coolness that's enough to freeze things. God is in control of it all so when Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon thought fire could destroy everything Jehovah proved Himself as the Creator of this calamitous gas by changing its action to air-conditioner while the same thing killed Nebuchadnezzar's powerful men.
When the enemies of Daniel threw him into the lion's den Jehovah proved that He is the Creator of this predator by changing it to a domestic animal while the same animal killed those plotters.

So learn what our God means not just read and apply wrongly! smiley

All Christianity is invasive. They preach something that does not make sense and say you must believe it to be saved.
All religions preach something that does not make sense and say you must believe it to be on a safer side that's why atheists hate religion or anything having to do with spirituality.
It depends on what appeals to you! undecided

I am not insulting you.
You are misinterpreting the Word of God. You are really doing it.
The only thing you found really difficult to agree with is that God isn't omnipresent there is nothing more i am giving you all the scriptures pointing to what i'm saying.
If it's a pastor with a mighty church and millions of church members it won't be a matter of discussion.
Of course God can be present in all the places if He wants to but there is one reason why He won't do that for now.

Why would Jesus Christ prefer that when He would have gotten first hand experience by the hand of the molesters?
He is the angel representing God in their midst he did so to verify how barbaric the inhabitants of the land are.
Note that no one can harm an angel but the Sodomites don't know that the two handsome men aren't humans.
Jesus watched all these to confirm that Sodomites deserve to be annihilated.

Please if you aren't comfortable with my response it's OK, there's no reason to insult someone for what he or she believes that's the same as attacking people for their beliefs!

You said God is not omnipresent from the onset.
So if God said , He wants to come down and see for Himself how come the third angel as you said is Jesus Christ did accompany the other two angels into the land of Sodom and Gomorrah to go and see for Himself?
At least it wasn't three angels that has visited the house of Lot?
So why would the third angel as you said is Jesus Christ disobey God, His Father?
Those angels weren't sent to Abraham so when Jesus led them to Abraham it's for a reason to know what Abraham thinks about his nephew so since Abraham spoke in defense of his nephew it's clear that he held no grudge against him but then those two angels needs to prove that those cities deserves destruction Jesus became invisible to see how Sodomites will treat visitors and their actions proved that they all deserve to be destroyed along with their young ones! So from your description above it was the angels who reported to God about the sins of Sodom and Gomorrah.
If that is the case, in your previous assertion of self explanatory that God is not omnipresent. Then why would the Lord have any need to come down and see for Himself? Does it mean He does not believe the report of His angels as it concerns Sodom and Gomorrah?
Those angels brings the report but since they are not merciful like God He has to send His only begotten Son who always represent Him among the angels to inspect before destroying those cities.

Note that it was three men Abraham saw {Genesis 18:2} but only two were reported to have gotten to Sodom and Gomorah {Genesis 19:1} the third one speaking for God is Jesus just as he always represent his father! Exodus 13:21; 14:19

NO!
After the rebellion in the garden of Eden God assigned some angels who are roving about the earth {2Chronicles 16:9} they are the ones serving as eyes for Him {Ezekiel 10:12} these are the creatures reporting to Him whatever is happening in all the earth!

Always remember this;
"Atheists and Heathens always respond, behave and talk the same way. Even though they have no common assembly.
Why? Very simple. They are all ruled by the same spirit; THE DEVIL"
According to God's word the whole world is ruled by the same spirit; The Devil {1John 5:19 compare to 2Corinthians 4:4; John 14:30} that is why Jesus said:

Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves. Matthew 10:16

So Satan has turned the minds of many against God and true Christians are the peacemakers {Matthew 5:9} who are assigned by the Prince of Peace {Isaiah 9:6} to preaching to them! Matthew 10:7-15

2 Kings Chapter 2.
Little children made fun of Prophet Elisha's bald head.
He cursed them and the Lord sent forth bears to tear the children to pieces, killing them.
How is this justifiable.
If you've not met anyone who will answer you politely despite your haughtiness i'm different Sir! 1Peter 3:15

Back to your question:

Israelites supposed to teach their babies from infancy God's laws {Deuteronomy 6:6-7} and it's a crime to insult an elderly person not to talk of the messenger of their God sent to deliver God's message to them. So God killed those children as punishment for their parents who failed to inculcate in them respect for elderly ones:

“Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live a long time in the land that Jehovah your God is giving you," Exodus 20:12

Do you notice the highlighted in blue?

Well it's on that same land that this boys were insulting not just an elderly person but a prophet of that same God.

Now according to the constitution given to that nation do such children deserve to live long on that same land? undecided

Very good of you.
Rev.20.12 - And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books.
Rev.20.13 - The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works.
Please allow me to digress...
Please regarding the bold, what do you think is the intention of God?
Try to give your response putting into consideration your previous comment based on the self explained verse you brought up and I also put up.
You misconstrued the whole thing Sir!

First of all there is no further wages after death {Romans 6:7} because the only way to punish a sinner is death! Romans 6:23

Only the righteous (those who lived by God's laws) and the unrighteous (those who lived by conscience) will be raised from the dead {Act 24:15} as for wicked people who deliberately chose to be evil there is no resurrection for them they'll be forgotten in their graves! Psalms 9:17

What you quoted is saying after those people are resurrected whatever they do afterwards will be judged based on what is written in God's word because by then everyone would have opportunity to learn God's word without false religions or Satan causing distraction it's not what they did before their death that has been wiped out as they have paid with their death! Romans 6:23

This is stupid. Those thoughts are my thoughts as well. I only selected them to save the stress of typing. Over many years on this forum I have highlighted these verses over and over again and criticized them. You have no answer, you know your answers will be embarrassing and idiotic and thats why you are resorting to "what someone else thinks."

If I might ask you, when you quoyte the bible are you not also quoting "what someone else thinks?"

Olodo. You think anyone has time to play your retarded games.
