The title GOD connotes SUPREME BEING so if any investigation can't unite people to live as brothers and sisters under the control of the same God then such investigation is worthless.

If your God can't help you relate with people from different geographical locations on this planet as your family in the spirit then your God is dead!

The true God is the Creator of all so He must be able to fish out people from all races even though they may be small in number but at least in every country i go to there must be people living there who are my brothers and sisters in the faith.

When God say someone fears God and shuns evil it doesn't mean the person has God's laws in written code anywhere it simply means the person is always thinking of how to please God whether he knows who God is or what God requires of him.
So anyone from any geographical location on this planet may have working conscience that's disturbing him or her from doing evil God views such a person as His servant that doesn't mean he or she has known the laws of God he or she is only living by his or her God's given conscience! Romans 2:14-15
But after God brought the Israelites out of Egypt He gave them laws which no nation or people has had before that's why He said:

"Now if you will strictly obey my voice and keep my covenant, you will certainly become my special property out of all peoples, for the whole earth belongs to me." Exodus 19:5
It's what He commanded and the covenant He made with them that qualifies them to be His special people unlike before when He only pick people randomly due to the fact that such ones lived by conscience!
