Righteousness2: People do not yet understand what is playing out..
These ICJ resolutions will have little or nothing impact on what is on ground.
In these Last of the Last Moments, the Lawlessness of earth is beyond ICJ. Putin will continue his Rage . Inshort he will go towards the Middle east to continue his rage.
There is only one man on earth who can stop Putin's rage. That is the antichrist ( whom I believe is Obama, the Ex US President). Unfortunately, his time has not reach to come on the World stage. As his time will be after the RAPTURE of the Bride of Christ.
We are in the Last of the Last days. The Rapture can Happen at anymoment. Everyone needs to Run to JESUS Christ and Surrender completely to HIM, to avoid Super stories. Obama? Anti-christ? Seriously? So you take weed too? |

TheGreatIYANU: Lol... all brawn, no brain! When Russian forces where converging on Ukraine's borders, no single human on planet Earth ever thought that Putin will unleash those forces on Ukraine. No one believed even for a second that there'll be an invasion, but look where we are three weeks in.
It is the same person this oaf if telling US to attack.
I strongly believe that if a single NATO or US aircraft crosses (by mistake), just 1km into Russian territory, there will be a Nuke heading straight to Washington within minutes.
Wisdom is the Principal thing oga. Get Wisdom. He said he didn't believe Russia will attack. Russia had said she is not invading Ukraine up until the night they attacked Ukraine. His point is that doing nothing to stop Putin will never stop Putin. This guy is also not bluffing! He may not succeed in Russia's mission, but he has done many unthinkable mission! The way it is now, Putin can bring any nation under his kneel because he has nuclear weapon. |

CHoccolaTE: I will apply whatever reasoning makes sense in the situation. I don't know what country you live in that makes you think husbands don't expect submission from the same wives that provide for them. When a woman provides she is still expected to be subordinate to the man and treat him like a leader and never let anyone know she is helping him. What kind of rubbish is that?
If men are the sole breadwinners they expect complete submission from their wives and they love announcing to the whole world how providing is very hard for them and how they are under pressure because their wife is not working. But when women are providers they are expected to be understanding and sensitive and submissive to the man's needs.
Arrant nonsense. I do not think we are on the same page. In my view, bossing around is different from submission. Do you intend to take the headship of the home because you are more fortunate to provide bread? Won't you still accord your husband the respect he deserves as a human being. Do you mean that men do not respect their wives they provide for? I respect my wife while in Nigeria and oversea. My brothers all do in Nigeria. Women have their subtle and feminine way of controlling a man whether rich or poor. I am taking about letting men take to demeaning and roles because you provide for him. I hope you noticed I was careful not to insult you in both of my position unlike you! |

EmptyGarden: But a man is allowed to give his wife money for no just reason abi? The one they call "pocket money". She stated that he needed money or loans for his projects, is that not 'reason' enough for you? Today you'd want equality, tomorrow equity and fairness... I no blame una. I think men should think very hard before getting into marriage in Nigeria. Other places are not like this, even other African country women care for their husbands better. |
Family › Re: Experience Of A Woman Who Was Richer Than Her Husband by Mayflowa(m): 5:42am On Nov 17, 2021 |
CHoccolaTE: The problem with giving Nigerian men money is that you will give him money for his upkeep and business and at the same time be expected to submit to him. Nigeria isn't like western societies where husband and wife see each other like friends and partners. In Nigeria the man has the final say in marriage as he is expected to be the Head and leader.
A woman in USA or UK can provide for her husband with no qualms because the husband sees her as an equal partner and would never disrespect her bacause he was raised to see females as inferior. Not in Nigeria where religious and traditional laws have made men see women as inferior and less than men. Imagine providing for a man that still has no problems treating you as inferior to himself. Haba
It would be very unfair to the woman to provide and still be expected to be the subordinate in the marriage, let's not kid ourselves here. Nobody wants to be taken advantage of like that.
Rich men in Nigeria can give their wives money because they get the wife's submissivenes and obedience in return, what the hell do Nigerian women have to gain if they start providing for husbands? She will end up being provider and home maker and submitter all at once while her husband just lives off her and bosses her around. You should not apply this reasoning here. The main fact you have money changes everything. I have never seen an husband boss a rich wife around. The man is usually humble and homely except she wants him to put his head in her butt. |

Seun is a person and is entitled to his opinion, a mortal like you and I . Rich men's wives don't do jack! There are lots of housemaid at home. The women are specialist at insulting one househelp to another and sometimes deny them food. So as a rich wife, you must provide househelp for your husband. It seems women want to see men suffer. Meanwhile we want to see our women glowing and stress-free. |
Family › Re: Experience Of A Woman Who Was Richer Than Her Husband by Mayflowa(m): 5:21am On Nov 17, 2021 |
Seun: For whatever he needs. Men who are rich give money to their wives all the time. If a man is rich and never helps his wife financially I don't think the marriage would work, but it's usually not an issue because men are expected to provide for their wives. I think she was the defacto breadwinner but as a woman society had not equipped her for the role so she failed at it. The same goes for the man. I bet he didn't know how to use seduction to extract cash. Who is this badass sensible man? There is a "richness capacity" for everyone. Everyone cannot be richer than their wives. Making money is not just about handwork, it is a skill. When a woman got the skill, she would do better financially than a husband even if your step/climb up. When a man has money, It is a joy to give his wife anything she needs. There are many things I give money for that I know its not important. There are times I know I gave excess than it is needed. I just smile because I have the money. How come a woman that has heaven and earth, would deprive her man of her money. What is she going to use the money for?? She ought not to marry him in the first place. Give but advise him! Help him plan his project. That is how to love unconditionally. I bet she talks rudely to the man too! |

IPIGSRSHALLOW: wrong assertion.
Money does win election, especially in the US. This guy is one out of a million. In the US, money goes a long way. In fact they will tell you that your ability to raise money means acceptance hence a vindication that you deserve re-election. This is why a vast majority of those in Congress have been there for decades simply because they are able to raise more money than their challengers. Money factor is also why so many have been crying out loud for Campaign finance reforms for decades as far I can remember but those in the seat of power are not bulging because they have the upper hand already to raise more money than their challengers.
Pls stop taking one of a kind story and trying to make it sounds like money is not important in US. It's very very important. You are just confusing the youths on this forum who already have a false sense of what the US is really all about. You are right about money in US politics. I am more concerned about how the money is raised. If a single or group of greedy individuals bankroll your election, you will only kowtow to them and pillage your treasury to satisfy their greed. In the US, campaign funds are gotten from the masses and even the senators talk about the average campaign donation per person, which is usually very low. That is how to raise money for campaigns. People like AOC and Bush in the US house of Representatives had nothing and rose to enviable political seats. So, it is not just one-of-a-kind. However, the US is learning that just anyone with good aspirations can become who they want to be! Have you heard of tipping point? We are at the precipice of human revolution, and the tipping point is here in America and Nigeria. |

A Truck Driver Beats New Jersey Senate President After Spending $153 On CampaignThis is an extraordinary story of how a truck driver that knew nothing about politicking set out to defeat a seating senate president in New Jersey with a paltry $153 campaign fund! This a lesson that money does not win election but vision does. New Jersey’s longest-running state Senate president has lost his seat to a truck driver who spent only $153 on Dunkin and paper fliers over the course of his campaign.
Steve Sweeney, the Democratic Senate president in NJ, has lost to Edward Durr, a furniture company truck driver. With 98% of the vote counted, Sweeney remained about 2,000 votes short of Durr when The Associated Press called the race Thursday morning.
The loss by one of New Jersey’s most powerful politicians will result in upheaval of political power in the state, forcing the Senate to find a new president. Sweeney has been the chamber’s leader since 2010.
Just four years ago, he won reelection in what at the time may have been the most expensive legislative race in American history. Source: https://www.nbcnewyork.com/news/local/after-spending-just-153-on-campaign-truck-driver-beats-nj-senate-president/3378682/

It is obvious the Marauders and the civilized crooks were looking for opportunities to loot You do not have the correct information. I am Edo and from an Oba family. I am vast in the history of the war. I am trying to remove my emotion in telling you this story, albeit from both sides. It wasn't the first time westerners had come to Edo. These people are explorers and traders, and they like to create a bridge to all areas of the world. The westerners wanted to know about the world and the good in it. They also have the intention to dominate as all humans would do. These guys that slay the Queen of England's emissaries do not have the permission of the Oba. You must know anyone must abhor killing another human. While there is slavery attached to western involvement in Africa, you must also realize they came here as missionaries and set up free schools all over the place. They gave scholarships to the early nationalists to study in their kingdom before coming back to fight for our independence. Lagos and Calabar are model cities built with cocoa and palm oil by white men. They preached against human sacrifices, stopped the killing of twins. Mary Slessor almost wanted to die in place of the twins in Calabar. Know that nothing is fair in love and war. They were even magnanimous by not killing our Oba, Ovonramwen, who they disposed to Calabar and provided him a palace. |
