Every one owns a diagnostic tool ranging from different functionality but not everyone knows how to use one. What was the scan result for this scan carried out. Answer these questions

1) does the oil light flickers when driving

2) does it stay permanently on when driving

3) does the light come up on first igntion

4) when you say can't hold power do you hear any unusual sound when driving?

I hope it's not worth am thinking

My RX FWD 330 hums on deceleration more and not too audible while accelarating, i have changed the front hubs but the hum is peristent,the sound comes form infer the car,i almost changed the back hubs but the mecho said they ok after checking them,i have also changed power steering pump still no improvement, i took in the car for gear checks,the gear mecho said the gear is not humming, please house am financialy exhausted as the parts of this vehicle are over priced, please my people help out, what else can i check.is this part of the issues the car has? Am beginning to see many displayed for sale especially the gold coloured ones.

The best way of cleaning fuel injectors is using Ultrasonic Injector Cleaning Machines. Unfortunately, I have found such a machine in Nigeria..

Weeks ago maintance required light started blinked 7 times at engine startup. I checked engine when engine was hot, and checking the engine oil, I found tinny bubbles on the dipstick. Is this normal?
Car is running good with no issues, no abnormal sound (when revving too), colllant level is normal, tranny &power steering oil are on normal level.
I decided to drain engine oil and refill again ( I also changed oil filter). Two days after changing oil I cld still find tinny bubbles again when engine is hot.

NOTE:
bubbles disappear immediately after putting off the engine. Oil level on dip stick is ok.

Car is camry 05.

Oil used is mobil xhp 20/50 ...... ( I knw ur take on this...u see I once used the total 10/40semi-syntehetic or so but oil keeps reducing bit by bit so I changed to 20/50. Even when using 20/50 oil is still reducing but at a ver very slow rate, Negligible rate) oil never gets to middle or low on dipstick)

Every Once in a while and only at cold start, engine gives blue smoke but disappers after few secs.

Valve stem seals are bad. Have them replaced . That's the reason why your engine smokes at first start in the morning. Oil leaks through the seal and finds its way into combustion chamber. Have this fixed and oil shortage would dissappear

The AC of my 2013 camry does not work properly in traffic stops unless i turn of the engine and turn it back on, it then starts to work perfectly. It also works when im in motion sometimes. What couod be the problem. My mechanic says i should flush the radiator and AC condenser. What is your opinion?

This is a reason why cars must be taken to competent hands. A whole lot could have gone wrong. From electrical looping of wires, fuel leakages across fuel lines and many more. In this case I would go with electrical looping of wires from Kano to Lagos. Cars are no longer experimental devices

Dont provoke the seller o. He claims that it is the best oil. There are only two grades of synthetic. Extended performance and advanced full synthetic oil. Look for these types and be rest assured.

Let the seller come out to defend this. Have personally tested this oil on personal rides.and the oil was a huge disaster. I test run these bunch of useless oil.am an engineer and that's what the job is all about. Lubex should not be left out too

Just bought a transmission from a reliable dealer at ladipo and currently being installed by his tranny expert.
I don't like problems , would rather bite the bullet to replace.
Let me know if anyone is interested in my old one.

Another point to be noted is not all synthetic inscribed on all this engine oil are truly synthetic. There are 100% synthetic, semi synthetic and synthetic blend. Avoid these oil if you need a good result

I took the car to one auto diagnostic shop, the man fixed the diagnostic machine to the brainbox. He detected that the flow of air through the exhaust is obstructed. A panel beater while checking for the faulty part of the exhaust, realized that the indomie pot with four mouths that go straight into the engine is blocked. An iron net has been fixed in place of the blocked indomie. I'm yet to hit 120km/h, when I do, I will update if the problem has been resolved.

My experience since I returned connection to factory settings is this:
1. Without AC, fan doesn't come on. During driving, fan comes on intermittently.

2. With AC, fan stays on.

That's just how the car behaves now. Please experts in the house. I hope that how it's supposed to be though.
