Yoruba will continue to enslave and oppress your diala in turn. We keep them as labour mules in Yorubaland. Their sweat and earnings we collect and invest for our future and that of our children.
There is nothing you can do to free yourselves from our political intrigues, you can be brave from Isialangwa to the mountaintop of kilimanjaro if you want but you remain incapable to free yourself from our bondage. Thats a fact!

Awolowo gave us a water tight doctrine on what to do to keep you underfoot. Akintola reinforced it. Obasanjo has secured it. You remain our wives for as long you remain a Nigerian. If you dont like it activate your bravery and break loose.....do it! grin

Are you that slow to remember when the people of Ogoni declared their independence?

In your delusion you think other ethnic groups are lily-livered like the loudmouthed Yorubas.

If a revolution where to start, which tribe do you think would be the first to chicken out and run away at the sight of olopa?

No wonder IBB gave a hint about your cowardly tribe, that if he's woken up from sleep and informed that there's a coup led by Yorubas, he'll simply go back to sleep.

If the mouth can be used as AK-47 guns, Yorubas would have been a world-power by now.

Has Yoruba fought any modern warfare? The war Yorubas fought was with matchete and spears...and you call that war!

Yoruba's contribution in that civil war was as limited as nothing. The foot soldiers were predominately from the Middle-belt and the North. Yoruba's contribution was basically in loud noise-making!

Can you even stand the sound of shelling? Did your fathers ever heard the sound of bombardment or shelling?

Only the noise of Ikeja bomb blast of 2001 you lily-livered creatures ran for life only to perish in the canal in your multitude.

A moment you bigots stutter, "Igbos Must Leave Lagos" when you're high with sniffing excess of your farts. The next moment after relentless ass-licking your slave masters you shout "One Nigeria".

Why do Yorubas stand for nothing?

I pity you and your cowardly Yoruba who stand for nothing, and are perpetually being hunted for sports by your Fulani masters. It's your destiny on earth!

If push comes to shove Igbos are not afraid to defend themselves once again!

This is a one on one confrontation between soldiers and pro-Biafran protesters, The army tried to stop them and they resisted and the next thing were gunshots from the soldiers. Some protesters initially refused to run and I could hear a man shouting ''Kill me''....

Ogoni is a small ethnic group but far smarter than Ibo. They called for independence of their land but did not commit suicide doing it. Look at them , they still have thrier homeland and are proud to be home.

How about dummy Ibo? First you cried that Hausa killed you in North and you are going to defend yourselves against them but the very first action you took is to design flag that will be hoisted in other people land you planned to claim as Biafra, Ogoniland included. You headed West inste ad of North.

If thats not the height of stewpidity I dont know what else it can be called.

You are quick to use Ogoni as a sample of the brave corps.....but Ogoni will tell you they are thankful for BRAVE, GALLANT YORUBA, without whom the dumb Biafrans would have reduced their land to a slave domain.

Now, go and reflect on that! grin

If not that you are genetically dumb, this ought to let you know there is a scheme in the national contract and is a delicate one. Frustrated IPOO and BFR is dead, double-faced sorcerers of Brown Roof Republic, here is a message from Alhaji Aliyu Gwarzo:

"...We also captured Ilorin, killed their local King and installed our Fulani Emir. We took that ancient town away from the barbarian Yoruba and their filthy pagan gods. We liberated all these places and all these people by imposing Islam on them by force. It was either the Koran or the sword, and most of them chose the Koran..."

The same Fulani herdsmen have been hunting Yorubas for sport for decades, and they don't even consider Yoruba Muslims as equals but inferior beings! And fellow beings like you dare not counter, vent your anger or even put up such scrap as you posted above about them! Indeed Yorubas have always maintained a deafening silence. It's so pathetic that Yorubas would instead look for the Igbos to accuse!

The earlier you go master the Hausa/Fulani language and Quranic verses the better for your survival in the eventual OduaArewanistan republic.

Deluded Afonja!
Here....this is Igbo, the bravest of all in the black race, dumped and forgotten in IDP camp in THEIR OWN IGBOLAND, their conditions so bad that their refugee brothers saved under the protection and succour of Yorubaland were the ones calling attention to the plight of starving and dying Ibos in Iboland. Brave indeed!

LEADERS of Igbo Speaking Community in Lagos have raised an alarm over the neglect of Ndigbo displaced in the northeast as a result of Boko Haram activities, appealing to President Muhammadu Buhari to intervene and restore their hopes.

According to the coalition, millions of Igbo resident in the northeast states of Borno, Yobe, Adamawa and Bauchi, who relocated to the southeast at the escalation of the activities of Boko Haram extremists, are currently dying of starvation.

Addressing a press conference in Enugu, President General of the group, Chief Ebere Ubani, who described their situation as “unimaginable and deliberate marginalisation,” said the displaced persons have not found anything to lay hands on since their forced relocation, adding that their neglect has continued even when other internally displaced persons from other zones of the country were being cared for.

“Today, they roam hopelessly in all the nooks and crannies of the southeast where the political nomenclature, for whatever reason, has failed to take cognisance of them. The primary duty of any responsible government is to guarantee and secure life and property and declare where necessary, a state of emergency, in order to restore hope and succour to distressed citizens and Igbo refugees.

“These people that have lived all their lives in the northern part of Nigeria are, today, refugees in the southeast without any means of livelihood, and forgotten by the authorities, while good efforts and palliatives are expended on their counterparts in the northeast by the government and the international community.”

Ubani, who disclosed that the association had already collected the names, phone numbers and addresses of the affected persons, called for the opening of camps across the southeast for them, adding that it was disheartening that several of them have not been able to either send their children back to school, found a comfortable place to live or something to do to enable them feed their families.

Meet your Oba of Lagos for more hints on hate messages. You can also consult that your Xenophobic doctor in diaspora who supported Akiolu's hate message on the Igbo Nation.

Did you hear the hint from IBB? It was said that if he was sleeping and was suddenly tapped to wake up that Yorubas are executing a coup d'etat. That he'll gladly go back to his deep sleeping.

Indeed if the mouth is AK-47 Yoruba tribe would have been world powers decades ago.
Dude,
Go and sit somewhere abeg! You do not have Biafra yet,as long you remain in this nationality you are a 4th class citizen. No one can change that, not Ojukwu, not Kanu. Yoruba is the only one withbpower to change your condition in this country. If you think im lying recall every instance Hausa drove you out of North, your brothers cried they could not go home because they faced a worse condition in Iboland than anywhere else and would be reduced to OSUs, with no rights of posessions or ownerships. They all fled North and went to Yorubaland for refuge....the land of those you labeled cowards. The few of your brethren that ended in alaibo were put in internally displaced camps.

So what do you gain in bravery when you exist as refugee in your own land....not to mention every where else your refugee status is well documented? Where is the result of your bravery, after many attempts and you are worse off than those who have no gene of bravery?

What are you fighting for, the right to be labelled brave?

A FIRST CLASS BRAVE but 4th CLASS CITIZEN. Are you satisfied now?

CultureRe: Igbo And Yoruba Rivalry by MayorofLagos(m): 5:19pm On Jul 25, 2016
Correctly, there's no rivalry or hatred between Yoruba and Igbo. Igbo is envious of Yoruba political power and rulership and is desirable of gaining a similar power for itself. The problem is Ibo believes it is self sufficient and can grab this power on its own independent of sponsorship by the powerful Yoruba. Therefore at every turn Yoruba changes and redefines the political value chain resulting in intrigues Ibos find hard to comprehend. They thus outlash in frustration that Yoruba is betraying them.

The sooner Ibo can be exiled back to its ancestral roots in Congo the better for everybody left in Nigeria.

17. Ball pythons are treated with great care when they happen to wander into a Nigerian village. They are allowed to roam freely or gently picked up and placed out in a forest or field. If one is accidentally killed, many towns build a coffin for the snake’s remains and give it a short funeral.

Interesting.

Did not know it was practiced in the West of the Country too,I taught the Yoruba's were too enlightened for this Rubbish.

I am surprised.

In the part of the Niger Delta I come from,it is expected females do this circumcision,as a prerequisite for getting married, but I think it is voluntary, and it does not apply to the women married from other cultures.

So one day I asked my mom as a young guy,why do women from our culture get circumsized?and she replied that it is done so the woman don't become promiscuous,by removing the very thing inside a woman that makes them sexually active.

This is Barbaric, but hey it is the culture of the land.

Then as regards this man?the one that claimed he was attacked. I will leave his discussion for another day, because most times, those seeking Asylum in most Western Countries bring up stories like this,so as to get papers.

And as for the picture?could be a picture of anybody that got beaten to a pulp, which just happened to be in the Newspapers, and which the man can claim to be him.

An unrecognizable face like this here,is even hard for Nigerians to decipher if it is the man,let alone White people,so this man stands a chance of getting his papers.
Economically, it is very bad in the country at moment. Add to that high level of insecurity everywhere. Getting visa to travel out is also highly difficult. It is so terrible in Nigeria that a visa to Cambodia is celebrated as a success. So people find loopholes in the system to exploit.

There are controversial hot topics, often defined around cultural values in the West, embodied by the media as standard practice and packaged as liberty under democratic principles. Some are as follows:

1 - gay and lesbian rights
2 - transgender and gender change identity
3 - non binary identity
4 - female circumcision
5 - abortion rights
...and so on.

So if a person can make a convincing claim, as these couple have done, however absurd it sounds, to hint and produce evidence on social media that their liberty of life is threatened and they are victim or targeted under any of these hot points, then they will be contacted and soon be sponsored by a rights advocacy group from a Western country.

It is untrue that Yoruba practice female circumcision. There are numerous Yoruba cultural rites and texts that attest to the female as a equal and powerful gender. There is even a deity in the culture and which is venerated as the gateway of cosmic benevolence.

However, these parents have a need and are exploiting the culture, falsely, to meet that need.

Rate of business failures alarming in South-East – ECCIMA President

By Emmanuel Uzodinma

The new president of the Enugu Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture, ECCIMA, Rev. Surveyor Ugochukwu Chime has expressed worry over the rate business owners are closing shops in the South-East zone of Nigeria.

Chime, who spoke on the occasion marking his installation as the new president of ECCIMA and the induction of over 25 members in Enugu, said “the rate of business failures have so much accelerated that it has induced fear into investors, especially local investors who do business without the economies of scale being enjoyed by multi nationals.”

While identifying the various challenges standing before his leadership, he observed that revenue accruing to the various levels of government in the country had in the past two years reduced by over 50 percent, stressing that ‘this has resulted in its inability to run government and execute capital projects effectively.”

“We are faced with over 60 percent unemployment amongst the youths, with the school leavers being the worst hit, leading to anger, frustration, high rate of crime and insecurity of lives and properties

“It is now easier and faster for global socio-economic challenges to affect our people in the remotest part of our villages, resulting in what they do not know, affecting and devastating their means of livelihood”, he further stated.

The ECCIMA President, however, assured that with his team, the ECCIMA under his leadership would focus on human resource development, membership and development, promotion of commercial agriculture, industrial training and entrepreneurship.

In his speech at the event, Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi commended the Chamber for her achievements, particularly the cordial relationship between the Chamber the organised private sector and the government and people of Enugu state, which he said had boosted entrepreneurship, poverty eradication strategies and skill acquisition in Enugu State.
