You see, I once thought of buying this particular gen to compliment the big one I'm presently using so that I can at least use it all night when the power issue was so terrible. But I had to reconsider it when I saw the fumes that comes out of it from my neighbours own. It was terrible.

I live in Lagos for instance, do you want to imagine the number of Igbos and Yorubas that interact on a daily basis in Idumota, Lagos Island as a whole, Oshodi, Ojuelegba... just to mention a few?

I use to play "monkey post" every Sunday at Psycha Hospital in Yaba, do you know how many Igbos and Yorubas that played together?
I played full field today at Anns Barack with mixtures of several tribes and we had a good game. We never realized we are Yoruba, Igbo or Hausa? In fact, the guy that played 4 for me is an Igbo guy, and covered for me very well while I played 5 (my pairing partner-6- just running helter skelter).

You see, it is on socio-media like this that this discrimination is soo rampant. In reality, you have less of this altercation in our daily interaction, and more so when it comes to politics.

Ambode's administration is becoming more combative every passing day. No, this isn't how to pull publicity stunt. His media handlers should remember that the Economist is a very popular and influential magazine. And they can do him in, I mean his administration, in the eyes of the International Community, and foreign investors if you may add.

One fact they should also consider is that whatever the magazine published could not have been out of political vendetta or sponsored by their political enemy as they would want to claim if this were to be published by a Nigerian newspaper.

The Economist, on their part, were not fair on the Governor. This story does not represent the present realities on ground. Things have changed for the better in the past few days. Perhaps that was a teething problem of newbies that the Governor went through. Things have improved.

He said, “How come almost all APC states that applied for bailout have gotten theirs but states like Kogi that have fulfilled all the requirements have been denied theirs with no explanation from the CBN?

“The CBN Governor, Mr. Godwin Emefiele, has to insulate the apex bank from the shenanigans of politicians to avoid serious political and economic dislocation in the country.

“It is important and urgent that the CBN releases the N50billion bailout due to Kogi to ease the suffering of the common people in the state.”[/b]

Take note, States that deserve them. Once again, "States that deserve them". Have they considered whether or not Kogi falls into this category?

But I think you have comprehension problem. I never said CBT is a bad idea, I only took objection to saying it's the purest form of examination.
You see my friend, it only takes a while for anything introduce in Nigeria to be compromised. If I tell you what happened to the University of Lagos's CBT Post UTME, where candidates get score without even coming for the exam at all, you will then agree with me that your CBT, like I said earlier, is not the purest like you put it and want me to forcefully believe. Thank you.

Now, let's get to the basics. Does it not give you headache that the only premise on which a State Governor in Nigeria thinks that our economy will collapse was simply because when he came back from the holy land, they told him that Ekiti got a certain amount, whereas the State's monthly wage bill is a certain amount beyond what they got, and becuase oil prices has also fallen? And as a result, the economy is going to collapse.

What I thought you should asking yourself, let me even assume you are from Ekiti or EVEN any State of Nigeria, for that matter is that what about if this oil dry, what will be our fate?

A situation where State's government cannot meet their obligation anytime there's no windfall from about speaks volume about the State's lazy intellectual thinking of how to increase their IGR. They can't think of how to live without Abuja. Shame.

Well, at the bold part, I think is not correct in its entirety. I have heard reports of how JAMB CBT was compromised by the owners of the so called CBT centers. For instance, does not baffle you that candidates now prefer to write their JAMB CBT exams outside Lagos? You will want to ask why...
