It has always been the best of the bests. What I gleaned from the story is an issue between Unilag Medical College and the Medical Council of Nigeria. They are just using the student as a pawn. It's alright. Correction is well taken and in good faith. |

What will you call your muslim extremist brothers who shed blood at will for Allah and rape the underage? I'm sure they're the real muslim because that's what prophet Muhammed (pbuh) commanded them to do in the Quran. You see your life....? so anyone that say something contrary to what you believe in is a Muslim. Somebody don fall your hand up there... he/she said he/she us not a Muslim. |

You see my friend, I think it is more respectful, as dictates by decorum, for one to desist from diving into an issue one does not have knowledge about. It is a show of maturity to stick to the topic of discussion rather than diverting attentions. Now, being that as if may, a simple search on the Internet would have given you loads and loads of English translation of the Glorious Quran. The gullible only chose to be gullible. |

They believed (and it's true ) that you kill an animal twice when you let it see that with which it's life will be taken. Well, I don't know about the Chinese, but I know, as Muslim, that it is absolutely wrong to do that, I mean showing of knives to the animals you are about to kill. Rearing and killing of animals in Islam has etiquette. You don't tie down an animals if you can not feed that animal. And you don't kill one animal in the presence of another. In addition, you have to shappen you knife very well so that you just sniff life out of it at a go. There are lots of discussion about this things than this text book can answer. |

I read the new when Jonathan acquire the space craft. It is one of the best Nigeria has got in the last few years. Is it not the duty of the military to get personnel abroad that will train them on how to use the space craft? Was it not the military that sent a proposal for such model of space craft?
We shouldn't politicised everything in Nigeria. So unfortunate our military are now errand boys for political propaganda.
Jonathan didn't buy any weapon, so which weapon are they using to fight BH because buhari have not bought any?
If we continue like this, Nigeria will never grow. You have comprehension problem. We aren't talking about "space craft" here but alpha fighter jets. You are out of this world. I wonder who takes you serious. |

MosakuAW: There are many things that this so called Oba needs to learn. You cant be an Oba and still claimed to be so religious.
All Oba in Nigeria practise one fetish thing or the other and you cant be an Oba and still claim to be religious. You cant serve God and serve satan at the same time.
Some men claimed to be religious and by that, asked their wives to cover their faces while they keep their own face open to the public. Why cant he the Oba also wear the Hijab.
Toba ma je osa'ka je osa'ka, toba ma je oso'ko je oso'ko, which be Osa'ka Oso'ko. Just like someone said, stop being ignorant. Your ignorance of the latest and recent developments among Yoruba Obas is that some of them fought so hard to abolish those things you rightly referred to as being fetish. Perhaps I should call your mind back to the burial of the immediate past Ayangburen of Ikorodu, who was buried in the Islamic way. Though, it didn't just go without some skirmishes. This particular Oba, who knows, may be the game changer. After all, we all, including members of his community, I suppose, have been clamouring for the abolition of some of these things. So, if there Oba decided to cancel Osun Osogbo, for instance, I would be the first to support him. And I think many people in Osogbo would do too. |

You know, I just marveled at the people deifying GEJ, particularly those that are saying he should remain silent and not speak on the arms deal scandal. Like I stated earlier, this Arms Deal issue alone is enough to rubbish whatever he may lay claim to as his achievements as a former president of this nation. He should just clear the air once and for all. Perhaps I'm too hasty. |

olillywales: Press statement from the Presidency...
(17)Lt Col. MS Dasuki (Rtd)
The SEI contracts included procurement of two used Mi-24V Helicopters instead of the recommended Mi-35M series at the cost of One Hundred and Thirty Six Million, Nine Hundred and Forty Four Thousand US Dollars ($136,944,000.00). However, it was confirmed that the helicopters were excessively priced and not operationally air worthy at the time of delivery. A brand new unit of such helicopters goes for about Thirty Million US Dollars ($30m).
The Committee established that ONSA also funded the procurement of 4 used Alpha-Jets for the NAF at the cost of Seven Million, One Hundred and Eighty Thousand US Dollars ($7,180,000.00). However, it was confirmed that only 2 of the Alpha-Jet aircraft were ferried to Nigeria after cannibalization of engines from NAF fleet. I have heard of the bold part long before now from a reliable source, before the election. |

Where does the money that was distributed to those people that have been mentioned so far comes from?
Or no money was ever distributed to anybody and the names being mentioned is part of the propaganda?
But mind you, not one of those people, despite realising the implications of the scandal on their political career denied to have collected money from the last administration. I most confess that I didn't read beyond the first paragraph before the exact thought of what you have up there came up in my mind. Just exactly what you have up there was what came to mind the moment I read the first paragraph. And I most confess that I never bordered myself reading the remaining parts. This is the one and only problem I have with Christianity, confusing God with Jesus. They are not really clear about which is which. Some, on this same topic, said Jesus is the son of God (God forbid). I don't even know which one to believe. That he's born if the spirit, for whatever that means, is still more like it. Hmm, o ga o! |
