TechWalker007: I do not joke with our military. I defended them with my hard earned money, strength and all during GEJ but your likes only insulted them. It's now you want people to support them after you have made mockery of them? That's the hypocrisy at the bolded; that's where you got't wrong. Arm chair analyst, don't just assume. |

TechWalker007: You just described what APC leaders, supporters, media and Buhari did during GEJ. You shouldn't have problem if someone adopts that method too. Except if you're hypocrite What's hypocritic about my comment? I just stated the obvious. Look, we need to commend the military for their effort. This is one good news, at least for once, on a Monday morning. |

BishopMagic: And Buhari strolled into sambisa unarmed and made bokos scatter.
Bloody liars.
See what a lying party like apc has introduced into our polity. Your comment smears of hate incase you don't know. I know you would've been happy if the story were to be that 150 civilians were killed by book haram. That would have given you the opportunity to castigate the government. But you're disappointed that Nigeria is gradually winning the war. You should be watched out for, perhaps you're one of them. |
Christianity Etc › Re: If Your Fellowship Holds These Teachings, Then It's Time You Moved On by mbhs139(m): 4:47pm On Aug 23, 2015 |
starlingslimnet: If the following happens in your fellowship I advice you to correct them and if they persist leave such fellowship.
1. They Teach Only Your Fellowship Will Go To Heaven: This is in direct contradiction with the Promise of God that says "Whoever believes in the Son will have eternal life". If your doctrines teaches that only your fellowship will go to heaven and all other fellowship will be lost in Hell. Kindly find your way out cause you are heading to Hell yourself.
2. They Teach Unless You Obey Church Tradition You Will Lose Heaven: "By Grace yee are saved through Faith in Christ Jesus" You cannot be saved by works. If your church keeps Teaching you these find your way out of that place.
3. They teach Marry From The Fold and Soulmate : Only a cult does this. You are free to marry from any fellowship you like in as much as you Love him or her.Your Soulmate is the person you love. All these are done to keep you in the sect.
4. They Teach Don't Touch,Don't Eat,Don't Use: These are pure demonic teachings.I don't have to quote Scriptures before you remember the Scriptures relating to this.
5. They Teach You Are Still A Sinner Despite You Believe In Christ: Every Christain is Righteous. If your fellowship holds you a sinner because of your spiritual level then find your way out.Christ is your righteousness.
6. They Celebrate Festivals And Do Sacrifice: I wonder what you are Still doing in such a place.
7. Visions Is The Basis Of Their Belief: I saw in the dream or God told me that.....If it is on these things your fellowship is built on Find your way out.
8. God commands You To Pay Tithe And They Are For Pastors: What are you Still doing in this fellowship, uhn?
9. They Teach Witches Are Responsible For Your Poverty: My brother you are already in one chance fellowship kindly find your way
10: You Don't Have The Holy Spirit Until You Speak In Tongues: A way of spreading demonic spirits.Since you will have to speak in tongues they have to lay hands on you and in laying of hands comes the transference of spirits. You receive the Holy Spirit at New Birth. If your Fellowship teaches otherwise find your level. I was once watching pastor Ajiboye of Redeem one day on tv where he narrated how a certain man who has been trying to catch a glimpse of him on the alter with so much effort without succeeding. He said anytime the man made an effort to catch a glimpse of him, the man is always being blocked (though unconsciously) by other members of the congregation. Then, all of a sudden, the man just grew taaaalllllllll, and high above everybody in the auditorium, and he was able to see him. That was the moment I lost respect for this man of God. He even said the man's wife could not recorgnised him again. It made me wonder how and why would a PhD in Mathematics for that matter believe such a story if he was being told that, not to talk of him being the one telling such a cat and bull story. That was pathetic to say the least. |

This is exactly what I always think about anytime I hear about FFK and the many women in his life. "think that this man used to be a member of the federal executive council of this country" is quite appalling and sickening. And to even now think that GEJ appointed him as his spokes person speaks volume about the kind of person GEJ himself is... clueless, as he's usually called, or anything worse, because it takes the deep to call to the deep, and it takes a light to call to the light. |

isbish: Well, u may have a point but on a personal level, as a Muslim, Islam have been a source of inner peace for me. It's pathetic how some terrible people have misunderstood and misinterpreted verses be it Qur'an or Bible to act in despicakel manners. I am a proud Muslim, I get slated and hated for being one, but I care little because my inner peace with Allah matters most over anything. Allah swore in the Qur'an to protect His religion and those who follow its true teachings of love, peace, compassion, charity, patience, piety and knowledge seeing and not those who misinterpret and encourage killings and terror. May God help all of us and in the end, how u relate with the God u believe and others in kindness and love is all that matters. I think you gat the op wrong. He's not trying to castigate any religion but just trying to show his frustratio about the insensitivity of some of our religious practices and activities in this land. I just called a friend who left for Kano last night, at about 7pm, and he said they are no where near redeem gate due to the convention going on there. Isn't that frustrating enough. Salam Alaykum. |

Caseless: In the past 10 hours , I have been made to remain on the spot ( I mean , it took me that much time to cover a negligible distance cos we are not moving) as a result of gridlock caused by the RCCG on the road linking Lagos and Ogun state.
In Nigeria, somebody must be bombed, abused , extorted, beaten , harassed, and deprived of his right in the name of religion.
Why can't I be allowed to go my own way or allowed to enjoy free movement simply because some people decided to cram themselves into an open space in the name of yearly religious activities?
As a Nigerian, I feel cheated by religion because of how it is been practiced in my country.
NB: don't tell me Nigeria is a secular country when you have religious leaders and institutions wielding humongous influence over everything. I just called a friend who left for Kano last night, at about 7pm, and he said they are no where near redeem gate due to the convention going on there. Isn't that frustrating enough. |
