Yea, I get what you mean my brother. In the broader sense of it whoever, my analogies is trying to say love could be in different levels and much more of it could be gain through access of it. God loves us all no doubt, some are more favoured. This is how, some people are closer to him therefore, they enjoy more of his love. The reason why it seem or some are actually more loved or favoured as I said is, because of the closeness to God they hear often, thereby know him more and if they determined to work is his ways, definitely they will enjoy more of his love. its simple, I know you believe in the reason for laws and orderliness, and I also know you believe in reward system. That been said, how will this world have been, without governments or ruling system of any kind. Without law, you may not have come to being as some overbearing individual or group of people will have wipe out your lineage even before your great grand parent were born. Human being has tendencies to be greedy and selfish for ambition. Note that the law of God is not for us to love him alone, reverence him as the supreme being and creator, but for human being to live as peaceably as possible in a fairly harmonious co existence. Isn't the same thing our parent do to us, praise us when we do well and punish us when we behave badly, it takes a deeper and spiritual reasoning to come to the knowledge of God. That you love your children for example doesn't mean you won't give them guides and rules, in fact that is love and responsible parenting, that way they grow up to become responsible adults. If in the other way round, you refuse to train them because you love them, a shame and pain in the neck they become to you..... And the world. The world without laws, principles and rules will be a jungle, even among animals there are laws. God is so real, His power is so real and His knowledge is unsearchable.

there is an arm of government responsible interpreting the law, allow them do their work that's why they are there and that's also where they earn their living. For democracy to strive there must be level playing ground, that's how we will know a government that is serious about the rule of law and the game. Not impunity my brother. I can see most of us rely on a partial interpretations of the law by some self serving to make our judgments, it is so glaring government agencies are answerable to one political party and not Nigerians. Let the antecedents, work and history of each political party speak for them. Mind you I am not a member or affiliate of any political party. I am a Nigerian who wish things gets better for Nigerians.

So police now interprets the law by acting with impunity, well I just love the recent scenarios. We need a viable political opposition and option if Nigeria must move forward

Housing Estate at the expense of the
taxpayers of Lagos.
The 1,000 hectares of land valued at
about N75billion located at Lakowe
near Abijo at Ibeju-Lekki Local

partly- owned by Tinubu and Fashola
and being developed as golf course
and housing estate by Assets and
Resource Management Ltd (ARM) as
ADIVA project.
The prime land of 157 hectares with
2.5km of Atlantic beachfront valued
at about N10billion and stolen by
Tinubu from the communities of
Siriwon, Igbekodo, Apakin, etc in
Ibeju-Lekki Local Government and
given to Ibukun Fakeye – his crony to
build a golf course and luxury villa
with little or no compensation to the
villagers. In addition, Tinubu paid $
20million (N3billion) out of public
treasury to Ibukun Fakeye to
commence the project in late 2006.

I guess some is employed here, look I am not defending Tinubi on any ambitious allegations, but if all this to tarnish his image and make room for PDP in lagos you are not getting it right,because we have so many questions to ask them, of the rut that has eaten the political class up and thrown the common man to untold hardship. Tell me one thing your preferred party has done right since 1999 and how many trillion has gone down the drain for doing nothing. Some people still respect Tinubi, if not for anything, atleast for been instrumental to the current viable political opposition, suddenly some people are forced to do a bit to pacify the people. When we see a better party that can perform than APC, we shall not hesitate to throw them away, but for now we have to choose the better one

I read an article somewhere, where Oliseh Metuh of PDP, called for the resignation of Hon. Tambuwal for ditching a party on whose majority he rose to the office of the speaker house of Representative.

In his exact words: “After a thorough consideration of the matter, the NWC came to a conclusion that the Hon. Speaker, as a responsible elected officer, knows full well what is needful and honourable of him since his new party is in the minority [in the House]” he said.

I have also read some comments offline and online, when some ignorant/paid commentators have started insinuating that Hon Tambuwal May lose his office for simply not fulfilling the requirements of the law as regards the position of speaker.

It is very unfortunate that some Nigerians including public office holders are too lazy, to read the elementary sections of our Constitution, some of which are self explanatory.

Now, let us examine what Chapter V, Part 1 (Composition Of National Assembly) sections 47 -50 of the Constitution Of The Federal Republic Of Nigeria holds:


There shall be a National Assembly for the Federation which shall consist of a Senate and a House of Representatives.

48. The Senate shall consist of three Senators from each State and one from the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

49. Subject to the provisions of this Constitution, the House of Representatives shall consist of three hundred and sixty members representing constituencies of nearly equal population as far as possible, provided that no constituency shall fall within more than one State.

50. (1) There shall be:-

(a) a President and a Deputy President of the Senate, who shall be elected by the members of that House from among themselves; and

(b) a Speaker and a Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, who shall be elected by the members of that House from among themselves.

(2) The President or Deputy President of the Senate or the Speaker or Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives shall vacate his office -

(a) if he ceases to be a member of the Senate or of the House of Representatives, as the case may be, otherwise than by reason of a dissolution of the Senate or the House of Representatives; or

(b) when the House of which he was a member first sits after any dissolution of that House; or

(c) if he is removed from office by a resolution of the Senate or of the House of Representatives, as the case may be, by the votes of not less than two-thirds majority of the members of that House.

So where did PDP find the supposedly "loophole" or authority in law, in asking Hon. Tambuwal to resign? The only option left for them, is to rally their members and see if they can muster the required number when plenary resumes in decemeber, in order to satisfy Section 50, subsection 2 C as highlighted above.

Anything else is calling for anarchy!
