I feel guilty depending on d situation..there was d tym i was walking to d bus stop and a kid stopped me,he shouldnt be more than 9yrz and he didnt luk lyk a begger,i ignored him tho and after walking sum distance my concience began to prick me,I had to go back and look for him. |

Results are popped out according to the keyword and the traffic on that page i.e if u search for elections in nigeria..Nairaland would surelly appear in 1st page..Sometimes nothing relevant is on the 1st page that you have to continue digging or rephrase your keyword(s) |

Honadeadek: As an Engineer and a fellow who has have an idea of how Bill Engineering Measurement and Evaluation are prepared at the Ministry of Works and Transport, I think for a One (1) kilometre road the cost shouldn't be more than 45M Naira putting Contigencies into consideration and in ensuring qualities. But what makes me wonder in most cases is why HITECH is the only Contractor in the South West this day. I wonder where all the likes of RCC, KOPEK, RATCON etc are and why HITECH. See am not supporting anybody but am trying to let you know that before you say something you know much details abt it and pls sight an example of States or places you can construct a Km of road for N45m pls. Also the like of Ratcon and Kopek which new project have they completed so far? |

Phew!! Had no idea d sequel had begun...been very busy with exams #uniben stress# and browsing tru 13pages aint dat easy took me 2hours on my "dull fone" As president ushering department thanking u guys 4 d minimised derailment.
