2. America's legislative organs are very distinct from the Executive with the legislative organ wielding powers that the president is subject to, please when have you heard of China's legislative arm or the arm overriding the Chinese president in decisions.
Who is the Chinese president accountable to atleast Buhari is accountable to the National Assembly here in Nigeria

I ask again, have you heard the Chinese or Russian president taken to court by their citizens or their decisions being challenged?

And YES, the WEST is the propagator of democracy. Russia and China are not Democratic states. Communism and Socialism reign supreme in both States. The Constitution allows the Evidence Act, Criminal Code, Penal Code, Electoral Act, etc. Howbeit Sec 1(1) of the 1999 Constitution as Amended provides, "The Constitution is Supreme..." and Sec 1 (3) of the aforementioned framework is to the effect that any law inconsistent with the provision, detects of the Constitution shall to the extent of it's inconsistency be in nullity.

Now the constitution provides for the rights of individuals, and right to own property and businesses are accommodated by the same ground norm. If the Sharia makes illegitimate a business that does not go against the tenet of the Constitution, then Sharia law is to that extent of inconsistency null and void.
