Companies must make use of Nigerian experts up to 55% of their workforce, this way employment issue is tackled.

Banks, Civil Engineering firm and Architects should also be employed in a scheme to tackle Naija's housing deficit and up to 70% of the workforce should be indigenous.

This way we provide jobs, as well as low budget for infrastructural development.
