how long does it take turkey post to ship to Nigeria
Some of these posts are ok. It just depends most times on the seller. A seller actually told me that sometimes they click and upload tracking number, which they've gotten, to avoid being penalised by Aliexpress.

So in other words, that goods you thought was shipped today, may just be shipped on Friday next week grin

Now after having such a bad experience, you'll say this particular post is slower.

A lot of other factors also involved: weather, holidays, etc affect speed of post.

So go for any one, if it's free, it's almost in the same category, if you want super fast shipping check out the FedEx and DHL peeps smiley

Average speed for free shipping is between 10 days to 60 days

No.

I can categorically say customs aren't going after any item that's not prohibited and not handled by dhl. To b explicit, it's only if u use dhl or order prohibited items that you shud fear customs. Anything outside these, no fret.

The recent ish are traceable to the shipping line handling the shipment. PostNL has d highest susceptibility. In case you get ursef in it, either message d seller and another item will be shipped to u or open dispute appropriately to claim ur money.
I've gotten two phones, this month, via PostNL both are Doogee. One today and the other last two weeks back

So I doubt it's a PostNL issue cool

The only time I run into trouble (custom charges) is when I use DHL. I've since stopped using DHL, instead I use FedEx which for whatever reason is costlier than DHL for Chinese sellers

Before u connect ur solar panel to ur charge controller, make sure u have connected the one that goes to battery (charging ) first ,
Its even written on user manual, I even saw it on a website.
Don't connect the panel wire to the charge controller before the one that goes to te battery o!!!!!!
The one that charges the battery should be connected first to battery before u connect the one that comes from the panel to avoid damaging the charge controller,
And when u want to remove, the one from the panel should be disconnected first before the one that charges the battery
It is always advisable to put a circuit breaker, preferably DC, between the solar panel(s) and charge controller. Una well done. RE rules!

We should go beyond the horrors of the act and ask some serious questions:

1) Who sent him?

2) Are there others?

3) What are his motivations?

4) What are the body parts for?

Without demand, they'll be no supply

Someone, somewhere needs these body parts for something. The man, may probably, be a foot soldier. Killing him now without getting to the root of how and what the part is for, to me, is like trimming the weed. The weed will grow back even more worse than before.

He may just be like a street drug peddler, the main drug lord, is probably getting updates from his air-conditioned apartment about one of his mules in police net.

But, sadly, like all cases that involves the rich and powerful, in this part of earth, this is probably the last we will all hear about this case till another dismembered body graces our front page.

Don't really think it has anything to do with the cost, most African countries actually used EU Socket.
You may be right. I may also be right. Who knows.

I've bought some devices at aliexpress that if I chose UK socket I notice my overall cost is higher than when I chose EU

Thanks to Oga Ceejay80s. My UPS, fans, smart charger and battery arrived in good shape, now fully operational and charged. Abeg make una give me membership card.

I didn't want to interfere with the house connections so I ran a different wiring for the system. Only what needs to be powered will be powered.
Always best to run an independent connection for your UPS or inverter. Though costlier . But that way you don't worry about changeover between PHCN and your alternative source. Also UPS or inverter is free from crazy PHCN connections smiley

Yesterday, I sent a message to xiaomi online store, requesting that they ship my RN3 Pro SE with a UK adapter instead of the EU adapter they usually ship to African countries, and this morning, they replied me, telling me they would do as I requested. Just now, I received an alert that my item has been shipped.

It's nice to know that these people actually grant such requests. I suggest everyone do same so that they know that the UK socket is what most African countries use, especially in Nigeria. If we keep accepting the EU adapters, they'll never know this.
They may know, UK sockets are costlier than EU or other sockets. You know our dear Chinese brother would do anything to gain a dollar right? Lol

Gud am room, my name is Bolaji, it is nice to meet you guys. Generally am new to online purchase. however i will like to buy a xiaomi phone with considerable feature.I have only budgeted 20,000 naira. Could you pls recommend a a nice model within that range and explain the process of getting one at aliexpress? I will be grateful.
20k is $62.50 using GTB exchange rate of N320 per $ which is very generous. Unfortunately no Xiaomi phone is that price. Try budget $103 which may get you Xiaomi Redmi 4A phone which is a Quad Core 2GB RAM 16GB ROM 5.0 Inch Cellphone

This translates to 32k+ in naira

You'll need GTB naira Mastercard which has a daily spend limit of $100 at the rate of N320 per $1 or an Access Visa card which has a spend limit of N325 per $1 with same spend limit as GTB

Other more knowledgeable peeps here can help you further.

I'll take a bow here.

Peace.

Using a USB meter I was able to confirm the real battery capacity of Xiaomi Note 3 Pro Prime SE is 4028mAh

Using a 2A charger it took 2hours 51 minutes to charge from 0 to 100%

mukhcech:
Thanks for the respond. pls have you made used of UPS as an inverter before? what are the advantages over the other. ?

How much is the 1000watts
UPS is cheaper than inverter. But it has its own limitations .

The inbuilt charger is small since it's meant to charge small capacity batteries eg 12V 7AH. So to use it you'll require an external charger.

Most inverters come with inbuilt charger capable charging big size batteries eg 12V 200AH.

Most UPS are of low capacity eg 650VA, 800VA and 1KVA ( big capacity UPS exist, but for the purpose of this thread the UPS I meant are those that power at most 2 computers in the office)

So the choice of which to go for is seriously dependent on your pocket and what you intend to power.

I hope this is helpful.

Other bigger ogas are welcome to contribute
