The boobs feed on estrongen homones...cut estrogen and it will start shrinking. Liver disease, alchohol, some drugs and natural body metabolism are some of the causes. First, is to know the cause of yours. If its testosterone injection, or other homonal drugs, what the liver does is to convert the unused drugs to estrogen and store them as fat, simply stop the drugs and u will fine again after 3 months. If its liver diseases, needs to be treated. If its alcohol, cut it and u will be fine after 3 months. If its natural, then some drugs like andractim and ginexen claims it can cut off estrogen supply to the boobs and automatically it will shrink. I am sure by now, there will be new drugs. Anything that reduce estrogen level in the body is the way out, even fat person cuts down fat gets more testoterone and less estrogen and the boobs will drop.

I am really tired of this kind of attitude I get from my bf . I know I have got some ego ,am the type that reciprocate the same way a guy treats me . Stop acting fake, be real to urself and to the guy. Play your real self and leave it there. If u are the call type...continue calling if you are not dont call. However, leave ego out of it, tell him u love him if u think u do, otherwise stay nutral. Dont take instructions from friends...its ur life, be real.

I doubt...mainly in the U.S stores...however, not efficient if you keep replacing the estrogen by eating calories or alcohol. Works better with healthy food and little excercise.

Every student shoud just learn how to be using his or her hands. Jobs are getting scarce bc no one is creating any, factories are folding bc of recession and unemployment will continue to increase. If we continue like this, there will be no job again in the future.

Last week we saw one of the greatest drop in the value of the dollar with a sharp gain of the naira in the black market. How was this achieved. Who made this happen. Who is the smart ass.
Anyway this move made a lot of people poorer i.e currency speculators who kept buying the dollar putting a demand on the dollar while the naira suffered from low demand till it hit the high of 2016 and just then the CBN intervention came in with a mad flood of much more dollars and the mopping up of naira so that there was a scarcity of naira.
And wholla the dollar came crashing down while the more the naira was mopped out of the system.

This brilliant intervention means the CBN is using our reserves to fight the dollar war
How sustainable is this ....will the CBN be willing to continue this.

Just yesterday while watching ARISE TV the news came out of the economy contracting by -1.4% for the first time in 20years.
Meaning for the first time in 20years the economy stopped growing
Now the real bad news was from the PMI ( producers manufacturing index) saying it fell
What does this mean
It mean the real people who needs the dollars are not getting it
But osinbanjo gave dollars for school fees payment
While the manufacturers who need dollars are not getting it

Even the economy according to the news saw major improvement from the oil sector because militants have stopped bombing
So the non oil sector fell even the most holy agriculture.

Osinbanjo has stated in the last FED meeting he favours a devaluation of the naira.
Right now the naira is 405naira to 1 dollar
Let's assume he goes ahead to devalue to let's say 20 basic points
That would be 425naira to 1 dollar
Now imagine what the black market will do
We will be looking at 550-600naira to 1 dollar
Already JP Morgan is worried that Nigeria is not attracting FDIs ( foreign direct investments)
What does that leave us
It leaves us with an economy that will keep shrinking and a dollar war we can't win as fear will make more people demand for dollars as naira will keep falling.
My advice to you
Keep buying the dollar for keeps
Keep your bulk money in dollars
The trip to hell is about to get nasty

So much has been said about the importance of saving in recent times that it has become necessary for me to point out a deception so that you don't fall victim to the same trap I did a few years back.

Growing up as a child wasn't all rosy for me...

I didn't get everything I wanted handed to me on a platter so I had to find ways to get things for myself.

I learnt to save from a very early age.

At age seven, I'd walk to school (even though I had transport fare) and keep my lunch money all because I was saving to buy football... I dared not ask for money to buy football at the time. ;-)

Naturally, before I was 18 years of age, I had learnt how to save money without struggle.

(Don't worry I'll give you free access to my insider secrets on how to save money when it's hard to save at the end of this article)

It was an exciting feeling... you know that extra confidence boost you get from knowing there's cash stored up somewhere huh? ;-)

But there was a problem...

I seemed to always be in a worse financial situation after meeting my goal...

Something was terribly wrong.

I thought saving was the key to wealth?

How come it was making me broke?!

Where was I going wrong?

I read all those materials that tells you to pay yourself first... they didn't seem to have the answer I was looking for.

I began to do some intense thinking...

You know how they say to look within because you probably already know the answer you seek right?

Good!

(That's exactly what I did.)

I found out two ways saving was making me broke.

Reduced buying power...

I was saving to amass wealth... to have more money so that I could buy the good things I wanted the only problem was that the inflation rate usually had a way of making my saved cash worth a little lesser in terms of purchasing power. :-(

Do you remember how much you bought toothpaste a just seven months ago? How much is it now?

Well, the scenario above didn't always catch up with me.

There were times when I could still afford the things that I wanted but... they only left me broke as well.

Okay.

Here's an instance...

As an undergraduate in the university, I was very passionate about phones...

I'd save up money before the end of the semester and while everyone else was crying of hunger, I'll be on the lookout for those who wanted to sell really good smart phones. :-;

But as a consequence... I'd then need to buy data. The more sophisticated the smartphone was, the higher the data consumption of the phone.

Remember 100MB was N1,000 back then... it wasn't doing much for me. I'd go for the N2,500 MTN 4.5GB (1.5GB Day and 3GB Night Plan)... The 1.5GB was easily used up so I'd end up having to subscribe the N1,000 plan in addition to this plan.

My cash was fleeting...

Saving became a struggle.

I'd save up some cash and end up using it up to meet "needs".

I was disappointed... I thought saving was going to make me rich.

But I'm not a quitter...

I had decided I was going to get rich or very rich. There was no other option for me so I had to find a way.

And I began to study and that was when I found out the missing part of the equation...

It's not just about saving money it's about what you do with your savings - this will determine your outcome.

Most people... they save to buy things that take money out of their pockets... cars, phones, etc...liabilities.

And there's nothing wrong with that.

But if you're aspiring for a life of wealth and abundance, you can't play by that rule.

Save to invest.
Save to start your own business.
Save to take advantage of opportunities.
There are opportunities to earn everywhere around you. Save to take advantage of them for your own profiting.

Right there, my friend, is how saving made me broke and how you can avoid my error.

Did you notice it was when I began to study and invest in my financial education that I found the missing piece of the puzzle?

The most important investment you can make is in your financial education... books, seminars, courses to improve your financial intelligence to shield you from making silly mistakes and enable you recognize profit yielding opportunities.
