You tried at least you took your time to do this... nice one bruh... but will there be time to solve all this? apparently, this took you sometime to breakdown, a luxury that cannot be guaranteed if done on an actual testing situation.... my opinion tho.

true.....but

I guess a calculator is allowed. To be frank, I didn't use a pen when i made my first post. I used my phone calculator as I was in a bus. It took me say 15 -20 minutes though. One you know what to do, you obviously could do it in a minute(max) for each question.

Speedy efficiency is key. I guess that's why persons are urged to use past questions to prepare at least to keep the brain at ease.

Do not relent bro. Keep bidding and more bidding you will surely get awarded with a project. I suggest you keep late night mostly because that is when the coast is mostly clear especially for the newbies in the game. Majority of the Asians are always not available around 11pm to 1am. Take advantage of that time. When I joined newly it took me 2 weeks before I got my first project and from there everything opened. Good luck! To add more to that, make sure you have the freelancer app on your mobile it will help u bid projects even when u are not with ur laptop.

Thanks a lot.

You can buy at any time from the secondary market offerings from any of the banks. The banks with the best rates so far are IBTC, 1st Bank and then GTB hovers around 18.1% per annum.

For primary market it is done bi-weekly, no need to wait unless you have 50M and above to directly invest in primary auction.
Otherwise walk into any of the banks and ask for secondary auction for FG/CBN treasury bills.
Note: The higher the tenure the better the returns, plus you can liquidate at any time too.

Thanks.

Thanks so much for this. Been interested in such for a while. God bless.

Are treasury bills not more lucrative? Someone told me you get 17% per annum. PLEASE clarify

You mentioned fixed deposits in the comment below....which is best?

Max i can drop is 3 million...minimum 1 million

It totally depends on the rates your bank gives you.

Rates for a one-year T-bills, from the last auction was at 18.7% and almost at the same figure at the secondary market.
Fixed deposit depends on your bank but it can never exceed the T-bills rate, so, i would be guessing between 7-12% with the capital mentioned.

The T-bills is better in my own view. Gives a higher value in terms of return and is backed by the full credit of the Federal Republic of Nigeria(i.e generally not risky).

********************modified

I must mention, the 18.7% I stated for T-bills are known as discount rates. The interest is paid upfront. When calculated appropriately, you would find that the interest rate is as high as 23% for one year.

Using your 1million as example, if you want to buy T-bills worth 1 million at 18.7%, about N813,000 would be debited from your account. Here, the N187,000 serves as your interest paid upfront and on maturity(after the one year duration), you would be given back 1 million.

If i sell provisions with N500,000 in one year, i should make more than what you guys are offering. Tie my money down and i will wait for 1 full year to earn 13%. Get out og here with this offer

You are getting it quite wrong. It is called a SAVINGS BOND. The FG never advised you to stop your business and invest all your money in the offer. They are simply offering you higher rates for the cash you have and keep idle in the bank.

The highest interest rate you can get from saving your money in a bank is 4.2% i think, you can get higher in a fixed deposit but then it depends on the amount you are bringing in and the duration.

In summary, it is really a good deal. Higher rates and low/next to no risk with the possibility of starting with as low as N5,000.

Is the 'trainee production engineer' not quite same as 'production manufacturing'?

MPR means Monetary policy rate. It is reviewed every 3months by a group, consisting of 11memebers(dont know how they came about the members), but its chaired by the CBN Governor.
It serves as benchmark to what interest rate banks could demand for loans they give out.
So bank A cant just decide to give out loans with very little interest rate so as to win customers over, which in a way will be detrimental to bank B.

MPR is reviewed every 2 months.

There are 4 questions in the video interview.

Stage 1-3 will take you about 2 minutes each with 30second to prepare your answer after.

For each stage there is a prerecorded video that gives the question . I advise you to read the question at the same time and pace as the voice speaks, and with complete concentration, if the video will distract ur focus don't look at it just listen and read along .

This were my questions

1) how would I address wastage that occurs during the implementation of a new packaging of the liquid soap. If you were in the "Make" team or something like that...

2) profer solution to a situation where many dark skinned customers in south east Asia or so (not too sure) do not use light and lovely despite its content of sunscreen and there liability to skin cancer if not using sunscreen.

3) describe your most innovative Unilever product and what the limitations are or suggested improvements.

For the last question you will watch a video linked to YouTube and will asked speak on the risks if any, how would you mitigate it, who would you direct your suggestion to and what are your points for the audience.

Here is the youtube link as i saved it during my interview.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QoqWo3SJ73c

Good luck to everyone. I have not gotten any feedback from my interview and I don't know why peeps are hoarding questions, let's try to be of help to people even if we couldn't get the help.

Also. If you feel you're goofing at the first or second stage, remove your battery and leave your phone off. Get another phone and redownload the app. Open your mail and restart on that new phone. This time give it your best and once you're done and have uploaded your interview . pick the previous phone making sure the internet is not on, then uninstall hirevue.

I know it was a coincidence ( God's miracle) it worked for me, but It might just work for you too. Please say a word of prayer for me (I need it not just for unilever) after reading this, if you find it helpful .

It was d same question u was asked
