Yes, if you do your course registration, which I have done through the portal and my course adviser. I asked my course adviser to make an exception for me "since IRCC have been asking applicants from Nigeria to pay up there fees" Well the good news is that someone from the school contacted me today on this matter. Apparently, they were yet to receive my second payment which has now reflected on the portal.

There's no categorical pronouncement about the quoted. It has only affected few people. I have read about so many people that were granted TRV without having to show proof of fund transfer. Hope to join you at Concordia in winter, Industrial and Production Engineering Dept

None that I've heard of. Except you have a scholarship agreement or sth but working doesn't grant one that automatically

Any ideas on who I can call for my receipt or a contact to send email to. I have sent email to the international students office but no response yet. Does Concordia accept fees before you arrive Canada? the norm has always been just acceptance fee of 250 cad and you pay the rest when you get there.

bro as for the documents sent by ur school, u can use the temporary (electronic )documents to apply (u don't have to wait for the hard copies to get here b4 u apply). as for where to apply from go to where u feel like and hive us feedback. NB: IF U CHECK CLOSELY THERE SHOULD BE SOME COUNTRIES WHOSE PROCESSING TIMES ARE BELOW 3 WEEKS SEF

I don't think you need to do any thing, you've probably accounted for all your years from primary school to date which is their greatest concern, you did work with your ex employer for X number of years until recently hence your ex employer should tell them same.

Yes I have applied and paid the application fee. my portal on their site reads posted and I can't access any further information. I heard that Concordia normally gives out admission letter a month to resumption of the intended session

Don't know of diamond visa card but I think GTB mastercard still have a monthly limit of $100.

From my own findings, it's not cast in stone. It can be any Canadian visa issuing office around the globe which Ghana is also one of them. I stand to be corrected though. A pal told me his was not issued in Ghana

Most likely Accra visa office process online study permit application. They will better understand and interprete supporting documents from Nigerian applicants since the serve nigeria and can easily request additional document(s) if need be.

I have seen people whose applications were handled in London.

Do the house not think one should confirm from them or something if this Foreign Reference/Bank Assurance whatever is been called is applicable to EVERYBODY seeking for a study permit and that the usual letter of reference/guarantee will not suffice?

Guess you applied through paper route? because if it's online, it doesn't necessarily have to go to Accra. It can go to any other visa issuing office Canada operates worldwide
