fast forward to 1989 when i started hawking fruit at OAU Ife campus , while hawking then at Moremi hall, awolowo, fajuyi, Angola etc i would be listening to anybody that would call "OMO" when i hear anyone call omo i would shout number!!! in return the person in need of omo would mention his or her room number then i would hide my market(fruit) in the bush and run to the place , i may be asked to wash plate , cloth or even clean the room and after the whole work they would pay us like 20 naira and we would be very happy.
