butterflylion: Calling you a mumu is an understatement! It's your type who would go to court and fail right from your opening arguments.
If the very first command talks about animals and plants specifically and the second command simply says thou shall not kill shouldn't common sense prevail on you that the second command was not about the first command which was specifically about animals and plants with no human mentioned therein?
I tire for some of Una. use of expletives is not my aim for the thread. There is no point shouting, other species were given the same command to use other animals for food, how does that make you feel? That is crux of this thread. |

Sebastine1994: I am not moved by luxury things. I wouldn't have commented but to advice our nigerian boys. You see life is short, Make good use of your time here on earth. Two generation from now you will fade from people's memory. All these are vanity. They appeal to our ego and emotions. Why would you spend such whopping amount on a box on wheel. This is the ultimate goal of most Of our youths. To lavish without working. For showing off. Leave your mark on earth. These things won't make you happy. Don't chase happiness. By making others happy you become happy. Forget about impressing your parents and friends. Life is not a race. I once bought an iphone4 thinking it would make me happy but it didn't. I kept buying gadgets to impress. Buying more clothes than I needed. They keep adding more gimmick to sell more... There is nothing wrong with all the luxury goods flooding the market, the problem is when one does not know where to draw the line and be contented. |

butterflylion: Genesis 9:3 gives a clear separation from Exodus 20:13. It sheds light to what God intends us not to kill. If he already permitted animals to be killed by us for food including all green herbs then you already know that Exodus 20:13 was not referring to same animals he already authorised us to kill.
This is simple. All his commands in exodus were directed at man's inhumanity to man and reverence to him and not man's inhumanity to animals.
1. You shall have no other gods before Me. (reverence to God)
2. You shall not make idols.( reverence to God)
3. You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain. (reverence to God)
4. Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. (reverence to God)
5. Honor your father and your mother. (honour to man in reverence to God)
6. You shall not murder.(No inhumanity to our fellow men)
7. You shall not commit adultery. (no inhumanity to our fellow men)
8. You shall not steal. (no inhumanity to our fellow men)
9. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor. (no inhumanity to our fellow men)
10. You shall not covet. (no inhumanity to our fellow men)
I wonder why you wish to argue when you are the one ignorant here. It's better to be ignorant and seek answers, than put words in another Being's mouth. The command said "thou shall not kill" not "thou shall not kill your fellow man" The former is a more universal statement worthy of a universal being than the latter that speaks to man's ego. "Thou shall not kill" is applicable in any dimension of existence, biological, emotional, mental, spiritual. |

butterflylion: And you have been responded to. Did God not say all animals are to be for meat to you?
Genesis 9:3 - Every animal that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things. Exodus 20:13 (KJV) "Thou shalt not kill." How are you to achieve Genesis 9:3 without contravening Exodus 20:13? That is the question this thread seeks answers. |

All animals have one means or the other by which they use to communicate it's just that dolphins make use of sonar. 701ecilana: Pls make sense. Am having a reasonable discussion here so that it can fit in.
That your post no enter. that pressumes you are the only reasonable being or species. look at this from the point of (1) a living being, (2) intelligent being. point (1) is self evident, unless you are saying animals are not. point (2) is where our ego misleads us to assume humans are the only intelligent species. Dolphins are not humans but are intelligent enough to communicate using sonar, a means humans can't use. Is it okay to kill Dolphins? |

Simple. The public above all should understand that because we donot know the man's intentions and where this could consequentially lead to.If he wants to do a Brabus or AMG he should contact Ferrari and deal. henribj: i think ferrari is right, you can't buy a product and then modify the product and still choose to use the name of the initial product on the modified product.. for example, you can't buy coca cola and after drinking it you pour water into the same coca cola empty bottle and then claim it is coca cola your holding... doesn't make sense does it? nairavibez: Technology has drastically taken over youths in different nations, everything you need now is online or is on net, social media is now very common, even upcoming teenagers now perform well on social media.
Nowadays, students prefer to read with their gadgets rather than their textbooks, but the question is that reading online and reading offline which is more efficient?
Reading online simply means downloading a specific textbook in PDF format or browsing out useful textbooks related to your course for reading purposes.
Reading offline simply means getting the hard copy of a specified textbook also for reading purposes.
Actually, the both are good but reading online is never efficient to reading offline. See reasons below
READ MORE @ http://www.infohubs.ga/reading-online-reading-offline-efficient/ Your idea of offline is a misnomer. Reading online is reading an article while your device is connected to the Internet (without downloading it) while reading offline is downloading the article and reading with or without connecting to the Internet. Offline is not synonymous with hardcopy. |

airsaylongcon: Quick question. When the staff exceed performance let's say 200%, will management pay the staff 200% on their monthly emoluments? Nope. The max you get is 100%, meeting 200% of your target is a waste to you in that month, so you have to strategize such that you meet 100% of your target every month. Exceeding your target this month won't get the excess rolled over into the new month. At lest that is how it works where I am. |

As for dictatorship, Gaddafi was one and Libya was better off than without him. I wish he was a Nigerian. |
