I don't know who these socalled unknown gunmen are, but I am beginning to be uncomfortable with the way things are going in alaigbo. The insecurity is getting out of hand. I have always supported Mazi Kanu but I am starting to have a rethink about the wisdom of his methods. As much as we all like the idea of ESN, we need to tell ourselves some truths. ESN members needs to be registered to foster accountability, if not then we are playing with fire. Who polices ESN when they step out of line? You can't just give such paramilitary people that much power over life and death and not have checks and balances to keep them in check and make them accountable, before they start shedding needless igbo blood in our land.
