please you need to be more specific on your location in Abuja. I have delivered a job to Lagos for 3k per door. Things have changed though but I know if the quantity becomes high, I can chatter a truck and deliver it to your exact location

sir I don't have the design you posted but I believe that there is something that I have which you will definitely like.

The door which costs 18k is the 18mm pan. The 16mm guage will cost 25,000 for the single and 38,000 for the double. Thanks

the only turn off some people have against these doors are the noise. This is something that's very negligible once you have occupants in the building with properties too. Another thing I can tell you is that they are very very competitive and durable. You don't have to worry about working on them for the next seven to eight years. The only thing that will happen is that the paints will fade and you will get a painter and have yourself a brand new door. This renewal touch isn't obtainable with foreign or wooden doors. Remember also the the change in seasons from rainy to dry season affects wooden doors which isn't a problem of iron doors. It has many advantages over wooden doors. The only thing wooden door has against it is the noise which I have explained. Some hinges on wooden doors sef make creaky sound after some years

I don't know where you live but steel doors are norms here because of their durability and competitive pricing. A wooden door will cost almost the same price as the iron doors and won't be close to the same quality.


Especially when you are building for commercial needs, iron doors are your sure bet that way, you don't have to worry about your tenants roughening up your doors and you starting maintenance early

I just encourage you to pay attention to the numbers as they’re coming.

N70,000 already sent to the stone dust supplier and the 189,000 for the production/installation has been set aside.

I’ll be making arrangement for cement tomorrow. I use Dangote. Lafarge is cool but it takes longer time to dry and because of the thickness of the stone we are producing, it become difficult removing it from the mold.

The production crew are happy to work because they already knew there’s another 942sqm waiting for them in Ikorodu in the coming week.

I just hope that just like this crew are continually being engaged by you, that you will give me a chance to be a part of such adventure.

fact is that the guage of the pan is 18mm but if you want, I can customize it and make it 16mm but bear in mind that it will cost more. Single door is 3ft and double door is 4ft. The double doors are used for the entrance while the 3ft are used for the rooms. Attached are photos of the two doors. The two on the left are double while the other one is single

according to your budget, you will be needing something basic like this. Should cost 8,000 for 4ft by 4ft. There are cheaper and more expensive ones too. The attached door is something I made for a Nairalander some years back

how many entrance doors do you have at the building. I will advise that you use iron doors for all the house. They are cheaper and more durable. Each door below costs #18,000 for the single and #28,000 for the double door
