sir the attached photo is of store, malls and plazas. They go as high as 50,000 each because of the quality of materials and labor involved in making them. I can barely make one a day whereas I can make about six of the later daily. When I say I can make them, I mean personally and without finishing and painting

Huawei USA is just a subsidiary of Huawei China.....Huawei China have dealing with USA trade agency through Huawei USA..... America won't dare to tell Huawei China to get clearance from them to source chips...... likewise America can't tell Huawei Europe to get clearance from USA trade agency to source chips from anywhere in Europe....same apply to Asia and Africa.
Samsung South Korea can sell chips to Huawei China and America can't do nothing.... that's how it work.

Huawei is still one of the best selling mobile products at this moment (doing better than Apple).....5G issue was pure national security scare, it's open secret China don't hide their intention to develop or acquire anything either by hook or crook like other countries do.....apart from UK shenanigans(which is irrelevant) the EU have no issues with Huawei.
China source chips from the USA in the name of trade, they can get it elsewhere, cheaper and better.
America is heavily indebted to China and not the other way round...... China is making one simple sentence.....telling America "they are replaceable".

For you to say they can source their chips from elsewhere means you don't know what's happening. No company can sell to Huawei without first obtaining licence from USA trade agency. Snapdragon tried and failed. Mediatek are several nodes behind, Samsung can't sell to them because they want to capitalize on their trade situation.

It's unlikely oil will power this century to a greater extent,......the gradual exit have started.... Europe have already set the pace in banning certain goods that drive the oil industry (petrol & diesel vehicles) and setting timetable to phase-out some nuclear power reactors.......increase awareness and economic benefits are gradually increasing electric vehicle purchase... ...granted America and Asia will lag behind but would eventually keyed in due to policies changes of trading partners or risk loosing market share to China.

while solar and wind sources are here and the future but huge investment is needed . femi otedola already DE-invested in oil and investing in power energy.again america do have many functional refineries...Targa Resources just built new one in Texas...even Marathon Oil in Garyville, Louisiana. building brand new to add to their existing capacity ...dont forget the Dakota access pipelines ...even with huge disruptions..it is still oil ...investment and leaders with foresight .

this is what I know,oil will power greater part of this century and even some part of next century too. So Dangote refinery and many others springing up will make overhead and still divest to chemical productions. Remember that Dangote is also producing fertilizers too. I bought what I still believe was a fantastic detached bungalow plan from Darynex on here (the fourth plan from him).

My builder looked at it and voice his opinion about some challenges. I called a local architect to come in and without telling him anything he saw the same challenge and we made the changes.

Only a fool will think he knows it all and can’t be critiqued. If I hire you, tell you what I want or don’t want and you go off script then I’ll terminate our relationship. No time. There’s hundreds of thousands of architects in Nigeria than to stick to one that doesn’t listen or has a god complex.

I was Mr. Bungalow before I moved back home. I now know it’s duplex for me for safety. It’s makes for much easier living to turn the entire top floor into a safe zone than my safe room downstairs.

For the diasporans, try to do more planning while on the ground. Mist of my plans that were made in the comfort of the USA has been realigned today fit the reality on the ground.

One neighbor here was robbed. They woke up to find out that they slept all through a burglary. Money kept amin the same room they were in and electronics were taken. The 3 Rottweilers slept too and vet had to attend to those as they were comatose. Was it voodoo or some sort of sleeping gas? I don’t know but I think if it was a duplex the perps would have had a tougher time.
