What introverts show is what you described. But the actual truth is that they fight a war inside (speaking from experience). They have an opinion but fight a war with themselves and end up not saying it. They get angry and end up walking away in anger without any action.

Recently, my community people organized themselves to repair a road. I am an engineer so my input was highly regarded but when they were going to cast a culvert slab with just 2 bags of cement, I just whispered in my neighbor's ear, this cement is not enough. He repeated my words aloud immediately without thinking. That is an extrovert while i am an introvert. I took time to analyze the quantity of concrete and did the math in my head before whispering my conclusion.

Lets not get these things confused. Some people say its just lack of confidence that makes one introverted but i think is more a character than a problem. An introvert and an extrovert are complete opposite of themselves, one has to be in one place.

No doubt you might be an introvert. Beside we are saying same. The OP said he need help over his anger management. He is actually battling between his insecurity and a "supposed to be" extrovert.
I am also an introvert. There is one thing introverts have in common, detail analysis and paying attention. Within split seconds, introvert can analyse and determine the end result of his/her action which makes them more calm and gentle.
