1. Mr Adam (my father) opens a fixed deposit account with X Bank. He subsequently submits his wife's details and makes her a co-signatory to the account with the *express mandate* that upon his demise, his wife exercises automatic access to the account and it's proceeds. Does this amount to a valid contract between him and the bank?.

2. Note that after his death the bank reneged on the primary provision of his directive, stating that a letter of administration must be procured (at an exorbitant cost).
Stated Reasons bothers on the fact that under banking laws and the principles of a valid contract, a contract between a depositor and the bank terminates upon the demise of the individual thus rendering the *mandate* unenforceable and invalid.

He has been disturbing me to come visit him as it has not been easy staying alone, loneliness and all. I promised to visit him next week which also happened to be my birthday week. I have super strict parents but I still promised I will find my way.

I told them (parents) that I was travelling to visit a friend (girl). I could not tell them it was my boyfriend I was going to see because I knew deep down they wouldn't allow me travel to another city to see a guy. But my parents have blatantly refused that I cannot visit this girl. I had to tell my bf that I was not going to come. He was so sad and angry and he let me know he has wasted a lot of money preparing to surprise me for my birthday. He was so excited to see me and he had made a lot of plans. He told me he was disappointed in me and he doesn't think he can continue a relationship like this. Yes he comes to abeokuta sometimes but he mostly lodges in the hotel. He told me he can't continue lodging in the hotel that if I love him I will make effort. I tried to convince my parents they did not gree. Imagine, I told them I wanted to see a gf that they knew and they refused. What if I had told them he was a guy.

In my experience, it seems Paystack is restricted to mainly transactions within Nigeria.

Please who knows any credible options to meet our objective? How can the payments go directly to domiciliary accounts here?

Authorize.net offer such service in Africa but I don't know if Nigeria is included.
Stripe make alot of sense and very affordable but do not offer their service to any African country.
I think those guys talking about setting up E-Commerce should be able to answer much better.

With 1.1m all block work will be done to roofing level with 2800 or highest 3000 blocks and a block cost 120 in most cities... He can cut the price down by 25 or more % by moulding his own blocks . I strongly recommend he supervise it the project by getting materials him self, moulding blocks him self etc.

depend on the roofing a budget of 900k will be enough for roofing with a 0.3 long span aluminium sheet. Or short aluminium sheet.
