Lordgel: These are some of the sins that will take many christians to hell fire.
1. Lust (Matthew 5:28, 1 John 2:15-16)
2. Fornication (1 Corinthians 6:18)
3. Refusing to pay tithes and offerings (Malachi 3:8
4. Selfishness and greed (2 Timothy 3:2) and
5. Negleting to preach salvation to sinners (1 Corinthians 9:16). You omitted LYING. AND TO ALL, THIS CAME TO MY MIND YESTERDAY. ALL THE SOFTWARES WE (MOST OF US) USE IN THIS PART OF THE WORLD ARE CRACKED ONES, ABEG IS THIS NOT A SIN TOO? SINCE THOSE DEVELOPERS SPEND TIME AND MONEY TO DEVELOP THEM. |

BrightEye: As funny as your post seems, it is yet the truth of life. Their is no hell fire, but the wages of sin is death! Lol... 'Death' in that context isn't the physical death of the body. The SECOND DEATH. Death of the SOUL. |

Career › Re: 4 Important Questions You Should Ask Yourself Before Choosing A Course To Study by micxwell(m): 9:29pm On Jun 09, 2017 |
Enezoza: Talking about passion, what do one do when year after year, he/she is not offered the course s/he is passionate about...? You know how Nigeria universities are, ones choice of course is not what they always offer even if one is qualified...
I'm studying PRIMARY EDUCATION STUDIES (PES) now, not because I had passion for it. After many trials, I have no choice but to accept it. Now I love it (I must love it to do well in it)
My advice is; Study any course you are offered Look out for the good side of it Talk yourself into loving it wholeheartedly Put in effort and do it well Offer the society something good with the course Most importantly, never forget GOD. No matter what you study, you still need His help.
With my PES, I can't wait to be the owner of the best Childhood Education Provider in Nigeria. Keep it up. God is on your side. |

kindredspirit: That's not true. There's an acquaintance of mine, a lady, who did her Msc in U.I who couldn't string together a complete sentence correctly. Her spelling ability was atrocious and I used to wonder how she coped and completed the Msc program.
If that lady could do it, despite her below-secondary school spelling and writing (dis)ability, then maybe anybody can pull it off too. And she had a P.hD grade?... |

Christianity Etc › Re: 10 Reasons Why It Is More Blessed To Give Than To Receive by micxwell(m): 3:12pm On May 21, 2017 |
Techm8: if your sole reason for giving is so that you can receive then I'm sorry for you. It's just like pouring water in a basket.
Don't give becos the Bible and your pastor said you should. Don't give becos they say givers never lack, so you don't want to lack. Don't give and expect something in return
Give because you want to. Because the recipient is in need and you are capable of helping. Give because your heart tells you to. Give because it it's right thing to do. Finally someone that understands giving. In addition. Give because it is your responsibility to give to finance the the spread of the gospel of christ |
