U make efforts to see the child gets treated ,healed and fully recovered before u administer any correction..assuming u still need to.U don't just rush and close a border when there are no palliatives on ground yet...no roads, no power,no security etc .


When production environment is favourable.. , local productions thrive ,then smuggling and unnecessary imports will die a natural death..imagine if local rice is made to sell at 4k...nobody will buy foreign rice at 20k,no matter how 'sweet'
