I see myself as a freethinker but not an atheist. Personally, I don't believe in religion at all. However I believe there is a Supreme being ( God) and who created me and this universe.

But my family and friends believe as much as I don't believe in religion e.g Christianity, Islam, traditional etc, I am an theist too. Is there really a difference?

As long as your thoughts are still influenced by something: tradition, supreme being, education, opinion or ideology, your thinking is fettered. You are not a freethinker.

Before the mention of the name Michael as related to an angel, people had been bearing Michael, NUM 13: 13; IChr. 5:14,. Ezra 8: 8 among others. The name means, ' who is like God?. It doesn't sound as ' one like God as JWs and SDA posited.
