You can as well compare Bayelsa 's 10,773 km² to Lagos' 3,577 km², just Southern Ijaw LGA (2,682km² ) and Sagbama LGA (945km²) and see these 2 LGAs cannot enter Lagos State thus Bayelsa is ahead of Lagos State in all developmental indices.

I am into Neurodevelopmental Assessments, a QB Test Assessor and I apply technology and clinical child psychology to assess children' ability to concentrate, their impulsivity and hyperactivity to establish if they have ADHD or not, While scoring, if I mistakenly input 6 instead of 9, I have likely messed up that child's life and if the parents go somewhere else to redo the assessment and my error is found out, I am likely going to be sued huge amounts in pounds for that "mere error".

Then if she chose to move on and move back to her parents house. Bride price is returned (at a later date).

Generally, one cannot pay a bride price twice on top of one lady. The old bride price have to be returned before they can pay the new bride price.

In Africa, you dont marry just the man and when he dies, the woman moves on as if he was a piece of furniture that can be discarded easily. In most traditions in Africa you marry to the family, that is why they man's family address the woman as "Our wife". In many part of igbo land, it is forbidden for a widow to have an affair in the late husband's house. Spiritually, as along as she still lives in the home they shared together, it is like they are still married regardless of his death.

That’s not true. If a man dies, his wife is still his wife. Marriage does not end because of death of a spouse. Even if the man is dead, the woman is still legally married to the man and continues to bear the man’s surname. If she wants to remarry, then her family will have to return the dowry to the man’s family.

Marriage does not end because of the death of a spouse. The lady you are sleeping with is still somebody’s wife and somebody’s daughter in law.
If you want to marry her, then make enquiries on how the dowry can be returned and how the marriage can be ended traditionally and legally.

My cousin (who is igbo) whose husband (igbo) died in 2016, remarried in December 2022 without us, her family refunding any bride price to her late husband's family as she just only informed them she was remarrying and she will be relocating with her new husband to the UK along with the son she had with her late husband who is now 9yrs and still retains his late father's name as his surname.
