No.

He should have been fired years ago. Were he a Nigerian and didn't pay kickbacks he would have gone years ago.
Business › Re: Lagos Cab Drivers Set To Ditch Uber, Bolt For Indigenous App Companies by mmsen: 4:00pm On Jun 10, 2021
quentin06:
Taxi cab drivers are the same allover, before you judge them consider the hazards they face from police, lastma, thugs, vehicle owners, passengers, fuel and maintenance.
How does a business model created by individuals in another country who know nothing of our transport system address this?
We need local solutions to our local problems, copy n paste won't work.
These new apps ARE copy and paste.

They aren't doing anything new.
Business › Re: Lagos Cab Drivers Set To Ditch Uber, Bolt For Indigenous App Companies by mmsen: 8:23am On Jun 10, 2021
quentin06:
20% 15% what's the difference? Why do I need a middle man to hail a cab?
Phone call is more effective.
Imagine a basic service that our parents enjoyed before has become a luxury becos of middlemen and stupid tech.
Because sadly many taxi drivers are dishonest (all over the world) and cannot give clear honest pricing. If they had working meters that would be one thing but even that is beyond many of them, especially in Nigeria. Hence we have third party apps that offer clarity when it comes to pricing and mode of payment.
Business › Re: Lagos Cab Drivers Set To Ditch Uber, Bolt For Indigenous App Companies by mmsen: 8:04am On Jun 10, 2021
If you're going to do a write up pumping a new app that nobody uses at least get the names right and/or post links to said apps.

We traded a fatherly compassionate simple man for a vindictive prehistoric bone-headed plonker.
Because Nigerians do not value simplicity, decency or compassion.

Buhari is what they wanted and what they deserve.

Let them enjoy.

The north is on fire right now. If anyone should be able to see how dangerous the current trajectory is, it's them.

This present Junta has further Tainted their already battered image. The whole world can now see for themselves what Nigerians have been passing through in the hands of these heartless monsters in power but tyrants doesn't end well
Nigerians choose this tyrant because their brains do not work. They car blame Buhari as much as they like but he is only a symptom of a much deeper problem.
Politics › Re: Femi Adesina: Nigeria Needs A Leader With Iron And Steel by mmsen: 10:38am On Jun 04, 2021

There is no benevolent dictator, especially not in this part of the world.

Iran and Saudi Arabia wants to settle their beef. because they see that the world is fast changing.

Oil sale is droping globally. They want to adapt to current reality on ground. Israel is the super power of the middle East without having oil.

Saudi Arabia made it legal for women to drive, Iran is investing heavily in education. They shunned Islamic police

But you see my brothers in the north will never learn. They want to export religion instead of science. they want to export Sharia to Africa as a whole.

America has tolerated Islam for long because of oil, now Islam will be back to the 13th century.

While my northern brothers want to introduce Islamic police that has been proscribed in Saudi Arabia, the home of islam. can you be more Catholic than the pope.

Even the crowned princess of Saudi Arabia didn't wear the Abaya. she does not even like wearing hijab. Google it.

Mark my words. Most of the topics in Nigeria would be about religion and ethnicity.

Religion is what would end Nigeria quickly.

I foresee a religious crisis,

Watch how china will overtake the world, they don't have religion, they don't do election, they don't have political parties to compete with each other.

and most importantly, china controls information
You foresee the present?

Una well done. tongue

Moneyboyz:
The only people not happy with this are the police who extort boys by planting weed in their car and pockets.
Also the police won't be able to extort weed sellers.
This cow dung smoking man is just their spokesperson.
Weed isn't legalized but people have free access to it, the only difference will be the exposure, people won't hide to smoke it anymore.
It grows too easily in Nigeria for it to be truly banned.

Any 'ban' is a waste of time.

Besides, it's not as if they're aren't far more dangerous legal habits in Nigeria than weed smoking.
Politics › Re: Buba Marwa: If Cannabis Is Legalised, Nigeria Becoming Den Of Junkies Criminals by mmsen:
The most destructive drug that Nigerians consume is religion and of those religions the most devastating has been Islam. From the time when people converted to avoid enslavement until now, it has been a nuisance in this region.

Ban Islam, legalize marijuana.

I'm so happy that Nigerians (not APC or PDP SUPPORTERS grin) will pay almost 400 naira per litre..

So the wailers and zombies, who spend all their time fighting for their Candidates here on nairaland, will end up paying as much as N4000 for 10 litres of petrol..

You see eh, when tribalism and stupidity engulfs your soul, you will never understand that karma exist

Now, the Fulanis, hausa, yorubas, and igbos will suffer unnecessarily because some zombies and wailers supported incompetence of unimaginable proportions.

Lets keep fighting ourselves while your president, governor enjoy themselves with your loot
They've been suffering unless you think there is joy to be found in endless blackouts, insecurity, preventable diseases and malnutrition (which is still a thing in some parts of Nigeria)?

Let them suffer until they die. The level of stupidity that Nigerians display on a daily basis is unprecedented.

Just deny visas to all of them until they resolve their own horrible lack of discipline and regard for their own welfare.

You cannot trust people who are as wildly irrational as the average Nigerian. Let them suffer in the mess that their 'culture' has caused.
