Okija juju: Stop this nonsense yarns jor! angry

If your wife, which you have paid for says NO SEX in the middle of a hot steamy pre-intimacy and you still force your way into her, you are guilty of r`ape and liable to serve a vbery very very lengthy jail term.

What she was doing in his house by 7pm is irrelevant. Note the following;

1. Its not a crime to visit a Mans house by anytime of the day or Night.
2. Even if she initially gave consent and now withdrew her consent, it still does not justify his r'aping her under the law.
3. Wearing a bum short is not a crime or misdemenour under the Nigerian Law.

you guys shouldn't get me wrong, I'm not justifying the "attempted rape". All I'm saying is that the girl is 18 years of age so she should know what is right and what is wrong. She should be able to take decisions. Bottom line, she shouldn't have followed the guy to his house. Or how do we know that the guy didn't take her to the bar since it was her birthday and then later to his house for them to "get down" and maybe he was high and refused to use a condom which the girl insisted on leading to a brawl and then his death, or was having her period and didn't want to have sex or felt it was late and needed to get home? How do we know that what the girl said was actually what happened since there're no witnesses. Forget about the girl screaming and no one responding, maybe no one was within earshot or rather the guy's family could really be feared just as she claimed but note that no witnesses have been arrested and no one's coming out to say the girl actually screamed. The girl could be saying the truth and could as well be lying or even saying half of what actually happened and finishing it off with lies (which I think she actually did). Is she supposed to go and meet a random school mate she hardly relates with? And should she have gone to his house with him? In the night for that matter? After 7 pm? What was she expecting, to play golf? Let's all not start calling the guy all sort of things because he's dead and can't defend himself but hey, the girl could as well be lying and giving this tale to attract sympathy, that's what I'm saying. There're always two sides to a story.

I hope she said "Yipikaye mutherfucker" before stabbing the person.. angry

The Nigerian Police would hold her for a while to extort money from her Family. If her Family are serious, they should get a lawyer and send the case to court. Involuntary manslaughter/Self defence would be her defence. No jail time, no probabtion.

This Anambra Girl has just made her people proud.
Really? Anambra girl that went to a man's house in the night wearing bum shorts. Believe me, there's more than to what meets the eye.

The joke has been broadcasted on bb since the early hours of yesterday anyway, but since yours was posted first, it should have made the front page.

This morning at 10:40 am, I opened a thread titled; Why Did The Chicken Cross The Road? in the jokes section. This night, I logged on this forum to find the same joke on the front page with the title; Worlds Leaders Explains why the chicken crossed the road. Surprised, I checked the author and I found out that it was dani1luv- the moderator of the jokes section and funny enough, he posted the Joke at 4:09 pm, almost 6 hours after I posted mine.

My question is; is it right for another member talkless of a moderator to copy a joke originally posted by someone else, change the title and then recommend it for front page?

And if you suggest that he probably didn't copy and paste my joke (which I know he did), then why didn't mine make front page and why did his? Or as a moderator, does he just post topics and recommend it for front page without viewing the jokes board itself for jokes by other people?

I know the fact that you have certain rules against double postings so wasn't he supposed to have used the search box to know if something of similar content had earlier been posted?

And to think of it, my joke is still on the front page of the jokes section, so he can't say he didn't see it.

Why? Why? Why? Why should I be cheated? Why should a moderator repost a Joke I originally posted? Why? Why?
Mr Seun Osewa, call your boys to order. I quietly await your response because I know you definitely would see this topic. Thank you.

NB; no moderator, admin or whatever should hide this post, close this thread or delete this topic. Respect yourself. I dey para sad

Simple Question: “Why Did The Chicken Cross The Road?”

GEORGE W BUSH:
We don't really care why the chicken crossed the road. We just want to know if the chicken is on our side of the road or not.
The chicken is either against us or for us.
There is no middle ground here.

BILL GATES:
I have just witnessed eChicken2012 which will not only cross roads, but will lay eggs, file your important documents, and balance your checkbook; Internet Explorer is an integral part of eChicken.

MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR:
I have a dream... and envision a world where all chickens will be free to cross roads without having their motives called into question.

GEJ:
I guess it's a manifestation of our transformation agenda for fresh air. Meanwhile, we'll set up a committee to look into that and probably grant the chicken amnesty.

DAME P.J
U see,i don't knew why the chicken wil behaviourance like that, the only things i can said is that the chicken can be an prostitute

GANI:
Why wont the chicken cross the road? When there is no light in her house. No fuel in her car!No food in her stomach! No job to do! Armed robbers are after her eggs, the schoolsare closed,..... ....why wont it cross to the other side?

HON PATRIC OBAHIAGBON:
The question strikes to mind a perpendicularit y of oblivious occurrences. The rationale for the crawling species of the hen folk for advancing across the Broadway to the obvious greener side, portray a phantasmagoric allegory in my homosapious mind, that there is a reason. The metaphoric proposition may be that it is going to cast its vote for Fresh Democratic Party and hence justifying it subconscious mind that she has done her civil biddings.

NSCDC LAGOS CHAIRMAN;
The reason the chicken crossed the road is only going to remain known by one person, I cannot categorically tell you the reason why the chicken crossed the road now and only my oga at the top knows...ehmm... you can visit the website ww.chickenroad erm erm.. daz all

JAMB Registrar Escapes Assassination

The Registrar of Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, Prof. Dibu Ojerinde escaped assassination by whiskers when hired assassins went after him.

The incident happened on Monday night when the intruders scaled through the fence of the house, entered through the back door and gained entrance into the house while the security men attached to the compound did not notice as they were stationed at the gate of the house.

The security personnel which include two regular armed police men and other private security guards at the gate did not take notice of the incident throughout the period the operations lasted.

Confirming the incident, the Registrar said according to the story narrated to him by the children and relations who are staying with him, they were terrorized during the operation as the assassins were continuously asking and looking for their father, the Registrar. The children told the assassins that he has travelled for official assignments but the men were not convinced.

“They instructed one of the children to lead them into the Registrar’s living and study rooms which they searched thoroughly but could not find Prof. Dibu as he went on official assignments”
At that point, the assassins decided to look for him through the ceiling of the house moving from one ceiling to the other as they locked up the occupants inone of the living rooms thinking the Registrar was hiding up in the ceiling.

They searched and scattered every hiding places the assassins suspected the Registrar may be hiding. It was after their target could not be found that they left the house.

According to Prof. Dibu, “nothing was taken out of the expansive residence despite the thorough searching conducted on the compound”

The Registrar confirmed he travelled officially in preparation for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination slated for today, Saturday, April 27, 2013

Watch out folks, Dubai's police force have unveiled their latest patrol cars - specially modified Lamborghini Aventadors and Ferrari FF (pictured above with the lamborghini on the left and Ferrari on the right).

"Latest Dubai patrols, now at your service," the force tweeted, beneath a photo of the sleek, green and white-liveried car with other options like modified Dodge Chargers and Chevrolet Camaros available to law enforcers.

In Dubai, where petrol is cheaper than drinking water, authorities face significant challenges to curb road accidents caused by speeding. Last year, Dubai police announced they had issued 67,000 traffic fines in one month alone, 2,000 of which were for reversing on motorways.

Reacting to photos of the new Dubai Police patrol car, Twitter user Tom Gara said: "If you think you can outrun the Dubai police, you will think again once you see the Dubai police Lamborghini Aventador."

The Ferrari FF, branded with Dubai police’s distinctive green and white colours, was unveiled at a ceremony at the foot of the Burj al-Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. The Italian car costing around $300,000 (£194,000) boasts of a V12 engine allowing it to reach top speeds of 208 mph, and is capable of going from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.7 seconds is to be used alongside the £360,000 Dh2m Lamborghini Aventador, which was unveiled in Dubai’s Mall, the city’s most upmarket shopping plaza, on April 11.

"Dubai is a unique city and everything in it should reflect its uniqueness and for that reason police will add a Ferrari sports car to its patrol fleet,” said Dubai’s police chief Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim.

It is thought that, along with the Lamborghini, both cars will be used as a deterrent for owners of high-powered vehicles intending to break the speed limit.

The police force is currently in the middle of a campaign to limit the wilder excesses of the city’s young male drivers, who have been known to use Dubai’s desert motorways as racetracks.

It is thought the vehicle will be used by the Arab state’s female police officers to patrol Dubai’s busy tourist destinations.

The state’s police are not the first force to add a super car to its fleet; in 2004, the Italian Carabinieri was given a Lamborghini Gallardo, which has been used in police chases. More images below;

Politics2,500 ACN Members Defect To PDP In Kwara by Mobsync(op): 1:31am On Apr 26, 2013
The leadership crisis in the Kwara State chapter of Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, has taken its toll on the party as no fewer than 2,500 members of the opposition party under the aegis of Mohammed Dele Belgore Forum, MDBF, Thursday defected to the ruling Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
At the PDP secretariat, the crowd mainly from Ilorin South Local Government Area of the state complained of total neglect by theirpolitical leaders as a result of the acrimony between them.
The National Publicity Secretary of party, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, and party’s flag bearerin the 2011 governorship election, Mohammed Dele Belgore, SAN, had been at daggers-drawn over the party’s candidacy in2015 gubernatorial election.

However, many of the former ACN members, who were from wards like Oke-Ogun, Okaka I and II, Akanbi III, IV and V and Balogun-Fulani III in Ilorin South Local Government Area, while at the PDP secretariat tore the MDB banner and the ACN flag to show that they had left their former party.
The defectors were later, presented to the PDP chairman by the Ilorin South Local Government PDP chairman, Alhaji Adam Mohammed who explained that the Belgore’s forum was the backbone of ACN in the local government.

Speaking at a reception ceremony for the new PDP members, the leader of the group, Mr. Abdulazeez Kassim, said the erstwhile ACN had been the brain behind series of defeat suffered by the PDP in the council area, adding that a new lease of life has come to the party with their exodus.
